Night Star Pizza in Sandwell

Always loved here, the taste is really good, it’s been almost 3 years I always visit this place for pizza. Better than other places around.

pay extra for pineapple on my pizza every time now, this is the 4th time my pizza has came with no pineapple after adding extra toppings and writing notes and calling to make sure my pizza has this but it never does. not satisfied. paid too much money now. if i could give no star i would. i love pineapple.

Very poor hygiene plus the food is not fresh. The way they speak to customers is very rude. I would not recommend this disgusting place to anyone. I really don't know how they are still open

Absolutely disgusting. I would give less than a star if possible. Messed up with our order, when called to inform the call handler started shouting and saying they didn’t do anything wrong. Very rude n disrespectful staff. Complete waste of money.

Ordered a pizza and 1.5 liter bottle of Pepsi pizza came no bottle of pop was going to charge me 15 pound then the extra for the pop sent the pizza straight back and will never use them again

Everytime I order from here I get diarrhoea so either the food is unfresh or unhygienic!

My boyfriend ordered a pizza from here put jalapeños on never asked for it and wrong stuff on will never go again

Always been very happy even when they’ve made a mistake. They’ve always rectified at their loss. I’m set that this place is my go to for pizza. I have chips bbq chicken with no onion and pepperoni with bbq base. Great place and always very nice staf to deal with.

Only ordered 2 burgers and a portion of chips, got sent 1 burger and chips but n place of other burger recieved a portion of onion rings. Called restaurant about mistake they said they would rectify, then driver rang to ask why I contacted the restaurant! then when the second burger I ordered arrive was then asked for the onion rings back or pay for them after they sent them wrong.

Had a pizza last night it was disgusting it was all burnt after about an hour my little boy was sick and so was my husband now they both have food poisoning if you want my advice KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Fantastic Pizza! I ordered no.16 California White pizza with cheesy crust. Absolutely delicious! Nice balanced and with good quality ingredients. Just Perfect !

I like pizza. Everyone likes pizza and in the last years i ate same pizza everywhere I've been in Birmingham. For example Dominos they do good pizza SOMETIMES but the prices are quite big 👌 I want to tell you that i ate a pizza made by these people and i was surprised to discover a pizza so tasty. A real tasty pizza which worth every penny. ENJOY YOUR PIZZA AS IS GOOD 👍

Absolutely terrible. They dropped of my order very late (without updating me, I had to go via customer services on Food Hub) and the order was wrong. They have since told told Food Hub that I didn't accept the order but we have CCTV in the hallway! Getting orders wrong seems to be very common these days! Try Uncle Sams instead, I've always had great food from them, my fault for not using them and getting ripped off by these instead.

Ordered twice. Wrong order sent twice. Children are allergic to tomatoe base. In allergy box, we asked for BBQ base..twice. I even called up 2 seconds after placing the order to confirm our needs over the phone. Food arrived. Incorrect. For the 2nd time. Was told that they were too busy sort refund. Had to call just eat myself. Also told they would collect pizza. No one turned up. Customer lost. Very poor customer service. Watch out for the line 'we are very busy, if we have to send you another, it will be after 9pm'. As they used this line on both occasions. It worked the 1st time.. I just binned pizza and cooked. 2nd time I was stronger and managed to finally get refund through just eat. But took me an hour. So.. Great pizza. If you get what you order. If you don't. It's your fault. They are too busy to help. Oh and I should have put the BBQ sauce as an extra... I explained I needed it instead of Tomato base. But it was still my fault. Who would have thought, a comment box to put in allergies... Not looked at. Be careful.

i moved in March after 7 yrs living in Tipton. and moved to Bartley green and I still drive down motorway to get my pitza fabbo .

Would not recommend, few family members & friends said this place was good, ordered a pizza for collection, went to collect and lady was friendly, only to get home to realize my order had been made wrong and contained onions, mushrooms etc, completely not what i ordered, staff tried to put the blame onto me. After arguing with the man on the phone he said he would send me a new pizza and passed me back onto the lady, she agreed to have the new pizza delivered to save me driving back up, I gave my address and waited, this call was at 7.50. After multiple calls to the store by 10pm i still had no pizza arrive at my house, so i rang and told them i was coming inside. when i arrived i was told i was not getting a refund as it was my error, even though it wasn't, by this time after arguing the store started to fill with customers and i was given my £9 back, no sorry, no discount for future, no nothing! extremely disappointed by the rudeness of the male staff here! will not be returning, go spend your money elsewhere!

Got to say Night Star gets five star. They do a very fair priced very tasty pizza. Been using for about 2 years. Up there in my top take away. I always take a large pepperoni bbq base and large bbq chicken no onion. 6 garlic herb dips. Maybe one day I’ll try something different.

Worst experience I've ever had with a pizza place. There card machine plaid up and wouldn't accept mine or my sisters cards. The staff were extremely rude. I paid them with cash to then find out they charged my card and took cash from me. Finally got my money back from the extra charges. Didn't even get my full order I paid for. Never going here again.

Used to be a great place when i first moved here... then things changed. a few times the delivery came late but today was the final straw. no one answered the phone and my food didn't even come AVOID THIS PLACE IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL

Disgusting service. Used to use this place regularly, until they delivered food half an hour late, claiming that the driver was stuck in traffic (over two phone calls). Driver turned up, when asked when he left, he replied "just now". So lied to twice - great! Then to top it off, they delivered half the order (missing a pizza). Called back to complain, and the people working were extremely rude. Won't be using them again!
