Greggs in County Durham

asked for tomato sauce on 4 sandwiches I got literally a tiny drop on each one of them

Never got order as driven never tuned up for delivery

Que out the door and only one person serving again

My address was wrong, when contacted the delivery driver to give him the actual

We come here after a visit to Bishop as it is the only cafe open till 5pm but also they do a very decent peach Melba and cup of tea at a bargain price. Also the staff are very nice.

Greg's just love their pastries and Coffee .

Food is always great and not expensive.

It arrived way late and some of the items didn't arrive

My delivery instructions were clearly stated with my order. Yet, delivery driver refused to find it and asked me if I can come up to the main road and FIND HIM. Even 5 years old kid would not have a problem with finding my house with instructions I’d give them. Useless , will never order from them again.

No matter where You Shop in Greggs, the Format is the same. Regrettably the CALORIE COUNT is HIGH: HOWEVER the TASTE's Always the Name of the Game. I Daren't Visit more than Once a Month, already being Rotund. However : the Tindale Retail Outlet has beaten OTHER Fast Foods into the Ground. We have enjoyed much 'Clement' Weather; resulting in Opportunity to EAT Alfresco. Aside from the Sausage Rolls; I LOVE the Chicken Goujon's & Dip even More So.

Everything is stone cold making most of it inedible, had to throw most of it out, not worth it at all

The order was excessively late and the pizza was missing it was not included in the order which I paid for.

It's Greggs.. Which means, good value, good food that you can trust it's quality, and always good service. This is a nice little store, with their current standard of sit in area we've come to expect. Thanks Greggs 👍

Food was horrible like it was cold out the fridge

I do have a Greggs app on my phone. When I'm getting some pepperoni pizza, gingerbread man, and millionaire caramel shortbread, I tried some southern fried chicken goujons, and spicy potato wedges.

Greggs is Greggs, know what you are going in for. Usual selection of goodies, pies, pasties, sandwich, pastries, cakes etc and an outside seating area should you need it.

They kept changing the times from 12:00-12:30 to 12:50-13:00 then did not get to me till 13:15 and it was cold when it got to me and the kids was hungry when I ordered it at 11:30

My pizza box was all squished together and half the pizza was on one side and on top of the box I had items missing I was just not expecting this ….

Hash browns were very dry and over cooked, was given to the dogs as they were too far gone. Staff need to read order properly as I ordered 2 packs of yum yums and only one was packed, refund was requested via just eat. Breakfast baguette didn't have any egg on it just sausage and bacon. They need to step up their game at this store.

You get a great coffee here and the staff are very helpful

No order was delivered even tho app says it was. Ordered around 12.40 and it kept changing delivery time eventually to 14.05 then never updated again until around 15.20 to say it had been delivered when it hadn’t. Should not accept orders they can’t fulfil. .

I always like Greggs. It's great value for money; even better still if you have the app (my thoughts below). This store is staffed by friendly people. They also provide a friendly service and you are always greeted with a smile. Sometimes it's hard to get a table so often find takeaway is my only option. That said Greggs tend to keep rennovating their stores with no seats at all; so it looks like they are moving towards being takeaway only; also reflected in the decision to no longer use anything but paper cups and bags. The app.. yes I think the app sweetens the deal even more however you would have to buy at least nine coffees or pies to get a freebie. Regular visitor to this store.

All the food was cold. Bakes, wedges and cheese melts were freezing. Pop missing from order too.

Ordered before 10am arrived at 10 past 11 food stone cold. Very disappointed when we ordered hot food.

We come here as we know it is open till 5.30 plus there is a decent loo on the shopping centre. They do a decent cup of tea and we had a peach Melba which is excellent and a bargain price. The staff are always friendly.

The packaging that the food can in smelt like stale cigarette smoke, presumably from the delivery’s drivers car.

Extremely slow delivery (over an hour late) and the "hot food" was cold. Very disappointing.

Waited over an hour, hot drink was non-existent as it was delivered upside down with a loose lid. Definitely won't be getting delivery from Greggs again as this has happened a number of times now.
