Great food, Great drinks, Great service! Mani was very helpful with everything, fantastic host! Would recommend this venue for lunch and dinner!

Myself and my family came in to have some food as the restaurant looked nice. When we got inside the staff were rude and unwelcoming. They gave the impression they were talking about us, and would judge us near our table. The food was good, but just a shame for an awkward setting the staff created.

Great services, great atmosphere, great drinks, and great crisps. What else can you ask for?

Bradley apple old fashioned followed by dumplings popcorn chicken and spring rolls. Server Alex was attentive and food was great. Highly recommend pre theatre / using Victoria station.

We went for the bottomless brunch, the food was delicious we had a great time we were able to stay at our table after the brunch for more drinks. The staff were very friendly and would definitely go back again.

Have visited The Soak twice in the space of a few weeks, we booked a table in the bar area, had drinks and bar food. Food was excellent and service was 10/10. Both times Jaben served us and he was super, what a fantastic lovely guy! Always smiling. We’ll definitely be back as such a great location for getting on train at Victoria.

Had a light and satisfying pre show (Gregory Porter at RAH) meal with a friend. We chose from the Ping Pong menu, had champagne, coffee and very good service. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Nice building and interior. Pretty basic food made to look nice. Good service but, putting 15% service charge on the bill is a bit of a cheeky.

Restaurante muy agradable, ligero y ventilado. Excelente servicio, personal amable y servicial que no nos molestó, pero nos permitió a mi amigo y a mí tener un almuerzo tranquilo en paz. Comida sabrosa, habría estado bien tener algunas opciones vegetarianas más en el menú del plato principal a la carta. La música de fondo era un poco fuerte para empezar, pero o me acostumbré o la rechazaron, ¿no estás seguro de por qué los restaurantes sienten la necesidad de tener música pop intrusiva sonando todo el tiempo?

This restaurant has a very beautiful decor, a nice atmosphere with good background music. The waiters are smiling (we had Deepak as a waiter, he was very good) it is not very very expensive just a little in short I give 5 stars for everything I said and for respecting the instructions that we asked the waiter in short I recommend you all to come

The Soak was a lovely place to eat with delicious food and a nice decor. Insaf was a friendly waiter and we had a lovely experience overall.

Our waiter Alex was so attentive and helpful in deciding what to order from the menu. Between two of us we ordered the 3 dishes for £25 and the tofu sharing buns, all to share. It was plenty food for the two of us (and we can eat)! The cocktails look incredible too. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality food and cocktails. Refined environment and very refined aesthetics of the dishes. Small portions and high price, but it's worth it if you decide to spoil yourself for an evening!

My family and I went here for the first time, and we enjoyed everything, from the food that was exquisite and, especially, our waiter Isaf was very kind, professional and he cared for us very much. This is a great place for an amazing dinner.

We really enjoyed our meal at this place. We love Thai food and it was wonderful. The service from Mani was wonderful as he ensured we were always catered for and knew we had a show to get to so made sure our food was a priority. We would definitely go back.

This is a a very nice restaurant with friendly staff and good food. I originally came due to it's convenient location but left wanting to return to try more of the offered items!

Living in Victoria I always walked right past this place. But I booked a visit and wasnt disappointed. The high ceilings and big windows were amazing. The bar prices not too extorsionate. Good drinks menu. Tall tables at the bar area. Table service at the bar was good. I had also booked a table for dinner and sat in a bay. Menu was good and food was filling, tasty and worth the money. I'll go again.. classy place and worthy of a visit.

We had the monday menu which was great food at a nice, affordable price. We weren't big fans of the calamari, but everything else tasted amazing. We barely had to wait for the next round of food either. The service felt a little bit lacking whenever our empty plates were taken away. Not asking how the food was, how we're experiencing it, if we wanted more drinks etc. One thing we found slightly odd was getting a big spoon for our small desserts. I'd personally recommend giving a small fork. We mentioned this to Alex, who had been serving us well whenever he came by, and he said that he would discuss it with the rest of staff. He definitely raised the stars for 'The Soak'. We would most definitely come eat here again if he were the one serving us.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at The Soak, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we ordered water, and after requesting ice separately, we discovered a fly in one of the glasses. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was dismissive, with one staff member suggesting that the fly could have fallen from above us. Needless to say, it was not the response we expected in such a situation. We also ordered four separate meals, and sadly, two of them were not up to standard. The food didn’t live up to expectations, but it was the service that really left a sour taste. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, we faced issues due to Nationwide banking being down, which was affecting customers nationwide. After multiple attempts to pay and explaining the situation to the staff, we were met with a complete lack of understanding. Eventually, we were able to settle the payment, but by that point, the poor service and dismissive attitude had completely ruined the experience. Based on this visit, we will not be returning to The Soak. It’s unfortunate, as the restaurant has potential, but the lack of professionalism and poor service has left us with no desire to revisit.

We are staying at the hotel, so this was an easy choice. Jeremy was absolutely amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would definitely come back when in town

This is my little piece of heaven. I stopped by after work one evening. I did feel a little out of place. However, the staff are amazing, very friendly, and welcoming. I was escorted to the lovely lounge bar by Antonio, the manager, i had a classic margarita, and it was mixed to perfection, in fact it's the best margarita I've had in a long while. I enjoy tequila and started chatting to Antonio about it, who then proceeded to make me a mezcal sour, from scratch. It was a fabulous evening, I've been back again and was treated beautifully, again, with wonderful service and lovely staff. I will be taking my daughter there for birthday cocktails on Friday evening. Update 17/03/25 I took my daughter on Friday 14th March, it was her 20th birthday. Antonio and his amazing team were wonderful. He had put balloons on our table. She was given a lovely piece of cake with a sparkler and a glass of fizz. She was treated to Antonio's 5 star service, along with all the wonderful servers and expert bar tender, to make her evening very special. This is my most favourite place in the whole of London because it doesn't have to be a special occasion for Antonio and his amazing team to make you feel special. 😍❤️

He made sure we had everything we needed, recommended some great dishes, and was happy to help with any special requests. His service was fast, polite, and made our evening even better. It’s not often you find such great service, and we really appreciated it. Deepak, you did a brilliant job thank you! We’ll definitely be coming back to Soak.

Came here this afternoon for cocktails with friends for a birthday party, absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff was very efficient and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place.

As part of a group having a meal, to start I ordered a cocktail, Long Island Ice Tea - considering it’s mostly alcohol if there was more half a tea spoon of alcohol I’d be amazed. Then I had the half chicken, triple cooked chips amazing, the rest of what was on the plate was as appetising as a dish cloth.

Edmond and Manni are great, polite, and friendly, but Antonio ensured everything was perfect on our multiple visits. Smoked old fashioned was perfect, Godfather made with Blue Label was smooth as silk, wife’s strawberry daiquiris were made to perfection and my daughter enjoyed her Shirley Temple. Food is phenomenal.

The Clermont Hotel is in London’s Victoria Station. It contains bars and restaurants very handy if you want to be near your train departure or if you’re waiting for someone to arrive. The Soak Bar is where we decided to go. We were looked after so well by the staff. Our table wasn’t near anyone else and we were attentively waited upon. We shared a bottle of wine and some dinner. They have Ping Pong dim sum and it was excellent. The fried chicken balls were the hit of the evening. They play music in the bar, but it isn’t that intrusive. Lively atmosphere and we had a lovely time. When it came time to leave, we went to the Victoria Station exit and caught our trains with time to spare.

Server was Mani, fantastic and extremely kind, quick with service and very attentive. Food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable

The food was first class. I had a Soak burger and my wife had a mix of Ping Pong dumplings. The burger was very good but I wish I too had gone for the dumplings. They were scrumptious, ideal for sharing and provided a range of tastes. The service was perfect also. Maini, our server was attentive without being intrusive and was helpful and good humoured. We were in a rush to get to a show and Maini did a great job of moving things along while not neglecting the service. Will visit again.

The food is amazing, we got salmon, beef and fish&chips, my youngest one got mini beef burger and everything taste perfect. We liked the interior and I would like to thank our waiter Mani. He was a professional and very pleasant.

We had dinner at The Soak a couple of times and never got disappointed: the service was on point (special mention to Insaf in particular and his coworkers), the dishes were delicious and we barely finished our plates. A place to go if you are around, even just for a drink.
