lovely food amazing staff friendly helpful, pleasure to visit

Food delicious and hot but literally every time we go we have to wait in the bay. Fast food this is not

Steven gave our family visit a five star service,also we seen him cleaning very well ,we noticed the whole restaurant was very clean too from that experience we want to come back thank you

Was greeted by a staff member, Lim. She was really friendly and helpful with showing me how to use the kiosk and let me know about their kfc app. I will definitely be back and much appreciated the service here!!

It’s great, we’ve been to a few different KFC’s and it’s nice, the food is good and hot and a nice cold drink to boot, nice staff. And you can pay in cash or online, the biggest problem is though, it’s all to moreish which keeps enticing us back, but I’ll have to live with it 😂🤣

Missing dips warm drinks and horrible packaging a mess.

Delivery time was only 1 minute longer so can't complain. Very polite man.

the chips wad stone cold and the chicken was pink and could not eat it the only thing that I could eat was the rice

Shocking experience once again been there 3 times on the last month and every time had 2 things missing

Refused to pick up my 14 year old son from old hill and drop him home in Pensnett as he didn’t have cash up front!! They’ve picked up and dropped off numerous times before and I always pay for the fare when he gets home Used this company regularly for over 30 years but won’t be using them again!!!

Disappointing Experience I recently visited KFC and had an extremely disappointing experience. The chicken was undercooked and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It was clear that it wasn’t properly cooked, which is a serious food safety issue. On top of that, the quality of the meal was nowhere near what I expected from a well-known fast-food chain. For a brand that prides itself on crispy, flavorful fried chicken, this visit was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning unless they improve their food quality and hygiene standards. Would not recommend! 1/5 stars.

I live by k.f.c. I go once a week in the week there is a lovley lady name Tracey she’s always polite and friendly she goes above and beyond to help..

I bought mighty bucket for 1 at the drivet-through. Most of the chicken smelled raw and i had to throw them away. Wasted £9,90.

Get your coffee machine fixed... its been weeks.

They delivered the wrong food sent it back they never returned with the right order ended up £30 out of pocket will never use them again.

Joined the drive-through que (a very large que) and was surprised how quickly I got to the front of it!. Staff were friendly & efficient food was right, hot and really nice. The old hill branch is normally the only one i use as it's the best in the area.

How is it possible for you guys to get something wrong with the order ALWAYS. last tree orders I had drink missing twice. last time I got wrong sides I wanted beans and got gravy. And this time I found pile of metal shavings on the chicken!? ( like from knife sharpening). And bottle of Pepsi was nowhere to be found. I usually never write reviews but this is just a joke at this point. Order from different KFC if you can. Avoid this one.

Items were missing off order and a cookie. I called the restaurant and they advised I need to go and pick up missing items but will have to pay again. The manager and colleague were so rude to me on the phone. I ordered this due to me having an operation and can’t drive

The best Kfc I have ever visited. I took my pet along with and was worried if the people would allow me to bring her in. People were happy enough to keep an eye on my pet and A team member stellisia was very helpful looking after my pet. I have visited lots of other stores, but this is the best Kfc store ever. Thank you team ❤️

I can only purchase from a screen that who knows how many people have touched! Yuek. I love KFC but there is no service, no help. It says ask for assistance! I couldn't get their attention to pay with cash after l had spent ages flipping through screens to find what l wanted! The tables were dirty the restaurant itself wasn't particularly clean. I won't be back. So disappointed, if they can't be bothered to serve me, l can't be bothered to spend my money there.
