Although the food was ok tasting it was extremely small portions. Paid nearly £12 for what could of passed for a mcdonalds cheeseburger and handful of chips. Staff were lovely though and it was very busy.

Not the best I've been to, very crowded and noisy, some meals are more expensive than other spoons I've visited, and so not such good value, considering the size of meals you get. Drinks are the same prices as other spoons so that's a good point! Crowded and difficult negotiating coffee machine area ☹️

Cooked breakfast 😋 really nice and hot, ordered and within 10mins it's on your table ,Really friendly staff very clean and tidy .Very quick service ordering hot drinks and are food .Thankyou was a relax morning. Cash only just in case the card machine isn't working.

Good pub food and drinks. Prices are amazing. Ordering via the app often gets you discount as well - only downside is the app doesn't let you add a comment/request eg: "raw tomato instead of cooked". The pub can be very noisy Friday afternoon and evening.

Bog standard wearherspoons. There are two spoons in Weymouth and this one is closer to the harbour side. It’s busy here, being popular with the locals. Much cheaper than the Slug & Lettuce across the road. Order using the app for table service. There are some local ales on tap so check them out.

Food quality has gone down over the years but you get what you pay for. Service is great, when ordering through the app we got our orders super fast.

Ever since xmas last year we started to eat in the swan use to eat at other wetherspoons we found this very relexed warm atmosphere think we have found our local for when moving love the atmosphere friendly staff perfect customer service who make sure food is to your satisfaction

Bit hit and miss. The staff are lovely, always willing to help. Does get very loud and busy at times. But, a good place to meet and chat, with some good deals on food and drink.

Got here in the afternoon of a payday Saturday. Absolutely heaving . Managed to find a table. Neil is over like a flash, sorting and clearing and cleaning the table, helping us with our order and bringing the food super quick, answering questions - all with a lovely sunny nature despite being incredibly busy (and refused a tip!). He totally made our visit. Thanks Neil !

Had lunch here earlier today Went into the lads toilets only to my shock it was completely stunk out with the stench of another persons diarea his tummy exploded in the toilets. Then after i walked back to my table the chap come out of the toilets brining his smell with him to the eating tables whilst we and others were sitting down to eat our meals he stunk the seating area whilst we were trying to eat. Now as much as its a free house i think in kind curtacy the man should have stepped outside to allow his diarea tummy smell to ease before coming to sit down. He wasnt eating nor drinking just sitting there looking around and a bad smell eminating from his guts. Please can the staff be more aware of this behaviour. Thanks you

I pop in on a cold day... Either Weymouth. Or if shopping in Bridport for trinkets And the music shop. Which I get thrown out of for playing too loud. But he loves me deep down. The staff in wether spoons are really friendly. And it's a no brainier.. A hot chocolate ( As many as you can drink) Which I love because at heart I'm tighter than a proverbial.....😀🌞🤣🤣🤣😆❤️

Prefer this 'Spoons to the other one in town, The William Henry. Staff are always brilliant, as with all 'Spoons, it does tend to get really noisy with babies screaming and teenagers trying to impress the one solitary girl with a bunch of at least six lads! Hey it's a 'Spoons, gotta be realistic!

It's a shame was in there to day had jacket and beans with salad.. Potato was warm with less that a table of beans.. my friendhad boneless chicken with spicy rice chicken was had to bite..

Me and my husband popped in here for some lunch and a drink.The food was delicious and the service was good,staff very friendly and asked if everything was ok which I thought was a nice touch.The only negative thing I would say that it was hard to find a table as it was so crowded.

Ample inside but a dirty place indeed. Tables and chairs with rest of food and sticky juices. Food was regular, simply because it's cheap. Coffee was awful, like drinking liquid rubber. But it's easy on your pocket. Although don't think it's worth the price.

Its a nice pub but, it does get extremely busy at times and weekends. Theres not much of a choice for us vegetarians and its all based around meat. There is a wheelchair entrance but the public toilets are a squeeze. Its the usual time of year when the chairs are taken so there are tables but you find no chairs!. That should be stopped as a lot of customers are lost to selfish people.

I've been a few times during my holiday. Breakfast - friendly staff, quick delivery & tasty wrap. Quiet atmosphere, especially for a Sunday! Thurs eve - fab food & environment. Part of my order was forgotten, but quickly resolved by the manager who noticed we were missing something before I did & said she would get it brought out ASAP. Definitely visit again when in the area.

My 572nd trip to spoons but my mum amd dad's first they were very happy ove never had a bad do with wetherspoons. The Swan os the smaller one in town but it was my favourite and more traditional one.

The Swan is always busy, sometimes difficult to find seating. Staff work hard and of course value is unbeatable with an everchanging range of ales.

What a cracking weatherspoons just had a breakfast muffin deal absolutely amazing and value for money there is no argument well done spoons keep doing what you are doing fantastic

It's a Spoons, one of two in Weymouth (the John Henry being the other). Selection of beer was great and thd Abbot Ale reserve was banging. Bring on the weekend !

Me and my family went here for my birthday meal . Didn't have to book went in got a table for six . Menu is pretty reasonable price wise we all had different meals I had the mixed grill . Was very nice not to much but a good amount . The waiting time for the food was about 15 -20 minutes which to be honest wasn't bad at all . The food . Service . Waiting time atmosphere was great thankyou guys .So for me it was 10 out of 10 . Will be going there again

Called in for coffee mid week in July. Absolutely rammed. Managed to grab a sticky table near the coffee machine. Ordered on the app. Had 2 coffees and left as it was so hot in there.

I came here to have lunch with my family try ordering on the app, the signal seem to have went down I went up to the bar to order I’ve never in my life experience the rudeness of these staff and manger I went to pay but signal was to bad if there side I was stood at the bar for 20 minutes trying to pay where they had me going to one card machine after another, my sister came in to tell me my food was outside witch was strange as I was still trying, I then went onto my online banking to have a look and my online order that I believe I haven’t pay for had gone through I made staff aware of there they also charge my sister for my meal too I went outside to what was supposed to be a family meal to have the young girl come over while we’re all eating saying my manger wondering if u will go get the cash out bare in mind I’ve pay and am eating I refuse as I have already pay to have the small old grey hair manger keep coming over fully aware of us eating calling me a lair dismissing me who the issue was actually with and trying to get my other sister to pay for it again, I show her my online banking to prove I had pay to be told I’m still a lair she would not leave are table to keep in peace made us feel so uncomfortable she was just one of the most rudest manger I’ve ever met and people like her have no respect for other, she refused to refund my sister of the payment she charge her and embarrassed her infront of the bar like how dare she ask for her own money back that we have charge her absolute disgraceful as a company that you hire such unprofessional behavioured old women that have zero respect for paying customer, I’ve live here 9 year and these are the exact reason I do not come to this Wetherspoon your staff are rude and why wouldn’t they be when they follow the lead of such unintelligent mangers like her, not amount of trainings can help her she’s clearly isn’t the right business I work in hospitality myself and I would love to know who interviewed that because she is the worst example of a manager, absolutely terrible will never be coming here again, absolutely robbing company and untrained manger who are so uneducated on the job it’s actually shocking

I ordered the fish & chips which was not up to their standard. The fish was dry, I mentioned it, I was told that they would let the kitchen know, but nothing came back from it.

We called in for a drink. The food we saw looked well presented and smelled lovely. This place was close to the bridge and harbour side. It did have an outside area. However, it rained so bad you couldn't use it.

The swan is a great place to meet and eat with a huge selection of food and drinks and is really good value, I will definitely be back. The staff are absolutely wonderful kind and helpful.

As always a "spoons" worth visiting. Staff were particularly good, friendly and efficient. Well done staff.

Just what you expect from your favourite pub chain. Was here from about 19:00-22:30 & it was full of patrons with not many tables to spare. Being a real ale man, my choice this evening was Doom Bar while wifey had a cold bottle of Chilean Sav. Blanc. No food for us as we went for a Oriental meal b4 hand. Beer/smoking garden area out the back which was nicely sheltered from any bad weather. We would recommend this establishment to everyone and you know b4 you go what you will get.

We ate here two nights in a row as there's a wide variety of meals on the menu. It can be a bit busy but the food always arrives quickly. It's also a bit noisy at times especially early evening but does quieten down later.

Love the atmosphere. However, the Ramen was a disaster, watery, tasteless chicken breast. Enjoyed my Stella as always in JDW.

Wrong number on table. Instead of looking for us with food returned it to chef. Eventually asked where food was brought out cold so had to wait again fir fresh food. One was a medium rare steak when asked for medium to well done. So took back again.
