Driver was amazing and gave exceptional service!!

The best subway ive ever had. It was perfect.

sadly food was barley warm despite living less than 10 min from shop

Well made sandwich with a decent amount of sauce on it

Chose for it to be toasted & wasn’t toasted

Not enough filling for the price

My favourite place subway I like the dream team all the others to make a lovely muffin and the chocolate donuts they make a lot of great stuff I like it all staff is very helpful they do not rush you when you’re looking what to put on how much thank you subway a great place for meal I will bring them home and put them in the fridge so I can eat them later thank you no photos

I visited in this subway and we were in group with 8, 9 people so if everyone talking with each other so it is obvious that it gets little bit noisy so the guy his name is nick if he want to tell that he can say nicely on first time that can you speak little bit low but he raise his voice and talk with very rudely. I have my own business I know how store works so if there is any costumer we can always be nice with every one so I need a request that subway put inquiries on it .very poor customer service I don’t like at all.

My meatballs didn’t have the meatball sauce so now my wrap is just dry and I cannot enjoy it

Quick to arrive and easy to order

Food was never actually delivered, didn’t received any proper updates from the app and the map tracker never showed me my drivers location. Called the restaurant they said the food had been taken 15 minutes beforehand but never showed up.

Missing item in salad as usual and I’ve paid extra for these items. They never get the order right unfortunately. Very poor service as I cannot trust whether any allergies are taken into account if they mess up an order.

Nothing was missing and food quality was good

Been ordering the same meal for roughly 40 years, but these clowns said it can't be done. Had a meal as i was hungry., next day, went to another subway, got my usual with no issue. Love subway, but don't go to this one in Carlisle, near the lanes.

The customer service is really terrible , there is lady who is least bothered about the customer or what I would want I had to ask three to four times on making my sandwich looks she doesn’t even wanna work there . Never going back ever again such rude behaviour wouldn’t recommend at all

Poor experience shouldn’t pay 5.19 for 12 cookies 4 different types and get 11 cookies 2 different types

£30 for two sandwiches and ‘chips’. Not the fault of the workers obviously, they were faultless, but the corporation is beyond greedy.

The driver arrived chain smoking and the entire order stinks of cigarettes. The driver also looked like he hadn’t washed for weeks. Who are you employing?!

Asked for toasted subs werent toasted. Asked for cheese and no cheese.

A very good subway. The queue can be long but the food is always high quality especially for the price. You can take out your food in a paper bag they provide, or eat in on two floors. The upstairs dining area is a little cramped but nice, and has some seats with a window view. It has two public toilets, a ground floor accessible toilet without need for a radar key, and one upstairs gender neutral toilet. Both have always been quite clean.

Driver was great, but the salad boxes were less than half full so really disappointing for the price.

ordered Italian herbs and cheese got Italian added cheese and southwest to my sandwich but neither were in it when I opened it

Food was all over the place, had to put all the filling back into the sandwich, plus was freezing cold, won’t be ordering from here again

I didn't select toasted for my sub and I also left a note to say its not toasted because I know people struggle to do the simplest of things and yet it was still toasted. Doesn't sound like a big deal but I hate my subs toasted so that's £8 in the bin and extra time of my day wasted making something else to eat

Driver was very rude. I put in the notes that my doorbell doesn’t work and he would need to ring me which he didn’t until 20 minutes after delivery and yelled at me for taking so long to collect despite me not knowing he was even here. Left my food outside and just drove off despite it being him that didn’t read the instructions I left. I live on the third floor, there was no way for me to know he was here.

Order was missing drink. Missing jalapeno from meatless meatball. Instead of phoning to say that there were no vegan cookies left a poorly written note and sent me non vegan ones. Sub was drowning in sauce and missing the vegan cheese. Driver didn't follow delivery instructions and didn't listen to my directions when having phoned me therefore making my order late. Not impressed.

The delivery driver did not read the instructions . However thanks for the staff at the shop.

Food arrived quickly and warm however I don’t think there was any cheese on the sub, if there was the amount used was very minimal

Lesley clearly has a disgusting attitude problem and thinks it's acceptable to try and argue that when we ask for just cheese and pepperoni actually, that means cheese, pepperoni and sauce. We said no sauce, very clearly. "No this is cheese and pepperoni" before then throwing the sandwich ingredients around like a child having a tantrum. Like I said are you actually for real? Then left. Someone needs sacked. I take it that Lesley is the manager or supervisor and don't expect anything to come of this. Setting the example of awful customer service 10/10 for that.

Driver was very friendly also great food

Lesley shouldn’t even be working there she was very moody and unhelpful with teenagers in the shop , very disappointed Lesley sort it out.

The order I placed came wrong I’m allergic to jalapeños and I asked for them not to be added to the nachos and it’s came and they’re covered in them and I can’t eat it now! I’ve wasted the money buying them because I can’t eat it.

The food was late and cold. The tracking didn't work properly so I don't know whether it was the restaurant or the driver. Half of one of the footlong sandwiches had about quarter of the fillings as the other half, and they missed my tomatoes. Not up to their usual standard.

Called late in day,wife and I, two nice ladies serving,food always good and consistent, coffee much nicer than the other fast foods, very pleasant on a sunny day.

Always have room to eat a subway and my tip is to get A subcard plenty of perks and free food/drinks to be had
