Met with friends to celebrate results staff were welcoming and what was origionally just going to be a few drinks turned into us having meals after seeing the amazing food coming out of the kitchen staff are welcoming and attentive will definitly be returning, nice to see managers and staff all working together we expierienced both the male and female manager and a member of staff and they are all consistently friendly and lovely to be around they really made what was already an amazing day for us even better :-)

We went to this establishment for a birthday meal and couldn’t complain because it was very hot and enjoyable, the steak was cooked as we liked it and on the plus side, we didn’t have time to wait. Now for the negative news we were worried because when we booked online you are given a window slot to eat your meal. My main concern is if there are loads of people in and the kitchen staff are run off their feet and you have to wait for your meal, what happens to the time slot? Not forgetting the people who booked our table after us, what happens to them if they booked to go somewhere else after their meal?

Unfortunately all 4 of our meals are bun! Steak is burn on dirty sizzling plate with rust and hard burning layer from previous meal 🤮sausage is burn (photo show),burger bun is burn with hard little pieces of chicken and dry beef burger meat and gammon steak is burn. Won’t go again, sorry.

Tonight was the 3rd time in the last 3 months that we’ve been to this pub for one of our children’s birthdays. Every time we’ve had a table of over 20 booked (mostly at the last minute) and every experience has been even better than the last, which I didn’t think was possible. The staff are just the most lovely and bubbly people that you could meet and the food is just as amazing. They always go above for you, our daughters birthday meal in April I had forgotten her candles and they even had a number 5 candle for us. This pub is the only pub I will take my children for food, as it is hard with 5 young kids 3 of which are autistic. We can find going for food really difficult but we never feel like that at this pub. Thank you all so much again for finishing our oldest daughters 12th birthday off amazingly x

Food is very good here whenever we have visited we are never disappointed, staff are very friendly and make sure that you are well looked after , it’s a great atmosphere and always nice and clean

We came on Monday evening and me and my partner came for food it was absolutely delicious it was all nice and hot, I had the hunters chicken and my partner had chicken tikka masala . The staff was ever so polite and really helpful with us .

I'm not really a review man myself but I got to give credit where its due. We went for dinner here last week it was really busy and all the tables were more a less taken I could see the staff looked over run so we got a drink and we weren't waiting long before the staff found us a table. The staff were really apologetic about our wait and were really pleasant and welcoming seemed like that they couldn't do enough for us. The meals were excellent and we were well catered for throughout our dine. Really enjoyed this and I'll be back soon thankyou for your service, excellent work.

The only place we ever go for food in Walsall! Everytime we go the staff are so bubbly and lovely! Can be hard going out for food with a 2,3,4,9 & 11 year olds, 3 of 5 children are autistic so tend to feel very uncomfortable when taking them out for food. But never feel like that at this place, It’s just such a chilled environment, the kids are always running around feeling so relaxed and happy! And the food is just as excellent as the last time we went. We only went last night and can’t wait to go again! Honestly thank you so much to the staff for making us feel so welcome every time, will never go anywhere else!
