Very good quick service and food Daniel is excellent.

Given this 5 stars as food and service were Excellent, however, had a 30% off meals voucher . Table of 10 plus baby. Was aware that voucher cover a table of 8 so asked waitress if we could apply it. She came back and said manageress said no. We were a bit disappointed however we had 2 blue light codes so we thought we would use these. When we came to pay the waiter said we could use blue light or that they had a 30% off meals deal. We explained what the manager was had said and he said he would try it through the till which was accepted. Had dealings with this manageress before and found her to be curt and unhelpful. The other staff are a credit to the place so this is very disappointing. Hope this is read and her manner is addressed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Spiral Weave, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish, particularly as we celebrated the Christmas season. The restaurant's festive atmosphere immediately put us in a holiday mood. One of the standout features of our visit was the impeccable service we received, thanks in large part to Daniel, our server. From the moment we sat down, Daniel greeted us with a smile and made us feel instantly welcome. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the meal without ever hovering. The carvery was another highlight of our visit. The selection of meats was outstanding, with a variety of perfectly prepared vegetables, all cooked to perfection. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere of The Spiral Weave, which made it an ideal place for a Christmas celebration. If you’re lucky enough to have Daniel as your server, you’re in for a treat! His attention to detail and warmth truly added to the magic of the evening. I'll certainly be returning for another visit in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic Christmas Day dinner today!!! Service was second to none & big shout out to Kay who was simply outstanding!! We were all so full we couldn’t manage dessert but they boxed up our desserts for us to take home with us. 10/10 guys….. can’t thank you all enough 😌

My friend and I were travelling in Fife and stopped here as it was dinner time. The menu gave a wide range of choices. All the staff we dealt with were really lovely - courteous and attentive. The food was extremely good. My friend had sirloin steak and chips while I chose ham and turkey in the carvery. All the food was cooked perfectly and was delicious.

Food was okay but I won’t eat here again because the car park seems to be operated by sexist Open Reach workers who hog it so they can charge their car. Staff don’t seem to care that their car parks been co-opted by prats

Kim was very attentive, and the food was really tasty. Everyone in our party had practically cleaned their plates, but still had room for a sweet treat at the end. First time dining here for some in our party, but definitely agreed that it would not be their last. Festive pigs in blankets in the carvery were especially nice!

Our family of six all opted for the carvery where you could help yourself to a selection of seasonable vegetables. Good quality food at a reasonable price with friendly staff who are always welcoming and happy to help.

I love a carvery, unfortunately, not this one. Yorkies, great as was the Turkey. Roasties, very hard, not undercooked, just...hard. Carrots, unpeeled chunks. Brussels, just a horrible, horrible taste. Very disappointed.

My and my mum were in having lunch on Sunday 24th and as always it was lovely, we were served by Beth and she was very attentive always making sure everything was good, she made our visit very good

Went to Spiral Weave for our Sunday roast today and was lovely! The food had a great selection and tasted great. Daniel our server made sure we were happy throughout our meal and was very friendly- great service!

One of the best restaurants I think I have ever been to! Every single meal we had was delicious. We got taken to our table as soon as we arrived, service was very fast & professional, and food arrived very quickly. I would especially recommend the cheeseburger. We will 1000% be back in the future, cannot recommend enough.

Warmly greeted upon arrival, I had asked for a quiet seating area which the lady accommodated no problem. Drinks were ordered upon sitting and we were given time to look over food options. We opted for a starter and the carvery, started was presented within ten minutes of ordering which was delicious. We were also provided with our carvery tickets. Carvery options were second to none, roast beef was cooked beautifully, my sister had a mix of the beef and turkey, Yorkshire puddings were huge and again cooked beautifully. Side options were phenomenal lots to choose from and unlimited. Sauces and gravy were also delicious. Sitting back down the waitress popped by asking us if everything was fine and if we needed anything more. I liked the attention to detail and she was very polite. We aren’t sweet people so didn’t opt for a dessert although the price ohh was the best I’ve seen for a restaurant and given the quality of the food we received I do not doubt 5e desserts would have been as delicious. Upon leaving to pay for the bill the lady was greeted us quickly, I paid by card and also tipped. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be back again.

I’m here visiting my mother in law and she recommended this lovely place - Very warm and inviting atmosphere- felt comfortable and cosy - Staff Gareth and Vicki were extremely helpful and kind Had conversations with us ( which is always nice to see ) Service was quick and efficient! Food was amazing - I had the lasagna and it was just enough for me - it tasted delicious and was really nice with the salad. My daughter isn’t a big eater but she had the cheese burger and she ate the lot. My husband had surf’n’turf and he really enjoyed it - My mother in law had fish and chips- fish was soft and flakey, chips nice and crunchy but portion a bit big so with go for small next time. Thank you for making our experience wonderful - We shall be back on our next visit

We had Blake serve us tonight and he was absolutely faultless. He was smart, professional and very attentive. Every person he dealt with was given the same level of respect, attention and politeness. A young man who has a lovely persona, he put his heart and soul into his job to offer the nicest experience. It was an absolute pleasure.

Lovely young man serving us, very polite. Food was unfortunately not the best, steaks asked for medium and cooked more than well done. Sides very basic and bland. We may be back but will not be ordering the same thing unfortunately :/

Fast service, ill give them that but the food is absolutely pitiful. Had steak and asked for a specific medium rare and they still somehow buggered the order up. steak was rubbery and tasteless. The desserts were okay, not the best but definitely a 1-up from the main dish. Being as honest as i can here, probably wont be back for a while. dissapointed.

Everything is positive about the spiral weave from the exceptional cleanliness of the the place even the car park and garden area, the child’s play area is good also, the staff at the spiral weave are amazing and friendly, our server was amazing with my son who is autistic and adhd and he made him feel so welcome, unlike other restaurants I have been to, so thank you to all the staff at the spiral weave for an amazing time

We had a great lunch. We were met by Andrea at the door, who provided us with extra Gluten free menu as we requested when we booked online. We were shown to a table of our choice and given time to settle, before Graham came back to take our drinks order, we were also ready to give our meal order. Our drinks arrived correctly very quickly. Graham shortly arrived with both our meals. I had lovely Cod Chips& garden peas, Jacqueline had Gluten free Chicken Tikka Masala. Both meals were presented well and we both agreed they were delicious. Andrea remembered Jacqueline from our last visit! and what she ordered and that was months ago, brilliant, well done to both.
