KFC Birmingham - Old Hill in Sandwell

I bought mighty bucket for 1 at the drivet-through. Most of the chicken smelled raw and i had to throw them away. Wasted £9,90.

Really disappointed with the gravy double bucket, 5 pieces of chicken and a bag with few chicken wings. 2 gravy & over cooked fries

Get your coffee machine fixed... its been weeks.

They delivered the wrong food sent it back they never returned with the right order ended up £30 out of pocket will never use them again.

Twice we have ordered & things missing . A refund of items isnt much good when people are short on their meals

Joined the drive-through que (a very large que) and was surprised how quickly I got to the front of it!. Staff were friendly & efficient food was right, hot and really nice. The old hill branch is normally the only one i use as it's the best in the area.

Ordered a dipping feast but there were no dips in the bag which are included in the meal

How is it possible for you guys to get something wrong with the order ALWAYS. last tree orders I had drink missing twice. last time I got wrong sides I wanted beans and got gravy. And this time I found pile of metal shavings on the chicken!? ( like from knife sharpening). And bottle of Pepsi was nowhere to be found. I usually never write reviews but this is just a joke at this point. Order from different KFC if you can. Avoid this one.

Items were missing off order and a cookie. I called the restaurant and they advised I need to go and pick up missing items but will have to pay again. The manager and colleague were so rude to me on the phone. I ordered this due to me having an operation and can’t drive

The best Kfc I have ever visited. I took my pet along with and was worried if the people would allow me to bring her in. People were happy enough to keep an eye on my pet and A team member stellisia was very helpful looking after my pet. I have visited lots of other stores, but this is the best Kfc store ever. Thank you team ❤️

I can only purchase from a screen that who knows how many people have touched! Yuek. I love KFC but there is no service, no help. It says ask for assistance! I couldn't get their attention to pay with cash after l had spent ages flipping through screens to find what l wanted! The tables were dirty the restaurant itself wasn't particularly clean. I won't be back. So disappointed, if they can't be bothered to serve me, l can't be bothered to spend my money there.

bag was torn , cold drinks put in with warm food , fries and chicken bags ripped and in bottom of main bag mixed together. have pictures but can't upload on here.

Got some salad and rice boxes delivered from here and they arrived looking pretty well exactly like the pictures. Can't ask for more than that 😁

driver went to wrong address then at first wanted me to go to him which defeats the objective of having it delivered to your door..eventually got to us ..chicken was luke warm and chips cold

My food never even arrived - driver clearly can’t read - even had a call from KFC and they said this driver is a nightmare and now I’ve lost my money

missed the orange juice off the order and didn't do the 2 original pieces of chicken as drumsticks as I had asked for in the added notes section when I ordered

I don’t mind spending loads of money but spending that much and missing items is a complete joke. Won’t order again, chicken burger arrived a complete mess as well. Only good thing was the driver was on time and friendly, screw the restaurant.

Delivery driver went the opposite direction and parked somewhere for a solid 5 minutes before driving back to deliver my order. Food was almost cold when it arrived.

Totally illiterate, I requested no leg pieces and they sent only leg pieces.

I could not buy anything at the counter unless I had cash. I was ordered to use the large screens to place my order and pay with a card. These are a pain in the butt to use and to be refused at the counter was insulting I just turned around and left and won't be going back. I called into an Indian takeaway and we had a wonderful couple of meals. KFC is now history.

Forgot pop bottle. Why do Just eat drivers not look at the order and check. 2nd time this has happened now with KFC. Won’t be ordering it again on here.

The delivery driver did not want to get out the car because it was raining, called me to go to and get the food (I didn’t) also said could not find the house even tho we have 6inch numbers that glow in the dark

Wrong order delivered, had to deliver and swap order with other customer, as the driver refused to redeliver.

Woman behind the counter was rude and actually tried to embarrass me, she then doubled down by telling me they don't do table service this early while delivering my food. I never ask for table service but on this occasion I wasn't given the option to collect when ordering, and if you don't do it, why was it forced on me or even an option when using the instore ordering software. This was going to be my only complaint but the chicken strips were also sub par, extremely light on batter. First bad experience at KFC, thank god this isn't my local KFC. I ordered to eat in but felt so uncomfortable I left to eat in my car.

Normally come here everyweek but went yesterday and i stood waiting at the tills to order my food the guy who was taking orders took the orders of 2 people then went to make drinks then left me waiting for 15 min ended up walking out as he saw me standing there but still wouldn't take my order normally the staff are 10/10 here but just that one person who letting the team down shame

Not a problem being delivered early but there were items missing from order. I would imagine this is KFC at fault and not just eat.
