Such a lovely experience, we had Rachel as our server who was amazing. Drinks were served very often and were pretty strong. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

Danielle was absolutely fab as always. Super attentive and really kind. 10/10 would recommend

Went on a busy Friday night. Service was extremely slow due to all the cocktails being served. It would have made more sense to break the bar up into two sections; bottles & draughts, and cocktails separately. The bar have replied, without providing an apology pointing out they have an app with table service - who's sitting down at a table during a Friday night with hundreds of people on the bar? No one! Poor excuse making.

We visited for bottomless brunch last night and it was the worst one we’ve ever been to, the service was rubbish, the first drink order was wrong then I had to chase up where the correct one was, we were sat waiting for drinks and got told that one of the cocktails out of the 2 we paid extra to upgrade to, had ran out not offered the upgrade refund. We were then told another off the main cocktail menu had also ran out. So ordered something else and then got told they did in fact have it. Awful service, won’t return.

Paid alot of money for bottomless brunch to be sat waiting 45 mins of out 2 hours without a drink, after ordering them. Food was burnt. When complained they brought us 3 round of drinks we didn't like because they didn't ask us. Won't be going back

Turned up at 10.20 on Saturday morning 16th Nov only to find the doors locked, finally they opened the door but said they weren't open yet. When I said the website states they open at 10 am the response was very abrupt by saying the cleaners hadn't finished! When we got in the atmosphere was awkward with the guy on the door ignoring us. No table service as all food had to be ordered at the bar and no menus were available for the brunch menu. Girl behind the bar was very nice and helpful. Very poor experience and won't go back as a result. The business has asked to email them further details but all they need is in this review. I have no faith that any further details sent to the company will result any action anyway.

Had a wonderful bottomless brunch with the family for my grandad’s 75th! Our server Danielle was wonderful and kept the drinks flowing!

Visité para el brunch temático Wicked / Halloween y lo pasamos de lo mejor. El lugar y el personal se veían muy bien, estábamos sentados muy rápido y nos llevaron a través de qué opciones teníamos disponibles para nosotros. Tuvimos un sinfín de cantidades de Prosecco y un montón de opciones de cócteles, incluso pusieron algunos chupitos de inicio gratis. Había una buena variedad de opciones de comida, fui con el pollo y los gofres, aunque no me derribó los calcetines, fue lo suficientemente agradable. El servicio de Rachel fue increíble desde el momento en que llegamos, ella mantuvo las bebidas fluyendo y fue muy atento, siempre comprobando si estábamos listos para más. En general, un brunch alcohólico muy buena relación calidad-precio, yo recomendaría defo darle una vuelta.

Had a meal here today the presentation of the food was brilliant . I had the chicken skewers they were amazing and service was grate the name of the chef and server was Regs and Josh thank you we will be back definitely.

Visited on Saturday for my cousin's hen do. Cocktail making class was run very professionally by a lovely young man called Louis. He made the event very enjoyable for us all. Cocktails and mocktails were great and we were served 3 types of chips with various dips between making cocktails. Thank you Louis for getting our party started 🙂🍸💍.

Disappointed. But not our loss. We were the ones going to spend in this place. We were turned away at the door as i was wearing what your doorman described as jogger bottoms. They were a smart pair of black dress pants from M&S. could pass for trousers or joggers. Although i wouldn’t go jogging in them. I’m 70 yrs old & myself & my wife were dressed for a day out in Durham. We had a nice day out but would have liked to try this place. Might be company policy but these doormen & the company need to use better discretion as to who would pass as respectable paying customers. Won’t be trying again & won’t be recommending to anyone. Ps: only clicked that one star as would’t let me post review. So no stars.

Stayed at the Premier Inn and decided to walk over for a drink. Wish we hadn’t bothered…unfriendly bar staff having their own conversations and felt like an effort to serve two cocktails. Drank them and left. Wouldn’t return.

Brilliant visit for bottomless brunch, plenty of flavoursome cocktails with a breath of fresh air waiter Kyle! Kyle made our visit experience friendly and welcoming always making sure we had our drinks topped up! Food from the kitchen was excellent thoroughly enjoyed my fajita pasta will definitely be visiting again!

Half a dozen lettuce leaves , four croutons , soya beans and a squirm of caesar dressing. Ran out of chicken!! £10,95 shocking. Won't be going again. When I asked the server , it was usual in all their premises. Absolutely disgusting.

We came to bottomless brunch for a 40th birthday for 9 people. The service was terrible. Sat waiting with empty glasses Everytime. Had to go over to ask for another drink to be told to wait. Food was disgusting the burgers were rock solid as if they had been sat from the night before. Really disappointed in the service.

We had been in Durham all day sightseeing & found the area where the slug & lettuce is so thought we’d have a drink before heading back to our hotel (ramside hotel & spa). However the doorman (tall, dark hair, well built) decided my husband was not suitably dressed (shorts). As this was only 5pm & we were only in for one drink, it seemed unreasonable & we were actually better dressed than some of the underdressed individuals who were being admitted. Was it more perhaps because we were ‘older’? Anyway, their loss as we were welcomed in the champagne bar opposite which had lovely door staff.

Danny served us today for bottomless brunch and he was absolutely amazing! He is such a lovely person and made sure we felt comfortable the whole way through!! An amazing member of your staff :)
