Very rude staff who are not happy to help, person taking orders on the phone can’t seem to do her job correctly. avoid this place at all costs.

This is a take away, we went there at 11:10 in the night, they accommodated our order, very friendly staff, very clean and hygienic, we ordered kebabs and roles, they were Outstanding, will highly recommend it.

Absolutely disgraceful service, placed an order for a large bag of chips. However, we received a small box of fries. When we asked for a refund, the lady said this is not a clothes store and you can’t just return it like that. As a customer first of all I would expect an apology. They could’ve offered another item on the menu or explained that they don’t do chips or even took the fries back because I literally had the bag in my hand for a matter of seconds. They have no manners how to speak to customers and we will never order from here again, given that we live around the corner, we’ll be sharing experience with neighbours too.

This is the best takeaway ever all the food is freshly prepared and tastes amazing and always hot thank you maple grill. The best pizzas ever once you have tried their pizzas you will never want to buy one from anywhere else! Just tried the cheesy chips love them so much! Enjoy your christmas presents!!!

Foods ok but the guy rips you off on prices. The guy before me he tried to over charge by £5 on a £18 order. I ordered a pizza at 7.25 thinking it was £4.49 as I ordered before 7.30pm special, he actually charged me £6.99 when I looked on my online banking. Can't stand deception, it's theft!!! Won't go there again.

Food made my stomach upset for 5 days, never again

The driver had the never to say that there is nothing wrong with the pizza . Then had a call from the boss saying there nothing wrong with pizza I could here the driver screaming in the back ground saying I threw a pound and told him to go . Is this what the world is become where we can't even HD a box flat. Also told am banned from the shop lol

Its the second time been there to order a kebab burger, could do with more meat on it, its very thinly cut. For £4.80 meal you'd expect a more.

Food is great, delivery was fast and quality of food is great.

You have to try these Pizza's before you go anywhere else.. Fresh dough, toppings are generous and always great service and value, highly recommend! Ray

Just had family takeaway, absolutely loved it. Large chicken kofte in flatbread was superb, really tasty. My son had the half pounder cheese burger and he said its the best burger he's ever had. Well done Maple Grill, will be ordering again soon

AWFUL AND BAD ATTUTUDE The chicken was off when we asked for a refund the attitude was terrible. We asked if the naan were fresh before we ordered and we were told they were, when they arrived they were microwaved the owner said. They said on the phone "you people don't eat meat so maybe you don't know how it tastes" the comment took me by complete surprise and shock. The food and attitude was a complete disgrace. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Shut down for rat droppings not even bothered to let customers know

Always freshly made and authentic food. Their tandoori spicy wings are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. If you order food in the shop they will deliver to save you waiting. They deliver free for phone orders too.

Impressed with the taste and quality of food. Plus service is friendly.

Fab, always put me extra chilli sauce on my veggie naan and my kids love the chips, would recommend.
