Not good service and it costs too much money

Went there a couple of times after years and it's such a great pub now great staff great people they even do carribean food and there is music on not many great pubs like this left in Smethwick would highly recommend to anyone looking for a real pub .

Didn't eat there. Music was good as was the atmosphere. Reggae and R&B music Saturday nights. Price on drinks ok but a few people complained that the spirts seemed weak. Couple of negatives, they don't serve coffee and the toilets are right at the top of the building lots of stairs. They do have a disabled toilet which you have to asked at the bar for the key.

Popped in for one quick drink, with a friend. Traditional pub, lots of seats available, cheap drinks and friendly customers. Sat in the garden area and listened to funky house the whole time.....great vibe 👍

Awsome pub, they had a big smoker in the garden it smelt amazing. Large pub with plenty of seating , not a lot of choice on beers but it's perfect for the area and it's customer base. Staff are really friendly, great pub

If you want to see late stage civilizational collapse pay this place a visit. What’s really scary is that it’s actually the best the area has to offer…. God help any poor soul that lives in the area.

Great atmosphere ...some of the bar staff need to look as though they enjoy their job....smile 😊...it don't cost nothing...music great,most are smethwick ppl,which I know personally are very friendly...would I go there again...most definitely a yes

1st time going last week, really friendly staff and the atmosphere was perfect. The music was on point- danced all night. Only downside is going to the toilets upstairs- not good if you had a good drink and no parking. Definitely recommend.

Went on Friday evening/night. Nice atmosphere. Some of the bar staff not very friendly. Had DJ music was few people dancing. Ladies toilets upstairs which I personally find pretty awkward as men's are located downstairs. Unsure of closing time as did not stay till the end

Staffs are very helpful and go the extra mile to help you. l use this garage many time over, and the never fail me. Always there to help when you calling up on them at last notice.

Hi Yeh a very nice pub good hospitality. But the disabled toilet was not too clean . I would have given 5 stars shame about the loo .

Went in there today 7th July 2020 was greeted by lovely staff who made us very welcome you had yo sanistize before ypu are seated then you are allocated a table were drinks served to you they take cash or card i felt really comfortable in there ... the vibes are nice defiantly will be making a another visit very soon so come on people go and see for yourself . When the pub said it did food, I expected something a little more than a few cobs.

Really nice place, clean and reasonably priced drinks. Music 🎶, music 🎶 and more music 🎶. With such variety and range, from Elvis Presley to Bob Marley and Roots Rock Reggae to Classic Pop & Rock. All are welcomed black, white, brown, yellow, pink & green, and any nation, race, etc too. Tonight was Ms GOGGLEBOX Sandra Martin's 58th Birthday 'Drink Up and Wine Down' celebration 🎉. Nuff love ❤️, and much fun 😊 was had by all.

The atmosphere was great - nice and relaxed. I asked for a cocktail that was not on the list - that's what I normally have when I go out. I would happily have something else if they couldn't do it, but the manager got up and made it herself. I had three. To be honest, that was quality customer service. I will not only return but will highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years before it did have a bit bad rep but the people who have it now are lovely never any trouble bar staff always polite but they have off times like everyone one else food is lovely when laid on toilets clean ok if busy can be a little untidy, diff cultures here I am white but have never been treated any different always looked after and asked if am ok good DJ only complaint karaoke stops early on a Sunday so I leave but if on for longer I would stay till end love this place cobs cheap and always fresh don’t listen to others try for yourself!

I do not drink but while at work, we take our clients out depending on where they want to go one of those being the pubs. One day the pub we normally go to was closed and so we located the seven stars as an option. I was amazed at how good and humble these guys are especially Mark who despite being young is very respectful and has the understanding of how to treat people with learning disability. He communicates and ask the lady I support what she would like to have . Normally some people don't talk to people with learning disability; they would ignore them and only communicate with their support workers. I find Mark to be very professional; I had to share this with my supervisor and now I would to make it public.

Friendly pub with lots of different characters. Prices good and they serve cobs and curry patties.

Always a great night great music good atmosphere

The bar maids are very hostile and they don't apply ruled fairly,for example I brought my food and was told not to eat it but minutes later I saw two people having their food in the pub and when I asked and was told they were not feeling well,but I couldn't see that. I was not happy. Again l only realised when I got home that they gave old pound coins for change.

It ok like the beer garden it be good if plays live music for black and white and bring more peoples if cooked Caribbean and English foods.......

Visited here for old times sake. Bought back lots of happy memories. A shame that the area has gone down hill a bit.

Nice pub, reasonably priced drinks friendly atmosphere. Bar staff are very nice, sum days food is available, mixed crowd , footy on tv. Owner tried 2 mix it up with different dj's on rotation, Kareoke , tribute nights etc. Only downfall no car park , but worth the walk.

Local corner pub. Plenty of pub games but little choice of beers. Kinda noisy but friendly. Can't say it's anything special but definitely not the place to avoid
