The Skillet in Glasgow City

Cannot fault this place. From the customer service, the food, drink and atmosphere. We had our dog and he was given treats and attention. The food was amazing and they do stunning cocktails. Can’t wait to go back

Really nice family lunch. Excellent value for great food and very personable service. Add in some nice cocktails and mocktails for an all round lovely experience.

Dudaba sobre revisar este lugar ya que siento que es una joya escondida en el barrio, pero un restaurante así de bueno merece sus elogios. Todas las críticas de este lugar son absolutamente spot on. La comida es increíble. Una gran variedad de opciones en el menú y algo que atenderá a todos los gustos. Hemos estado un par de veces en la noche de carne. 2 filetes, 2 guarniciones, 2 salsas y 2 copas de vino por 45 € (ligeramente más caro si eliges los mejores cortes de carne de res). Gran valor. Un montón de grandes opciones de bebidas también y los cócteles son tan sabrosos. Lo mejor de este lugar es el servicio. Personal muy amable y muy atento. Cuando te recuerdan y recuerdan lo que bebes, entonces sabes que son geniales en lo que hacen. Realmente no podía culpar a este lugar. El equipo de allí debería estar muy orgulloso de lo que has creado porque es un restaurante fantástico y definitivamente volverá.

We have found The Skillet to be one of our favorite dining places because of the superb quality of the chef's work, the lovely ambience, and the great location. But perhaps topping all of those excellents is the attentiveness and competence of the staff. Louisa's service is outstanding and she always makes our visit delightful. Thanks to all the staff for their excellence and dedication to quality.

We went as a family to eat at the skillet and everything was amazing. The food was delightful and appetising that we were full for the rest of the day. The staff were very kind and caring coming up and asking if everything is alright with the meal and everything else . I would definitely recommend to go there with you want to eat some delicious food.

All around excellent - friendly service, great food & cocktails. We didn’t have a reservation but got a nice window table. Negroni menu is yum! Our party of 3 each had different food options (chicken, steak, sea bass) and all were amazing. We had to try the sticky toffee pudding which was really good despite being full.

We were given a table upstairs. Attentive service from the start. Ambience was perfect. Ordered the Kerlan chicken, fillet of beef and cheese board. Accompanied by a bourbon cocktail and a fine Merlot. Food was scrumptious! Service very good. Will definitely we back!

Staff, food, atmosphere and restaurant….all tremendous! My partner had the prawn starter and I have food envy, even though my chicken starter was amazing. I had the duck for my main, and again was superb! Great wee place and will definitely be back! The staff are all so welcoming and attentive.

The food is amazing, tastes very good and presented beautifully. The best thing is they adjust your meal to your liking easily. And the waitress she is very nice.

Great for a casual night out with our son. The cocktails were excellent and the staff and service were great and very prompt. Amongst us we ate some excellent asparagus on humus, lamb croquettes, duck, fillet steak and a burger. Couldn't fault any of it and my duck was exactly how I like it. Would definitely return.
