They do themselves no favour serving so much in plastic. Makes the dining-in experience feel cheap and fast food unfortunately. The. drinks and soy sauce dipping containers are single use plastic. The sushi however was good and served on stone effect boards. The lighting is horrid, worse than McDonalds lighting. This restaurant could be so much nicer by making some small changes to create a better dining atmosphere. The ambience and decor and the use of single use plastic does not do the food justice. Deliveroo and uber eat drivers coming in and out past. The tables is also annoying and offputting. If the price points of the sushi restaurant is going to be higher than places, like Wasabi and Itsu, then the experience for the diners in the restaurant, needs to be better than a fast food chain. There was only one waitress working on the Sunday night we went and because she was so busy dealing with takeaway orders as well, she was over-stretched.

I really love the food and it's one of my favourite Japanese takeaways. The delivery driver is also very lovely! However, I will never be ordering from here again as they always seem to reject my order or call me to say it they cannot send my order to me but I'm still charged for it. I'm still owed a refund from a previous order.

This is not a Japanese restaurant. This is a Chinese restaurant that serves Japanese style food. If you don't believe me, walk in there and take a look. They charge £4 for 4 Takoyaki that come from a frozen bag. The Sashimi is chopped with no skill whatsoever. And when I walked in there, the back counter where they prepared the food was a total mess. Pieces of rice on their laptop, bits and pieces strewn all over the place - like the aftermath of a frat party.

We ordered from Hello Sushi in good faith. This restaurant cancelled our order 1.5 hours after accepting the request, purely because they had 'long queues'. Absolutely no alternative was offered. I would urge users to stay away from this restaurant.

Meal wasn't great. No sauce with curry dish, sushi wasn't the best. It was late too however they did give a free drink for that and the driver was apologetic. I probably will not eat here again though, sushi was below par

My second time ordering from here. Delicious Teriyaki Salmon. Everything packaged and wrapped well including my two miso soups. Arrived earlier than expected and delivered by lovely delivery man. Can't fault them.

Honestly, forgetting that the food was 25 mins late, the food was not that great. I can't believe everyone is reviewing saying it's the best sushi they've had! It's not great and I'm not even that fussy.

Decent sushi and excellent (panko) Tempura. Sushi has a few strange qwerks. Would prefer it be a little more basic rather than include ingredients like onion bits. Otherwise fish is fresh and happy with the overall experience.

They ran out of one item in the order and they called me to make me aware of it so I picked another item, when the food arrived the guy apologised and told me that had added 2 complimentary items in order to make up for the item they had ran out of. This is great customer service and I can honestly say this restaurant takes pride in what they do and customer satisfaction.

Food was a bit late but got a full apology and a freebie which I thought was decent of the restaurant. Sadly, when I got the takeaway inside part of our order was missing. I elected not to call the restaurant as it was so late but overall the food tasted great and I would still order again - they just need to sharpen up a bit..

Unfortunately i must have gotten the worst bits of the day as I was probably the last customer to order. Rice was sticky, sea weed was all mooshy and food tasted old. But the worse is the avocados in the hand rolls which were not ripped and I ordered 4 of them which just tasted horrible!!definitely not up to standard given the price i was charged...

We have eaten at Hello Sushi before and the food quality was sublime. This time is was only exceptional :).

Delivery comes early than expected,food taste good and you could taste is fresh.i'll definetly will order again.

A truly wonderful variety of noms. The hot dishes always arrive hot and the drinks are aways cold. This and Better Call Saul in the background = a perfect evening. <3

The order arrived with something missing. After numerous phone calls and more than two hours it still never arrived, apparently delivered to a neighbour on accident. Not good service.

I ordered Sashimi tuna, salmon, sweet prawns, squid, scallops & seabass - was delicious but I miss the shaved reddish. They even gave me 2 salmon maki for free! Additionally I also ordered the Bloom Sushi & a California hand rol l- was delicious too. My food was delivered by car, maybe coz it was around 2:30pm... I will order HELLO again!

The diligence and determination of the chef in seeing that my order was delivered, despite problems around newly allocated postcodes and existing maps, was commendable. The sushi was pretty good also!

It was ok.... Spent a lot of money and sushi wasn't the best - the avocado wasn't ripe so it was hard and chewy. Probably won't order again from this place.

The Wakame salad was so so small for £4.90. There was no avocado within my Prawn Tempura with avocado uramaki. There was very little tuna within the tuna avocado uramaki. The food was ok but i would not say it was very flavoursome, the rice tasted quite 'gloopy'. No chopsticks which made eating in the office quite tricky! No soy sauce were given with the delivery and hardly any ginger considering this was a delivery for 5 people. Overall, not satisfied with our lunch today given we spent £60 in total.

Finally I've found a sushi take-away place that doesn't put flying fish roe on everything! The food here was absolutely delicious, and you get quite a lot of it for your money. Since I'm a student, I appreciate that a lot, because that means I can afford ordering from here more often.

Took nearly two hours to arrive and did not bother to call us. When we called - they offered no real apology although not rude. We have consistently ordered from them however the past two times it has taken at least 1.5 hours for the food to arrive.

Great service and fast delivery. The food was very fresh and tasty although the Tekoyaki was a bit doughy in the middle - but I've never had them before do maybe that's how they are meant to be, I'll definitely try them again.
