Costa Coffee in Fife

The drinks were amazing but there are so many drinks and my family couldnt choose which ones. My sister chose the strawberries and cream frappe and she didnt like it, if only there were little samples of drinks you can try. 😂

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Food is as good the same as any other Costa. Also as most Costas, very loud and not the nicest or most relaxing place to have a coffee.

Our local Costas. I go in here every morning. Staff are always very friendly. Lovely clean store. Coffee is always made just the way I like it.

Wow! Staff (3 females) more interested with banter with each other & talking about who is closing up/how they glad to go home! rather than serve or interact with customers. Awful!

Went with a wheelchair user,you have to wait for someone to put a ramp down, then there's a a raised bit once you're on the step ,then had to wait to be let out again as they had lifted the ramp and put it away,don't know how they thought we were gonna get out again.When I managed to get a staff member to get the ramp she put it down upside down! Can't see use going back anytime soon.We use the Perth high st branch pretty much everyday and they are amazing!! and wheelchair friendly,

Staff, super friendly. I don’t know how but, the coffee(flat white)I had anywhere in Costa tastes the same(roasted perfectly). Cool place.

This Costa is relatively nice! The staff are usually really nice and efficient, and the wait on drinks and food isn’t bad at all. I ordered a Chai latte on my recent visit, and it was very good!! My brother got one of the refreshers and he really enjoyed it. We also got one of their wraps which they heated for us, and my brother loved it. The only thing wrong with this Costa is the actual building, especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms are falling apart. They are usually quite dirty, the toilet seats are falling off, and the doors don’t lock sometimes. The actual atmosphere of the cafe is really nice and I love to study here, I just wish some of the tables and chairs were replaced with nicer ones as some of them are very uncomfortable. Overall, very nice cafe, just in need of a refurbishment :)

Baristas quite slow given the lack of customer traffic. The black coffee was fine, the flat white was a little disappointing; ok but not up to Caffe Nero standard.

Reliable coffee and a tasty range of snacks. Free WiFi too. Spare seats sometimes hard to come by though

I really enjoy my everyday (after work) coffe,especially the autumn flavours or even the iced cappuccino.

After a burnt breakfast and a slow morning I decided to pop in for a quick coffee and toasty. Both were done in 5 minutes and tasted great. A wonderful start to the day!

Nice Costa in centre of St Andrews, had a nice relaxed atmosphere with a mix of students and locals.

It's a decent Costa in the heart of St Andrews Always clean, outside seating and staff are fine. Coffee as you would expect from any Costa with inflated prices if you are wanting a muffin etc. £2.50 ??? If you are a fan , worth a visit

I went for coffee and a catch up so it was good as always. Its always busy only because its so popular. Only wish I didn't come out smelling of cigarette smoke

went into Costa this morning ,with a friend and waited ages to be served. ? Popped into the toilets, omg they were a absolutely Disgusting. Don't know when they were last cleaned? Paper all over the floor sinks were filthy. Cubicles were also filthy and bucket not emptied. Told staff about this ,and they didn't seem to bother! Expensive place and cleanliness, is Diabolical . Won't be back !

Very long wait to be served then met with unfriendly staff. Place was understaffed and staff present looked overworked hence unhappy. The male toilet was the most disgusting I've been in for a long time. Filthy and smelly and should have been closed until repaired and cleaned. Will not return.

I haven’t finish my cup of cappuccino and they moved it when I went to toilet and when my belonging is still in the seat. This just destroys the whole experience.

The coffee and staff here are always great but today we were served by a woman wearing a “store manager” badge. She had very poor customer service, clearly did not know what she was doing and had an unprofessional smirk on her face. The regular staff were having to cover for her and fix errors. The shop then got busy and she put on her jacket and strolled up and down the store on her mobile. She then left the shop. Don’t get me wrong the store ran so much better when she was not there. Manager training is definitely needed to resolve this

Great coffee and ice tea! I always really enjoy coming here. The staff is so friendly and polite and the shop is always pretty clean. The sandwhiches and brownies are also delightful. I would definetly recommend this costa coffe as it is one of the best I have ever experienced

Really nice little Costa, coffee was lovely and also the staff were very nice and friendly. They ended up giving us free cakes that would have ended up in the bin aswell which was really nice of them.

St Andrews hands down has the best Costa, because of the staff. They are always so friendly so nice, and fast and efficient m they can make multiple drinks while still serving customers with positive upbeat attitudes. They make the whole order better. Don't know the names but there's a couple of guys here and everyone of them are pleasant and my drinks and toasties are always great. Love my mint flavoured drinks here. So thanks!

Great customer service. Queuing outside didnt take long atall lucky if it took 3-5mins. If you love your Costa cappachinos like I do its well worth the wait in my eyes.

I was there this morning (20/04) and blown away by the customer service from the lady who served me. I unfortunately didn't take her name but she is from Glenrothes and could not have been friendlier and more hospitable, not only to me but to the others that I witnessed her serving. It really did brighten up my day, especially since it was my birthday. There's no price on customer service, its invaluable.

Good coffee and amazing service. I not only stop by for my daily dose of latte but also for a dose of kindness and friendliness.

Staff very helpful and offered advice on my Costa gift card that I'd not used last year. It had expired, I emailed Costa and explained about shielding last year. They've sent a replacement card I can use now. Which I'm going to use, unlike last year.

After a 13 mile run in at least 13cms of rain, the coffee and cake was an absolute life saver. Thanks

Quick visit yesterday for a hot chocolate on a chilly day. Just what the doctor ordered. Quick, friendly service and good cleaning protocol in practice when tables were vacated.

Waited in queue, family in front wanted a table inside, which was full & they were told to wait until a table was available, I then went inside to order my takeaway coffee & I was told by a rude staff member I couldn’t go into queue until the family in front of me got their table, so you expect someone that wants a quick takeaway coffee to wait until someone who chooses to wait for a table to be served, absolutely ridiculous.

Coffee is good but what an ordeal to just get a cup of coffee.

Abrupt, unwelcoming attitude from staff. I go to Costa every day in life but the atmosphere here was overly regimental and I found the distrust that I had complied with the track and trace regulations by forcing me to prove so was OTT and unnecessarily intrusive. A very unpleasant experience in a place I have travelled over 50 miles from Edinburgh to come to. I used to enjoy a visit to this Costa and the staff used to be lovely and pleasant not the heavy mob that are on duty these days.
