Total anti-climax... really disappointing meal with no flavour. Hot dish tasted the same as the medium dish, which was more on the mild side. We won't be returning.

Naan good, bhajis OK but Phall was not hot at all. Also left out one of the Dips despite checking order on phone

One of the only good takeaways around this area. All the curries are made delicious. The naan bread was undercooked. But they were sweet enough to redo it and make us another one.

We had have been customers for quite a few years. We haven’t ordered in the last few months as last time it came cold or Luke warm. We ordered tonight the only thing that was hot was the dhansak the rest was Luke warm. I hate cold food so beans on toast for me. Won’t be ordering again. Such a shame.

Had curries etc a year ago and it was much better than tonight's dinner, myself and my wife had different curries.. Chicken baltic, chicken bhuna both sauces were exactly the same, bhuna chicken very dry and both sauces were blande and watery, the garlic rice was blande and the peshwari naan was chewy, hardly no coconut and much smaller than usual. Such a shame because this was the go to takeaway!

We have been customers for a number of years, they have started charging delivery at £2.00 even though we less than 1/4 mile down the road. Delivery drivers rarely have change, overpaid last time and they said it would be taken off next time. Lol never Tonight they arrive no change we said we will give them £20 but they have to come back with change for the other £10. Nice food but not worth the £2.00 delivery charge or the hassle of delivery drivers trying to get a large tip. Won’t be ordering again.

They do the best curries I can find. I will sometimes try different restaurants if uber eats has an offer, but always end up disappointed. The food here is always really tasty, with good portions. I also love the offer of 10% off with collection (£15 or over).

One of the best veggie curries we've had. Aromatic flavours not overloaded with salt, and friendly and polite service too.

Love this take away but £2.00 delivery charge to deliver to Dundridge lane less that a1/4 mile is outrageous ..

Have been ordering from the spice cube for years and only tonight realised i had never left a review. The food here has always been amazing and imo its the best place for a curry in Bristol. Food is always fresh , piping hot and full of flavour , staff always friendly and polite. If i could rate it higher than 5 stars i would!

Never knew this takeaway was so close to me, ordered here for the first time and WOW! The currys was splendid especially the Chicken Jaipur. The family loved it, might have become our new favourite and will definitely be coming back again soon.

My only disappointment here was the lamb in my curry, was no where near soft & it was too hard to eat, so I couldn’t eat it

Really disappointing after all the positive reviews. Edible but very bland, lacking any depth or complexity, oily, stodgy bhaji, soggy poppadums. Underwhelming.

Excellent flavour, fresh and great value.

My first takeaway from here last night and it was very good. The prices are competitive with other takeaways in the area and worth every penny. I will be going back for more! The only advice would be if ordering for delivery via app allow plenty of time.

Ordered Lamb Garlic Bhuna with Lemon Rice, the Lamb was so tough i nearly lost a filling and the Lemon Rice had the pith from the lemon in the rice which any cook will know will make the rice inedible because of how bitter it will taste, iv thrown it in the bin and will never eat from there again.

Great food and great delivery time, but we have stopped ordering since the latest price increase. They are now £10 or so dearer than other takeaways in the area.

We order every Saturday, the food is amazing very tasty. Service is amazing always receive food within five mins of our require order time. Very polite delivery staff, recommended takeaway you will not be disappointed.

This was the first time using The Spice Cube tonight, but it wont be the last, very tasty and nicely spiced.

Have used once before, for a collection order. When we got home, the onion bhajis were missing. Thought that we would try again, this time with home delivery. & ordered online. Delivery was 15 minutes late, but acceptable, given weather & Saturday evening (18:30). When we unpacked the food it was barely warm. Wife dislikes spicy food so went for mushroom omelette, chips & salad. Salad was missing. Can't reheat omelette, so she ate about half & binned rest. I binned my cold/hard nan bread & microwaved the Murghi Masala & pilau rice for 2 minutes, which to be fair became nice...

Our first night in using Spice Cube I would like to say how great it was well done.

Been having deliveries for quite sometime now & always great food. I asked them to suggest a different dish other than chicken dansak and they suggested chicken pathia. It’s now one of my top 3 dishes. Fabulous taste. Thanks and will be ordering again soon.

The flavour on the standard chicken curry has completely changed so either they are trying a new recipe or they have changed owners. Not a fan of this *new* flavour so probably won't be coming back which is a shame as I have been ordering from here for over 2 years now. Also the man who answers the phone is enragingly difficult to talk to as he gets very confused and has to repeat every single step multiple times so the ordering takes 10 mins alone.

Normally 5 stars, but tonight items were missing and received items that i did not order. But turns out I paid for it. Phoned them and was told this is what I had ordered! Dreadfull service tonight very dissapointed! I love this curry takeaway such a dissapointment, had to put order in for chips that i ordered but apparently didn't and had to collect them whilst food was going cold! The man that answers the phone and takes orders needs to be told he can't make up people's orders for them! However chicken Madras was lovely as always. My complaint is the man who answers the phone!!

Have been here a few times now, friendly staff and clean shop, have tried a few items on the menu, that has plenty of choice, the meals I have eaten are very good quality, excellent flavour, today I tried chicken tikka Jalfrezi, very, very pleased, the rice is excellent, and the tandori breads superb, and very reasonably priced, as long as the quality remains, I shall visit regularly from Keynsham

Chicken was inedible for me unfortunately, really had high expectations for this takeaway reading the reviews. Staff was really friendly, food was lacking.

Just 5 minutes from where we live, with a car park. Very friendly staff. Easy to order, they have a card reader. The wait is never too long. The food is always Fabulous. The vegi curries are full of a fresh chunky veg and my sons chicken curries are always full of big chunks of chicken. They serve a good variety of different curries and Asian dishes. I have tried many and have found them all to be very good. I've only ever order the mushroom rice, because its so nice. We have tried other Indian takeaways in the area, but The Spice Cube comes out top.

The worst curry I have ever tasted, absolutely no flavour. Even the peshwari naan was awful. The only dish that we enjoyed was the onion Bhaji! Certainly will not be a returning customer!

This is “The Best” Indian takeaway in Bristol. The staff are extremely friendly and the curries are always cooked to perfection whenever you go. Always same standard. Other takeaways should take a leaf out of these guys book. Well done Spice Cube

A lo largo de los años, he comido en la mayoría, si no en todas, las casas de curry alrededor de Kingswood Street George Hanham en las áreas de Hill. . . Mi viejo favorito era el curry Kings. . . Sin embargo, ya que esta casa de curry abrió hace aproximadamente 3 años, no voy a ningún otro lugar, tengo un curry desde aquí la mayoría de las semanas. Es el mejor, con diferencia, buena comida, buen gusto, buen precio y buen servicio. . . Afortunadamente para mí es a 2 minutos a pie también.

Pidió korma de langostinos y recibió algunas colas de cangrejo que parecían poco fiables y que eran muy blandas y tenían un sabor realmente suave. Pagado 8. 50 por esto no tan feliz. Mis hijos tenían el curry de pollo medio y la salsa era acuosa. No volveré a ordenar desde aquí, aunque las samosas de verduras fueron muy agradables. Decepcionado ??.

Every dish tastes different as it should they always get temperature right staff very polite and friendly nothing to much trouble delivery never late normally early I use at least twice a week always impressing me

Tengo que decir que la comida fue excelente. ¡Obtuve un descuento sorpresa y arroz extra!Entonces, ¿qué recomiendo comer?Entrantes de Sheek kebab, kebab cocktail. Realmente sabroso.Chicken Balti era realmente sabroso y dulce. El arroz con champiñones estaba lleno de hongos y muy sabroso. El pollo Rezala cayó bien. Las ollas de Bombay fueron geniales. Tarka Dall era tan sabrosa, tenía un toque de ahumado también. En general una buena relación calidad-precio y buena comida con solo 30 minutos de tiempo de entrega. ¡Bien hecho todo!

I always use spice cube. Friendly staff and tasty Curry's what more do you need. Tandoori chicken is delightfull and for me it's better than curry kings!

at last a medium curry that has a kick,. curry’s were tasty onion bhajis the size they should be and free pompodoms..what’s not to love, will,order again and if it was like our meal tonight it’ll be our new favourite 👍

The portion sizes where smaller than I’ve received from other restaurants, plus I order two entirely different dishes form what we actually got. The food was pretty like warm and so so oily. Very disappointed

Ordered a chicken tikka masala which in every other Indian unless asked is mild this one was hot and was for my 4 yr old nephew who then couldn’t eat it as was too spicy

Very nice food. Hotter than your average Indian, the vindalloo was very hot and full of flavour. Peshwari mans were great. Onion Bhakti was large crispy and not at all soggy.. overall a very decent takeaway. I will be returning.

This has to be the worst curry I have ever had! The lamb was not lamb but mutton. Even the potato in my sagg aloo were over cooked. The sauce was sloppy! The only thing half decent was the mango chutney. Deff avoid!!!!😡
