Delicious food and a menu a bit different from our usual pubs around Guildford. The staff were efficient and vey friendly. Pretty interior.

Popped in for Christmas drink on Christmas eve, was very busy, but I expected that, we only had drinks, and were not expected to get seated as bar area is smaller than restaurant, but didn't mind that, staff were lovely, apologised for wait on serving, but again, could clearly see all busy, and we were happy to be chatting with all the locals, e ermine in good spirits, and had lovely atmosphere. Merry Christmas to all the team.

Went for a drink with friends, no seating available in the bar as the tables were reserved. The staff are totally devoid of a personality and bordering on being rude. Their website states: With a warm welcome from the genuinely hospitable team, guests are invited to enjoy our informal dining room, quirky garden spaces or sink into the leather clad tub chairs in our bar area.

Great lunch for our bookclub in their private room at the back, probably just as well as we are quite a noisy lot. Being 11 food was pre-ordered and was excellent. Nice friendly and efficient service. Thank you everyone!

Dropped in for a Friday night drink on the way home from a hectic week Bar area very busy but no one out the back. Asked to sit there for an hour- no it’s booked solid I was told. ( but no one is here… ). The Otter beer was hard work and too many children. Too focused on the dining side of the business I fear.

The Green
I like this hotel and it's bar atmosphere but was disappointed with the fish and chips I ate at lunch yesterday. The piece of fish I had was very small and quite tasteless. This dish simply doesn't compare to offers from the many other pubs in Surrey that I visit. They need to greatly improve what they serve.

21 Frensham Road,An absolutely fantastic evening at Yiayias! We booked a large private room for our sports club Christmas party and what an amazing spread they laid on for us - from various Greek dips and salads to delicious pork and spicy chicken souvlaki, as well as yummy baclava and orange cake for pudding. There was so much food we couldn't finish it all. We paid a set agreed price per person for the food and the room was free of charge. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Fytos and Adriana for making our party such a huge success. Thanks also to the lovely Jess at the bar who is endlessly helpful and always has such a lovely smile.

5 out of 5! First visit, lively and friendly. Fantastic, tasty, hot fresh food. Starters, calamari, and chicken wings were delicious. Mains, kofte kebab, and pork kebab are also excellent. Buffalo fries were stunning. The two veggies with us had superfood salad and a sweet potato dish, which I was assured were really good!!! Good choice of beer and wine and delightful staff!! Cost us about £72 per couple, including drinks and gratuity, which I considered very acceptable for the evening we had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will definitely be going back! 👍🏽

Hascombe RoadLovely woodland setting with very pleasant outside seating. But the cafe facilities were rather poor. Two "hot" sausage rolls were taken from a cold display case and were barely warm. a "cream tea" came in an assortment of pre-packaged plastic containers. This plus a couple of coffees came to over £20. Along with a disappointment with the arboretum itself, this did not make for a good day. We are not quite sure why the NT is even managing Winkworth, let alone currently expensively now expanding its facilities.
