Great place. Great service, fast service.

A typical spoons, food is good, the food and drink are very resonably priced, the venue is always busy which indicates a popular place.

Never had food but drinks good price.

Very good as always helpful friendly staff. Noise levels are better than some other places, has small courtyard garden.

It's a shame was in there to day had jacket and beans with salad.. Potato was warm with less that a table of beans.. my friendhad boneless chicken with spicy rice chicken was had to bite..

Me and my husband popped in here for some lunch and a drink.The food was delicious and the service was good,staff very friendly and asked if everything was ok which I thought was a nice touch.The only negative thing I would say that it was hard to find a table as it was so crowded.

Ample inside but a dirty place indeed. Tables and chairs with rest of food and sticky juices. Food was regular, simply because it's cheap. Coffee was awful, like drinking liquid rubber. But it's easy on your pocket. Although don't think it's worth the price.

Its a nice pub but, it does get extremely busy at times and weekends. Theres not much of a choice for us vegetarians and its all based around meat. There is a wheelchair entrance but the public toilets are a squeeze. Its the usual time of year when the chairs are taken so there are tables but you find no chairs!. That should be stopped as a lot of customers are lost to selfish people.

My 572nd trip to spoons but my mum amd dad's first they were very happy ove never had a bad do with wetherspoons. The Swan os the smaller one in town but it was my favourite and more traditional one.

I've been a few times during my holiday. Breakfast - friendly staff, quick delivery & tasty wrap. Quiet atmosphere, especially for a Sunday! Thurs eve - fab food & environment. Part of my order was forgotten, but quickly resolved by the manager who noticed we were missing something before I did & said she would get it brought out ASAP. Definitely visit again when in the area.

The Swan is always busy, sometimes difficult to find seating. Staff work hard and of course value is unbeatable with an everchanging range of ales.

What a cracking weatherspoons just had a breakfast muffin deal absolutely amazing and value for money there is no argument well done spoons keep doing what you are doing fantastic

It's a Spoons, one of two in Weymouth (the John Henry being the other). Selection of beer was great and thd Abbot Ale reserve was banging. Bring on the weekend !

Although extremely busy the service was quick and tables kept reasonably clear

Me and my family went here for my birthday meal . Didn't have to book went in got a table for six . Menu is pretty reasonable price wise we all had different meals I had the mixed grill . Was very nice not to much but a good amount . The waiting time for the food was about 15 -20 minutes which to be honest wasn't bad at all . The food . Service . Waiting time atmosphere was great thankyou guys .So for me it was 10 out of 10 . Will be going there again

Always a great place to pop into when in town.

Called in for coffee mid week in July. Absolutely rammed. Managed to grab a sticky table near the coffee machine. Ordered on the app. Had 2 coffees and left as it was so hot in there.

I had a steak n ale pie mash n peas lovely gravy if only there was some steak in the pie

Like a normal weatherspoons but a lot more expensive. No peppercorn sauce, despite ordering the gourmet and specifying that the sauce was why I ordered it.?? Really busy.

I came here to have lunch with my family try ordering on the app, the signal seem to have went down I went up to the bar to order I’ve never in my life experience the rudeness of these staff and manger I went to pay but signal was to bad if there side I was stood at the bar for 20 minutes trying to pay where they had me going to one card machine after another, my sister came in to tell me my food was outside witch was strange as I was still trying, I then went onto my online banking to have a look and my online order that I believe I haven’t pay for had gone through I made staff aware of there they also charge my sister for my meal too I went outside to what was supposed to be a family meal to have the young girl come over while we’re all eating saying my manger wondering if u will go get the cash out bare in mind I’ve pay and am eating I refuse as I have already pay to have the small old grey hair manger keep coming over fully aware of us eating calling me a lair dismissing me who the issue was actually with and trying to get my other sister to pay for it again, I show her my online banking to prove I had pay to be told I’m still a lair she would not leave are table to keep in peace made us feel so uncomfortable she was just one of the most rudest manger I’ve ever met and people like her have no respect for other, she refused to refund my sister of the payment she charge her and embarrassed her infront of the bar like how dare she ask for her own money back that we have charge her absolute disgraceful as a company that you hire such unprofessional behavioured old women that have zero respect for paying customer, I’ve live here 9 year and these are the exact reason I do not come to this Wetherspoon your staff are rude and why wouldn’t they be when they follow the lead of such unintelligent mangers like her, not amount of trainings can help her she’s clearly isn’t the right business I work in hospitality myself and I would love to know who interviewed that because she is the worst example of a manager, absolutely terrible will never be coming here again, absolutely robbing company and untrained manger who are so uneducated on the job it’s actually shocking

No under 18s, food is excellent. Had breakfast this morning - great! Unfortunately the app doesn't allow you to tweak your order i.e ask for brown toast or raw tomatoes - staff seemed uninterested and pleased they didn't do brown toast any more.

Like always, food is adequate, service was good.

I ordered the fish & chips which was not up to their standard. The fish was dry, I mentioned it, I was told that they would let the kitchen know, but nothing came back from it.

We called in for a drink. The food we saw looked well presented and smelled lovely. This place was close to the bridge and harbour side. It did have an outside area. However, it rained so bad you couldn't use it.

The swan is a great place to meet and eat with a huge selection of food and drinks and is really good value, I will definitely be back. The staff are absolutely wonderful kind and helpful.

As always a "spoons" worth visiting. Staff were particularly good, friendly and efficient. Well done staff.

Just what you expect from your favourite pub chain. Was here from about 19:00-22:30 & it was full of patrons with not many tables to spare. Being a real ale man, my choice this evening was Doom Bar while wifey had a cold bottle of Chilean Sav. Blanc. No food for us as we went for a Oriental meal b4 hand. Beer/smoking garden area out the back which was nicely sheltered from any bad weather. We would recommend this establishment to everyone and you know b4 you go what you will get.

We ate here two nights in a row as there's a wide variety of meals on the menu. It can be a bit busy but the food always arrives quickly. It's also a bit noisy at times especially early evening but does quieten down later.

Wrong number on table. Instead of looking for us with food returned it to chef. Eventually asked where food was brought out cold so had to wait again fir fresh food. One was a medium rare steak when asked for medium to well done. So took back again.

Love the atmosphere. However, the Ramen was a disaster, watery, tasteless chicken breast. Enjoyed my Stella as always in JDW.

Ordered the gourmet steak (medium) and chips and the pasta with added bacon late on Monday night. Wanted garlic bread as well but was informed by staff that they had run out. Meals were delivered promptly. Pasta was nice but the steak was tough and chewy, certainly not up to the "gourmet" description. Either it was not cooked to order or just a poor quality cut. The waiter gave the customary "is everything okay" to the back of my head whilst clearing the table behind me and was gone before I could answer. It was late at night so I let it go. I don't think I'll be ordering the steak again though, certainly not worth the money. Other than that the staff were friendly and efficient and it was nice to be able to get a meal after 9pm as it is difficult yo find anywhere serving after 8 o'clock anywhere these days. Will definitely go back but will order something else off the menu instead.

Usual spoons experience good food quickly, but too many tables to close together.

Went in to get out of the rain. Hot chocolate was good. Others drinks were too. Toilets were clean and the staff friendly. Good solid spoons!

Two wetherspoons in the centre of Weymouth, staff are quick reliable and friendly.

Visited tonight. Food was good. I had cod and chips which was good although slightly let down by soggy chips. Hot chocolate from refill machine excellent.

Great choice of beers and good pub food

You can not go too far wrong in a Wetherspoon. Food was pretty good and fantastic value - as was the beer at £2.50 a pint.

It wasn't until we ordered and started to see our surroundings that we realised some of the patrons were completely intoxicated either through alcohol or illicit substances. Service was quick. Didn't want to hang around.

Staff need training for a better attitude to customers

It was inexpensive and meant I didn't go hungry at low spend. Whilst the service was efficient and the food hot, it was an adequate meal rather than good, and the portion size was ok, but wouldn't suit someone with a big appetite.

Wetherspoon's pub, as usual never a bad drink be it hot, soft or alcoholic. Perfectly good food with absolutely everything at a great price. Why not start, end or spend your whole or part of your morning, midday, evening or night there.

I've no problem with witherspoons this one didn't disappoint, apart from naff burger one night the following few nights food Was ok.

Was on a cruise. Tried it Best Fish and chips ever. Service was outstanding. Best value at any port. We will go back if ever in town again.

Super friendly staff, despite being a chain had the feel of a personal pub. Some WiFi issues at the time of visit. Food - scrambled eggs on toast - was quick, hot and decent. Place was clean and condiments well stocked. It was a harsh 0800 visit yet staff were helpful and polite despite the hour. For simple fayre done well and unlimited coffee refills it met my needs well.

At the beginning I was reluctant to go there fore a family dinner. But what a surprise! Restaurant is full, I mean completely full with no free tables - and yet it does not feel like a mess. It feels cozy and fun. We were taken care in an excellent way. The food is served surprisingly fast, the food was of superb quality too, including steak. We enjoyed our time there. Waiters checked on us. I wish I could go there again if I'm in the area
