Excellent food and clean & friendly environment and fast service… highly recommended in Nottingham area

Really delicious vegan food! Arrived still hot despite a confusion with the delivery (our address is a bit hard to find with google maps)

I would like to say that I had a lovely meal, but I can't.. I had a gorgeous meal, the Ceylon is lovely and is as hot as I would have liked. Not oily or greasy meals, cooked to perfection and accompanied with a nice choice of sides and rices. Had a pickle tray to go with the poppadoms A Rogan Josh a Ceylon, keema and Coconut rice and samosas Absolutely 💯 % Shama, loved it.

We have just had some food delivered. The delivery times are ridiculous and get extended out whilst u wait. The food was okay. Very oily overriding alot of the taste. They curries we had all kind of tasted the same as well. I'd use them again but as a last resort.

Accidentally ordered from here as we are based in Loughborough! The food still arrived in a very timely manner (possibly an hour). We were all very glad we did as the food was superb including all the pickles and chutneys. Very vibrant, very fresh tasting. Would order again if they are willing to deliver!

We collected our order in person from the shop that’s got an impressive look. Service was very pleasant. But it went downhill from there. The chutneys and poppadoms were like those from the supermarket. The onion bhaji was reasonable but the veggie samosa was quite disappointing- mostly potato. The prawn dhansak was the worst I’ve ever tasted. The sauce was very runny and there was no depth of flavour. Sorry but not a place I’d return to.

Food is exceptional! Currys are bursting with flavour, they also smell incredible. This place actually do proper keema naan aswell! The Price's aren't too bad either. Compliments to chef 👏

Really delicious food. Ordered a lot of times and at previous houses. Later than estimated time of 5.20, was more like 6pm. Had to phone me to find the house as the houses are all set back and not numbered, so everyone struggles!

Whilst my husband said his masala was ok, the chicken Korma was not mild and not like any korma I have had before, it was spicy not the smooth coconut/cream taste you normally get.

My takeaway this evening once again confirmed that Sharma is the best in Nottingham if not further. Absolute quality.

In my personal opinion, I rate shama for bringing restaurant standards to your home, food is always freshly made, piping hot, delicious, and decent price with friendly staff. Super highly recommended as it is the best curry house in east midlands, well done and keep up with good work.

Great food! The garlic chilli prawns and lamb chops are our favourite. Great portion sizes. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s because they are so popular!! We order nearly every week

I love the fact that they have a wide variety! That can cater to vegans as well!!! I had gotten the paneer salad for my friend and she had absolutely loved it, I personally love their chicken madras and when asked to be made hot in spice, they didn’t disappoint! Will order from here again very often in the future

Ordered £55 worth of food at 20:48. Delivery estimated 9:15-30. After ringing 3 times finally got food at 21:58. It was average at best. Had high hopes for this but was let down a lot..Egg rice was spicy.

Food great but driver had been given incorrect postcode by Shama making the food late. Postcode was correct when order put through.

The tikka masala tasted like a korma with red food colouring init. Ordered the tikka masala mild as it was for my son but the rice was really spicy so he couldn’t eat that, and there wasn’t a lot of meat in it. Disappointing sorry to say!

I would just like to say we didn't go to the restaurant we ordered food.The guy that took my order gave me a price of £19.95 and when the delivery driver arrived he asked for £26.When I rang the restaurant they denied this and blatently lied it was the same guy i ordered with.I would avoid ordering here at all costs.A good restaurant/takeaway would have apologised and honoured the price they had quoted and I would have respected them.Avoid them at all costs no no no

The delivery was a little late but I was advised,so it’s ok. I hadn’t realised they were so far from where I live.It was worth waiting for though.The tastiest Indian food I’ve had for ages.Great selection of vegetables in my dish which looked like vegetables and not mush.Delicious naan. Customer service was very poor, over 1hr and 20 mins for delivery. The food was not cooked properly and the chicken dish had undercooked pieces. Very disappointing. Wasn't much flavour, had to season it myself.

Ordered 4 times recently and every order has been delayed. The food is good just be prepared for delays.

After all the advertising I’ve seen these guys kicking out, thought I’d give it a try. Very average, not terrible, but there are better curries to be had.

Didn’t realise it was coming all the way from Nottingham until I ordered (I live in Shepshed Leicestershire ) and it travelled really well and was red hot still. Bang on loved it
