Very clean and bright decor. Toilets immaculate. staff where very friendly and very helpful. (Claie and Martin)

Fast service, ill give them that but the food is absolutely pitiful. Had steak and asked for a specific medium rare and they still somehow buggered the order up. steak was rubbery and tasteless. The desserts were okay, not the best but definitely a 1-up from the main dish. Being as honest as i can here, probably wont be back for a while. dissapointed.

Everything is positive about the spiral weave from the exceptional cleanliness of the the place even the car park and garden area, the child’s play area is good also, the staff at the spiral weave are amazing and friendly, our server was amazing with my son who is autistic and adhd and he made him feel so welcome, unlike other restaurants I have been to, so thank you to all the staff at the spiral weave for an amazing time

We were served by Sophie she was an absolute delight with a warm welcome. Food was faultless. 10/10

We had a great lunch. We were met by Andrea at the door, who provided us with extra Gluten free menu as we requested when we booked online. We were shown to a table of our choice and given time to settle, before Graham came back to take our drinks order, we were also ready to give our meal order. Our drinks arrived correctly very quickly. Graham shortly arrived with both our meals. I had lovely Cod Chips& garden peas, Jacqueline had Gluten free Chicken Tikka Masala. Both meals were presented well and we both agreed they were delicious. Andrea remembered Jacqueline from our last visit! and what she ordered and that was months ago, brilliant, well done to both.

Went for a meal with my daughter and her partner as we were visiting her for a few days. Dogs are allowed in. They have a water station for them and also do dog friendly meals.

My wife and I visited tonight with our two kids and were served by John, really friendly and helpful guy. John kept us informed of when our drinks would arrive as well as our food, pretty standard, but John had great interaction with our 2 and 8 year old making sure they had a great experience too. We will definitely be back, it’s a great place to go, and it’s made all the better with people like John. Thanks John, hope to see you again soon.

The food is excellent value for money and the team are very attentive....especially the assistant manager Kerri. I give her 10/10 for being friendly and attentive. I used to own a restaurant and I know a business is only as good as the staff.

The carvery was very tasty, meat tender, and massive Yorkshire puddings! The server was fantastic with my daughter and made our meal extra special.

We came in for Sunday lunch it was really nice, the children enjoyed the carvery, we had the salt and chilli chicken kebab and chicken wings all really tasty, beth our server was really nice and helpful. Would come back again

Had a mixture of menu dishes and Carvery dishes. Carvery plates were cold coming out of the plate warmer. Cauliflower cheese was quite cool, apart from that it was ok.

They managed to squeeze us into a last minute booking which was great because when we got there it was so busy. Service is always good at Spiral Weave. We always go for the Carvery because we think it's good value for money.

Despite some poor reviews I thought I would give this place a try. The bad reviews were not wrong, the food was dreadful. Macdonalds if far better than this place, that's how bad it was. On the plus side, there was plenty of room in the car park.
