Day out in the Cotswolds, found this gem of a pub on our way to Bibury. Food was very tasty and service was very fast. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only downfall was that in the bar section where we sat the menu had a very limited selection. We highly recommend it.

Arrived at ‘Drive Though’ attendant did not even lift his head, obviously we weren’t good enough. Stupidly we went to the restaurant and showed by staff to the outside eating area that was under 1/2 full (we should have realised why) , so waited 20 minutes did NOT offer a menu, or asked if we wanted anything, so walked out. It appears if you wear designer clothes or foreign you are served, as such people were given menus and served!

I booked the stump for 20 car loads of people and about 30 people,I booked up with a girl over the phone and she said pizzas were fine as so many people.we all arrived for a drink and food stop whilst on a classic car rally Saturday 21 May,didn’t even have chance to get into the pub when a very abrupt young man came and said they were full and we were not welcome,I told him we had booked and he checked with the manager.he came out and very rudely said we had not booked, a total lie as he said 30 people and we said nothing about the number at all,no apology.their loss not ours, none of us would ever recommend this place at all,a lot of business lost,totally unprofessional and unwelcoming

9 Dyer StreetThis was without a doubt the WORST experience I have ever had ordering food. The incorrect food was delivered to us 3 times, which took hours to arrive and came freezing cold. I had to call them about 6 times and every time spoke to a different person who didn’t know what was going on. I was very polite and understanding in the phone, but the staff speaking to me kept making out it was my fault for us not receiving the food. In the end we asked for a partial refund, as we had spent £150 on this order, and we were told they would not refund us anything despite the food being delivered incorrectly and freezing cold. Eventually we they said they would give us a refund if the food was returned, we said ok please collect and an hour later no one had arrived. We didn’t eat the food as we were waiting for them to collect it, so now we had no food and lost £150. Absolutely disgrace would never ever order from here again. The worst experience I have ever had as a customer. This is the only review I’ve written but had to express how utterly terrible it was. I would still like my money back.
