Sent tuna and salad but no jacket potato

Can't fault the Sandwich Bar. Order is exactly as placed. But 3hrs & 25 minutes from ordering to delivery? That's on Just Eat and their drivers. No option to cancel available. Again, great restaurant, very helpful over the phone, terrible delivery service from Just Eat.

One of the baguettes was inedible which was a blt the bacon was that burnt and lettuce was not it’s best so was bind will never order from here again

My order wasn't delivered at all, so I called the shop to which the staff were rude and totally unhelpful. Basically said that it wasn't there problem I was met with disgusting customer service and left quite upset after the encounter. I suggest at least a refresher course in customer service or have your staff totally retrained. You can't have staff with bad attitude when running a customer facing business.

I recently ordered a breakfast box from The Sandwich Bar, and I must say, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The food arrived swimming in grease, which was off-putting from the start. To make matters worse, my egg was missing entirely, and don't get me started on the thing that resembles a sausage !!! The beans were overcooked to the point of being practically inedible, clearly having been microwaved to death. The tattie scone was saturated with grease, absorbing as much as it could, yet there was still an excessive amount of grease left pooling in the box. The bacon was another low point. It was incredibly fatty and only cooked on one side, making it impossible to eat without feeling physically sick. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst breakfast experiences I've had. I would not recommend ordering from The Sandwich Bar if you're looking for a pleasant and edible meal.

Delivery time got changed so took over an hour all in. Breakfast was good with good extras but would be better if the egg yolks were runny. Peter Beardsleys wife would have hated them eggs cos they weren't fookin runny.

Food was 12 minutes late. It was not a Chicken, Bacon & Cheese Panini, it was a soggy baguette that was awful with a slice of bacon and 3 small pieces of chicken and tasted like chewing a salt block. Small coffee that didn’t taste right. Will not be order from here again!

Always missing items, entire sandwiches etc, staff then lying saying they 100%made it and put it in, bacon baguette had 2 raw bits of bacon in it, wet soggy toasties, pay £3.50 for a Cumberland sausage roll to open it and tiny sausage cut in half and one tiny half of another sausage lol, might as well of at least put the other half of the sausage in lol , breakfast had about 3 sliced mushrooms and again always missed items, won't order again, stick to cafe central

Work from home so order from the sandwhich bar 2/3 times a week. Food is normally always spot on but recently it’s not been the same, jacket tatties are burnt yet soggy, wrong fillings sent in baguettes overall standards have dropped, disappointing as one of my preferred baguette shops to order from. Hoping things are set to improve in the near future

Food good but order wrong. Received a bacon and cheese Panini instead of the chicken, cheese and bacon panini I ordered. I also asked for Mozzarella cheese on pulled pork panini and received cheddar

Went in for a warm chicken and stuffing baguette and they gave me cold cubed ckicken in a baguette with hot stuffing on top. Absolutely vile who would even serve that walked straight the door and put in the bin waste of time and money going there

Today's lunch was a baked potato cooked in a swimming pool.

Got food twice recently both orders disappointing. Panini on one order just a baguette with warm fillings then awful watery cheese savoury jacket potato which hasn’t even been eaten! Used to love sandwich bar won’t be back!

I always get this sandwich shop every time I go to my tutor at 1:00 on Tuesday and Thursday in Carlisle! The people are lovely and nice! The food there is very nice!

Been several times, they relentlessly get the order wrong. Once again no salad despite asking for it. It seems now the sandwiches are slapped up with no quality control at all? Some staff are fairly friendly but have experienced them being very abrupt and rude at times. I give them the benefit of the doubt due to being busy during peak hours (I.E lunchtime) but I won’t be returning anymore.

Disappointed that salt and vinegar missing from chips and only 1 bottle of lucozade delivered despite ordering and paying for two

Was thrown into the just eat bag so egg had bust all over inside the bag No care taken and spent 30+ mins trying to get threw to someone at shop as menu doesn’t allow to add on full salad.

Excellent and highly recommended On the just eat app it only allows one salad item to be picked when choosing sandwich filling. Think an IT issue?
