The Shake Lab in Oxford

Today I was served by tyesha, she made me feel welcomed and was very patient while I was ordering.

Went in today with my partner, Ruby was incredibly welcoming and helpful with going over the menu and asking what things we prefer. Will definitely be back here in the future!

I had a great experience today with a staff member called millie she was very helpful and made me feel welcome and gave me some great recommendations!

Neat, clean, and delicious. The best crepes in town. Nishika is a lovely lady, make me the best crepe every time.

I ordered the classic Oreo shake and it didn’t disappoint at the price point it was sold at. Nishika was good with her service at all I must have hardly waited for 5 minutes and my drink was ready. Will definitely visit again and try some more flavours

Just had a delicious Nutella and banana crepe made by the lovely Millie. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back to try the other flavours.

Was welcomed nicely and introduced to the different varieties of shakes, waffles and crepes. I had a crepe and a waffle stick and was delicious. It was in all a great experience having tried it first time and wonderfully attended by one of your employees Nishika. Can suggest Shake Lab to more people.

Love your the variety of shakes they offer. Everytime I go I order a new one and it’s never disappointing. Nishika does a great job preparing them.

lovely end to a long day at college, the drink was great and a large size and the service from my server, millie, even better! definitely recommend for after a long day of shopping as a sweet pick-me-up!! :)

always from the outside their menu seemed extremely attractive, I finally decided to try it for taste, my rating is 5/5. The only downside was that the student discount is valid only through the application on the phone, simply showing your student ID will not work

Went for the Rockin Rocher, ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS. Also great service from Hannah and Yasmin. Would 100% recommend a visit.

£5.95 for a crunchie milkshake that was good but not outstanding. Made to wait outside with my 4yr old despite inside being empty and only one other family of four waiting. Overheard them making a mistake with the previous order where they had added chocolate and then attempted to remove the chocolate rather than make a new shake, which the buyer insisted on as it turned out they had an allergy. No apology. Quite unfriendly attitude generally.

My friend and I came here for a dessert following lunch elsewhere. My friend had a Kinder Bueno-based milkshake, and I had a strawberry cheesecake one. We were both very happy with our milkshakes - they're a good size and consistency, and are well-presented too. Service was also very fast. We'd certainly come here again.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SHAKE LAB IN THE N.S.M (science museum London) Self service order! iPads where easy to use self explanatory and relatively clean (hardly any finger prints) Order was 2x Oreo milkshakes and Malteser fudge (dietetics mistake 😅) cake The shakes were completed quickly and the staff where extremely friends, wich for a Yorkshire man in London was quite nice Over all cost £18 (rounded up) Only extremely small down side !! Tables weren’t cleaned but this could be part of the museum and not the shake lab Would recommend

Really expensive vanilla milkshake! Bought three different types and the all tasted the same. The hardly put any of the chocolate bars in the shakes. Don't waste your money!

My local Shake Lab is Trafford Centre and it’s fine but I was in Oxford last weekend and had the best experience. The drink was as good as always (Ferrero Rocher shake- tell your friends) but the staff were all so lively and friendly, it legitimately left me feeling happier. (I’m not weird, you know what I mean). Also I didn’t have to wait in a huge queue like my usual one (Sorry Trafford Centre but also.. fix it).

Loads of shake/juice places popping up but this is by far the best! Great menu, loads to choose from. I went for a furero roche Straight forward service. I went in yesterday and was served by Elisabeth. I was very happy and will visit again 😊

god knows where they got the guy with short black hair that served us, terrible attitude, was messing around on his laptop whilst serving us. made me feel very uncomfortable. spoke to us like he hated us. never go here

I paid over £6 for a single milkshake and expected a high end milkshake, unfortunately I received a disappointing liquidy milkshake where I could hardly taste the mix in.

I went there few times and I'm still confused... Shakes looks nice - dipping plastic cup with chocolate what I'll not eat bit uneccesary and for this price watery milkshake not worth it - or I may miss something...

Ordered an Oreo milkshake, there was so much cream on top & it didn’t taste of anything apart from cream! When I got to the end of the milkshake it started to taste really gloopy. I paid £5.85 which is ridiculous.

You don’t need warm weather to enjoy these cold treats! My fav is Oreo toppings. Some people said in their reviews that the ice cream is flavourless, but I find them light and not too overpowering; guess what! You can taste the milk 🥛, kinda like a milk ice cream 🍦

Tried aero mint milkshake, it was really nice but i didnt like the cream And i think it have changed the adress? Im not sure

Milkshakes were a bit off in texture

Not very good. I’ve had better milkshakes in small town US diners. These just had no flavor.

Amazing milkshakes however can't help but notice the plastic cups, straws and spoons could be replaced with better alternatives!

Lovely shake, however ruined by the attitude and wooden personality of the server who appeared to be just going through the motions.

Ordered an Oreo Milkshake and Strawberry Protein Shake. Both tasted good, but not outstanding, they were a bit too lumpy near the bottom to enjoy finishing it all. Each cost £4, if cheaper I would go back, but not for £4 each.

We ordered a malteasers milkshake, quite disappointing, a thin consistency and poor taste, for £4 we expected better, sorry won’t be returning soon!

I had a really nice honeycomb milkshake here, didn’t take too long, with a big queue it looked like the drink making staff were under a lot of pressure though
