Good food. Good service. A little slow, but it was busy, so understandable. Friendly, helpful staff.

Went as a breakfast with santa and both adults and kids had a fantastic time! The staff are well organised, polite and very helpful and the breakfast was amazing!! Will definitely be back. Having been back on many other occasions, our feelings are a family haven't changed and we will continue to enjoy spiral weave.

First time here and only popped in for a quick bite. Place was very busy but manager fitted us in between reservation. Went for the carvery which is probably the best carvery I've had. Pork was amazing,beef also very good. All veg was top notch bursting with flavour,highly recommend the red cabbage and carrots.Chef Paul and his staff must be Kings Of The Carvery, definitely recommend

Food and staff are all excellent could not do more for you that makes you want to go back out family have been twice this week because I can't fault anything so far well done and keep up the great work thank you

Only downside is cost of drinks, over £8 for a large glass of wine, soft drinks also overpriced at over £3 for a small glass of coke

The service was great, as usual. We were served by Keri, who was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. This was my birthday meal with the family and when my sweet was brought out, several members of staff sang happy birthday, which made a fantastic finish to a pleasant time. Overall a great time

I took my family for lunch and I we honestly can’t fault the food and service especially by Kerri. She was so polite, accommodating and she couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back not only for the food but her customer service was fantastic!

I came to the spiral weave for sunday lunch with my family and not only was the food delicious but the customer service from every member of staff was impeccable, which is a rare find in Kirkcaldy especially from our waitress Kerri! Very family friendly and lovely atmosphere. Thank you, we can’t wait to return to the spiral weave.

It was my son’s 18th birthday meal. The staff were great and even managed to drop his cake off before the meal. All staff were very helpful. They made our experience worth it. Asking if everything was ok for us on many occasions. When ordering more drinks they were delivered to our table very quickly with a happy smile

Very friendly helpful staff especially Kai. She was very attentive and very pleasant/smiling. I brought my my who is in a wheelchair and they helped carry her carvery plate to the table. Food was delicious and great value.

Got seated very quickly by Beth, table was very clean. The starters came quick and was very good.

Given this 5 stars as food and service were Excellent, however, had a 30% off meals voucher . Table of 10 plus baby. Was aware that voucher cover a table of 8 so asked waitress if we could apply it. She came back and said manageress said no. We were a bit disappointed however we had 2 blue light codes so we thought we would use these. When we came to pay the waiter said we could use blue light or that they had a 30% off meals deal. We explained what the manager was had said and he said he would try it through the till which was accepted. Had dealings with this manageress before and found her to be curt and unhelpful. The other staff are a credit to the place so this is very disappointing. Hope this is read and her manner is addressed.

Having a ‘girls’ lunch out and our first time at the Spiral Weave. We were very impressed with the decor etc and the food was delicious. I am a coeliac and Kai was so helpful and gave me a gluten free menu. I had SO much choice which I don’t usually get when going out for a meal. Both myself and my friend ordered from the vegetarian section and we were thoroughly impressed with our meals. The food was delicious. My next visit will be to use the carvery. The food looked so delicious. The staff were so friendly and didn’t keep coming to the table to check on us, which was really nice. Thank you. I cannot wait to visit again soon. Well done everyone.

In here often and always get the best service but especially from Gareth and Kai today but can’t fault any of them on any day. My family loved the chocolate explosion cake! Would highly r recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just been for a last minute carvery, and really enjoyed the experience. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. The front of house gentleman had booked us in when we called to enquire about tables even though my husband forgot to leave his name. Kerri was our server and was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Chef Paul was serving at the carvery and was helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of meats which were all cooked perfectly. My daughter has a nut allergy which wasn't an issue and we were reassured that the options we chose had no nuts in. We really enjoyed the experience and will be back again!

Very good range of food options at a good price, catering well for dairy free and vegan. The staff are friendly and engaging, Chef Anthea in particular was very good in explaining what options were DF at the carvery.

Kerri was a delightful hostess, very chatty made us feel at ease. Food was good to, fresh and tasty

Kerry was an excellent waitress - very attentive! The fish was superbly cooked, and we both agreed that the apple crumble was among the best we have ever tasted! All-round perfection!!

After arriving at 18.25 the waitress took our order great. Then 1 hour and five minutes later still no food. I had to ask the waitress when our food would come she replied soon. 5 mins later our food arrived well worth the wait food was 5 star soooooperb. 30 mins later the waitress informed us due to our exceptionally long wait our meal would be complimentary They certainly went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning very soon.

went for a late lunch snack with my hubby, our server was called Kim she was very attentive and took our order swiftly as also with our drinks the pub provides table service very welcoming all staff we met that day . Relaxed atmosphere don’t feel rushed good place to eat and chill out .Good range of pub grub to suit everyone. We had the steak baguette was cooked medium rare to perfection and to both of our choice and liking . Will return again😄❤️

Me and my mum comes here every few weeks and it’s always great. The vegetarian options are always awesome. Our recent visit was a last minute decision but Kerri made sure we got seated and fed quickly!

We have been many times to the Spiral Weave but took our dog with us for the first time. What a great time he had. He tucked into his chicken dinner and there was plenty of it. There was a dog station with bowls for water, treats and mini rugs. Definitely recommend it and will definitely bring him back.

As a family we all really enjoy the carvery and traditionally on a Sunday. Chef Paul and Beth serve a consistently fabulous variety of meats and a selection of vegetables. The front of house team work hard to provide a good level of service with Kai and Martin being amongst a few and Gareth being the General Manager who's a great host.

Came in today for my first Mother’s Day , had a lovely girl called Kimberley serving us , she made a feel very welcome and service was brilliant

Was told this was a rangers loyalist pub so was a little bit disappointed to find out it was a family friendly restaurant . The lack of Tina Turner was quickly forgotten though with some top tier pints of the kings own Tennants which was swiftly followed by the mega mixed grill . Martin looked after us an ensured we were well fed and hydrated . Couldn’t fault his service .

Kerri and Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an amazing choice on the menus. We had the carvery and paid the extra £2 for a large portion and wow it was large. The food was cooked to perfection and wow the taste was amazing. The desert was fabulous and the price was what we expected x 5 star experience

Very warm and inviting staff. We were served by Kim who was lovely, very professional, and attentive to our needs. Great array of sweets. From what I could see excellent variety of drinks on offer too. Will definitely visit again.

I visited here for the first time yesterday with my family . We all had a different meal and everyone really enjoyed their meals . The menu was extensive and they catered for one member of our party who is a celiac with an extensive menu too! Food was really good as was the service .. will definitely be back!
