I would have given 5stars but when I got the order home one of the sandwiches was the wrong order.

Subway located in Kingstown Carlisle, yeah not bad, definitely no kind of atmosphere, staff at the mo kind of miserable after saying that, previous staff were fairly cheerful

Food was cold when arrived but good

A busy outlet at lunchtime. Qued for coffee only

Placed good in bagging the food is gorgeous the texture and flavour 10/10

Good food freshly prepared and quick service. Love their coffee goes well with a breakwich 6 inch sub!

I got a chicken teriyaki and it was lovely.

Was closed when time is ment to be 9PM . It was only 4:45. Absolutely useless

Call in Subways from Aberdeen down to London on a daily basis. This subway is by far my fav. Staff are great, toilets immaculate, car park big for the can.

My cookies are missing from my order

all the food was cold although meant to be hot and wrong salad in my sub and little to no cheese for a philly steak! disappointing and not as good as going in to the shop.

You know you can trust subway to deliver you a tasty sandwich. There's a great selection of fillings available , The selection off bread is the most difficult thing for me to choose it's all so nice.

Just wanted to say a massive credit and thanks to Aerin who served me today. Honestly, it’s rare to meet someone like Aerin who actually really cares about her job. Usually at subways I feel the pressure of having to decided what I want quickly because the staff are waiting to serve me but with Aerin she talked me through all the options and really helped me get what I want, something I don’t normally pick! She was also great to chat to! So credit where it’s due, thank you Aerin 😃

Clean,modern, fresh interior, parking good, staff were friendly and present, didn’t try to skimp on salad, NHS discount, good experience will be back again

Had to go and collect the order cause they could not find the address which was literally just down the road. They did not speak english and sounded at me down the phone as they couldnt understand me due to this the food was stone cold also i paid for delivery and had to go and collect it myself. Absolute joke.

Somewhat overpriced compared to the Gregg's over the road. The interior is a sterile, impersonal vacuum, akin to a railway waiting room.

Absolutely amazing staff, the lady who served us engaged with my child (4 years old) and listened to him until he was finished. This is generally unexpected in this fast-paced modern world. Thank you Subway for listening.

Good food and service..We take away subs every week from here. Pity they stopped doing Flaming Hot Nachos.

This has to be the slowest Subway I have ever been in, we were the only customers, it took at least five minutes before the staff right in front of us actually acknowledged us because they were chatting, then they were not clear on the menu choice for vegans and took about five minutes making the actual sandwich. For the best part of a tenner it was cold, not enough filling and took over ten minutes and like I said we were the only customers. Not good at all.

We stopped here on the way back from Scotland on the 4th of June as an alternative to McDonald's, and boy, I'm glad we did. We were served by the most pleasant, friendly and helpful member of staff (sorry I did not get her name). She said they were shot staffed and had been working on her own for a lot of the last two days, but she could not have been a better representative of your company. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Superb branch of subway , very efficient staff, clean and tidy inside with a good variety of food and drink choices. Toilets inside are clean and well kept.

They take zero pride in what they are doing. I understand that working in Subway probably wasn't their dream as a kid but it's a job and you should always do your job to the best of your ability. My sub was thrown together and ripped so much so it was impossible to eat without everything falling all over the place. The guy serving me clearly doesn't enjoy working there.

Much brighter and airier than the typical Subway. Found the staff to be very courteous and good standard of food as always. Plenty of parking outside and very clean throughout.

watch for the two Female ( I think) workers who, when receiving a simple instruction then say "see you next time" like C-*-N-T ….. its the one whose clearly a fan of subways and the other one whose borrowed her teeth from a graveyard, hope the manager sees this and takes action on these two reprobates

Remembered why I haven’t ordered from here in a while. Margarita slice was cold and thrown in the box, nachos exactly the same. Tuna sub was good.

Was in your store yesterday. Had a lovely experience, my children had clearly had enough of the day as did I. I was served by a wonderful young lady (in a black shirt) she couldn’t have done enough. Customer service was above and beyond. I haven’t been in the store for over a year due to lack of customer service before but I will definitely be back after my pleasant experience yesterday.

Unfortunately the food came cold, the driver not sure if he had another drop off but maps was showing he stayed in one location for longer than what a drop off would be. The Doritos ended up soggy and cold. Disappointing as last time it was lovely and fresh/hot.

Last time ordering from here first two times give them the chance due to missing items but for the third time getting it wrong again gave me the wrong bread which I'm allergic to one of their seasons on their bread they also gave me nuts where I'm allergic to nuts where I asked for 12 cookies 6 double chocolate 6 chocolate chunk they gave me double chocolate chocolate chunk rainbow and macadamia not only that was also missing a muffin and the drink spnt 22 pounds refused to rectify and fix the order and told me to get in contact with just eat to get a driver assigned to come and pick the food up up and give me a replacement food but just eat don't do that due to subways health and safety and takes I had to be rushed to hospital where I had have opposite patients for 24-hours because I had a bad reaction to the nuts

What a waste of money! We ordered a steak cheese with double meat costing nearly four pound extra, the meat on the sub we received didn't even cover the bread, feel totally ripped off. The bread seemed old as it was totally dried out and shattered when bitten or cut. The bread for the meatball sub was just as bad and the pot of meatballs is not value for money! Used to love this place but that was a real disappointment, won't be back!

Food arrived fast. Ordered sub with hot sauce but came absolutely drenched in it. Sauce was spilling out the side to the point I couldn’t lift it up it was so soggy.

Everything was absolutely fine apart from it being like warm when it arrived. Abit disappointing when it’s only up the road and came quicker than expected.
