The Tartine Food House in Kensington and Chelsea

Fuimos ayer por la noche a cenar tarde después de una salida al teatro. Gran menú, fácil de elegir algo ligero. Compartimos un entrante de pimientos asados y feta, luego mi esposo tomó pasta y yo un risotto. Todo estaba absolutamente delicioso, como había sido en nuestra visita anterior cuando cenamos con amigos. Gran ambiente, un entorno cómodo, excelente servicio. Muy recomendable!

Ambiente fresco y elegante, servicio extremadamente amable y comida absolutamente deliciosa, The Tartine es un maravilloso restaurante en Notting Hill Gate. Recién reabierto después de la renovación, almorcé allí un día de semana. Cada plato era un placer tanto para la vista como para las papilas gustativas. Los entrantes eran ensalada de tomate y gambas en mousse de aguacate, ambos increíblemente frescos con la mente de mousse - muy bueno. El plato principal de besugo se cocinó en el punto y de nuevo muy fresco. Debido al hecho de que el restaurante acababa de reabrir, no había postres disponibles, pero fueron lo suficientemente amables para cocinarme una tortita de queso ruso / ucraniano. Es la primera vez para mí, así que bastante poco acostumbrado a la textura, definitivamente necesito comer más para llegar a una conclusión más clara, pero bellamente hecho en cualquier caso. En general, sin duda recomiendo este restaurante.

A delightful, clean, friendly restaurant serving delicious, fresh, prepared in house food. The food was served quickly and efficiently. Although we arrived early we were warmly welcomed. We had booked an outside table but it was hot and we asked to change to inside where there is a lovely light 'conservatory' space at the back. They have an excellent wine list.

Superbe expérience à The Tartine, service parfait, plats frais et goûteux, desserts fait maison et savoureux, même le café était bon. En plus un rapport qualité prix excellent, je recommande surtout si vous voulez manger sainement sur Londres, ce qui devient difficile.

i was looking for a quiet place to have a coffee and work on my laptop. i really liked The Tartine! Staff is very friendly, calm music and a good wine list. it is close to underground as well. all in all a great place to relax by yourself or have dinner with friends ❤️

breakfast without butter and bread is served in the most careless and irresponsible manner. They should not serve breakfast if they don't know what breakfast is !

Loved the simplicity yet great quality of the dishes and ingredients behind them! Amazing service. Probably the cleanest restaurant in London! The owners seem to be putting great effort and hard work into this lovely little place in Notting hill gate. Can’t wait to visit when we come back to London again!

Went for a coffee here, absolutely awful experience and the staff are so rude. Avoid this place!!! Coffee tasted like crap, charged £9 for 2 coffees made from at home nespresso pods. Recommend any of the other coffee shops on the high st using fresh beans.

A soup in summer but also pretty little tartines with salmon or cheese in front of Nottting Hill ! The éclairs are a must. As french people we loved it. Good to know !

Great restaurant! The service was good and the premises were nicely decorated and looked immaculately clean. The menu has a good range of options and plenty of nice vegetarian choices. The three cheese risotto with pear was really delicious. The prices were reasonable. It was helpful to see which options were suitable for vegetarians based on the symbols on the menu, however, some of the main dishes didn’t have these listed. It would be helpful to have them listed on every dish as I was unsure about whether the pear risotto was made with vegetable stock or a non-vegetarian stock for example. I look forward to eating here again!

Came across The Tartine Food House accidentally and wow what a find. Light and airy yet relaxed. The service was excellent and the food even better. Hubby had the shin of beef on mashed potato, which was melt in the mouth, whilst I had the Sea Bass. A little room left for a delicious Rumbaba. Couldn't fault anything. We will be back....

Well arranged interior simply but comfortably furnished. A varied menu with choices of snacks and main dishes for all times of day. Excellent beef stroganoff and wine for lunch. The place has a more permanent and up-market feel than previous businesses on this site. Courteous and attentive service. Well worth a visit.

Went here for an early supper as stumbled upon it on the way somewhere else! What a lovely place - quite new, but the service was really attentive, all the food was super fresh (the patisserie desserts were excellent and all made on site apparently). Wine choice was perfect and the background music very chilled. We had an unexpectedly delicious and unrushed meal. As a bonus the bathroom was super clean and sparkling. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Lovely, fresh recipes rich in vegetables. Very pleasant, soothing interior decoration. The service is attentive to your wishes, respectful of your space and your timing. The background music is calm and unobtrusive.

Husband and I came in here yesterday for a quick coffee and cake but having looked at the food menu we decided to order something more substantial. He had the fish soup (tomato sauce version) and thought it was one of the best he has ever tasted and he orders fish soup often. I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese tartine which was delicious. The honey cake was also very good. The place is spotless, decor is very relaxing and the staff friendly and efficient. You really should try it.

I came in for lunch on my break and I don’t regret it! Absolutely amazing hosts.. very friendly and the food/coffee was impeccable. I will definitely be returning.

Our first evening (but not our first visit) we enjoyed several dishes and would recommend them all - the pumpkin soup was sublime. A delicious beef burger - the caramelised onions make a wonderful dish. The buratta with mixed tomatoes and pesto was truly delicious...

Fantastic place to come with your family, any time of the day. Spacious, modern design, great dishes... but my favourite is their Seafood Sauté experience, which I just haven’t tried anywhere else in London... and yes, they make amazing “tartines”.
