Was the best night out with the girls! Dj Mix Master definitely understood the assignment! Played so many bangers! We loved him he made our night 😁😁 will definitely be back!

Chicken on my salad was over done and rubbery. Salad was drenched in dressing.

Slug and lettuce provided a fun, upbeat and buzzing atmosphere for my hen do. We had some pornstar martini trees which were gorgeous and the staff were very attentive and friendly. It’s great how the team transition the bar later on in the night to match the mood to allow for some people to have a dance to some great songs.

The manager needs to show leadership skills he accused us of making our waitress cry we did not the food was dreadful and a long wait for food even though we booked Manager you need to not shout and threaten customers Dreadful behaviour

We came in for brunch and were hosted by Alissa. She was honestly the best host we’ve had in a long while. Her attentiveness and hospitality was through the roof. I highly recommend asking for her if you book (if that’s a thing?) We had a small issue with the booking and she helped us so quickly and effortlessly. She made our day!

What's the point of two for one drinks when they taste like water? Slow service as well. Staff are nice though, maybe their manager needs to... you know, manage? He needs bar rescue to visit lol

I love this bar they have a good selection of drinks I think the men's toilet could do with some attention it always smells it's clean but like a lot of pubs in bath being old buildings they need a refit

Lovely setting, well decorated, light and comfortable. Our waiter was accommodating, explained the menu well and regularly refilled our drinks without being overbearing. We would come again and recommend our bottomless brunch here at Slug & Lettuce, Bath

Amazing time and slug and lettuce yesterday, for bottomless brunch for my 40th birthday! Our waiter Tristan was on the ball, polite, attentive, and fun! Only let down was we couldn’t leave a review at the time to claim our free shot, as the WiFi doesn’t work at all! Such a shame! Would defo come again tho!

We had booked last minute for a bottomless brunch and not only were they able to accommodate all our allergies (gluten and tomato allergy) but Ethan went out of his way to make sure that we were always topped up on our Prosecco. We had a very good time and would recommend

How she remembered this i don’t know, 10/10! The food was delicious as usual, drinks came quickly although could do with a bit of extra alcohol in them! Give Ellen a raise!!

Went with my friends for a small meal and was served by staff member Alissa. She was very attentive and made the dining experience enjoyable. Correct customer service really goes a long way and is always appreciated. Would definitely come back again, especially if she will be there!

The afternoon tea (with excellent cocktails) was delicious! We arrived early in the afternoon on a weekday, which mean that we were able to visit before heavy crowds arrived. The food and drinks were delicious - I recommend their Pina Colada The restaurant and atmosphere were lovely. The entire team was kind and super welcoming. Thank you! We can’t wait to return one day.

Went here after a pleasant experience some time ago. How disappointed was I and all the family. Real difficulty using the app gave up in the end. Ordered at the bar food was not that good! Items missing only got my side salad after we had finished our meals. I think that's my last trip to S&L.

Very happy with our service. Liv and tash were really welcoming and fast with the drink service. Very happy with our visit. We will visit again.

Neat concept, leaves a lot to be desired. All of the food was low quality, either overcooked and chewy or lukewarm. Paid for the bread dip platter and came with two crusty little pitas. Servers only bring out food, you order on an app, which is convenient if not a little impersonal during slow hours. Not a good value in any sense. Good for a drunk night out and poor financial decisions, not good for a meal.

Came in today for a bite to eat with the hubby, I’d never been to a Slug & Lettuce before, but a couple of my girlfriends raved about the one near Miller & Carter in Bath. The food was an absolute 10/10, could’ve eaten my dinner and Bill’s, but was just so full from the portion sizes. Not only this, but the drinks themselves deserved a 5 star review, the fruity pornstar was so scrumptious it made me feel like I was barely drinking, went down like squash on a hot afternoon, but I was slightly embarrassed to order it considering the name 🙈. This embarrassment however was forgotten due to my lovely waitress, I failed to catch her name unfortunately as she was so busy, running around serving other customers when I tried to find her to ask, but she was a young blonde girl with braces and nails with little blue bits on the end. She was a lovely, charming girl who made a joke about the name when I ordered and put my nerves at ease, she truly put a smile on mine and my husbands face and provided us with 10/10 service, delivering our food promptly and chatting and giggling away like she knew us already. When I next come back (which I definitely will) I would love to be served by such an efficient and wonderful girl.

We sat outside in the sun drinking 2 for 1 cocktails and had a fantastic time. They needed more staff clearing tables and wiping down, but other than that no issue. Try the pina coladas, they’re lovely!!

We attended the cocktail making class with Ethan as our host. I can’t recommend enough. It was fun and really interesting! Ethan was so patient and really stepped us to make sure we had a fabulous time at the Hendo. He was brilliant and deserves the highest praise.

Very bad service I waited so long for just fries and when it eventually came no apologies nothing.The manager asked me do I want any sauce with it what sauce do I want I said tomotoe sauce and salt please and it never came. I felt very discriminated as I am South African. I won't be going to this restaurant again. Worst service I ever experienced.

Went yesterday for a friend's birthday and the barman ( Kieran?) was amazing so friendly great addition to our party .. the service was solid and customer interaction was great and really helped make the my friends birthday the best :)

Went for some food today for my daughters birthday, staff are rude, food was absolutely diabolical. My daughter ordered the doughnut waffle stack, the doughnut was rock hard. I had the house breakfast, beans were cold,sausage was awful and cold toast and a rock hard egg. Floors was so sticky and we was freezing.

Called in on a Sunday lunchtime so the atmosphere was very subdued. Maybe on a Saturday night it would be a tad more lively. Large establishment serving a large selection of beers, wines and spirits plus Food. Food was the usual fare from a pub chain but was well cooked and quickly served. Staff were friendly.
