I love this place so much. They remember me and my order every time I go there and they make me feel valued. I’ll never get over the atmosphere they have when i enter. Food is amazing quality and the prices are so affordable

If you're looking for good old fashioned homemade food that's tasty 😋 filling and great value for money without breaking the bank then the sandwich bar is the place to go It's not part of a chain of sandwich bars it's independently owned and be hungry when you go they don't skimp on the portions.

Food is always top quality and staff are always very attentive.

Great service at a reasonable price, things to improve on that would make it a great breakfast, sausages are not great at all, what i would call bangers,and hash browns are just mush, tea wash spot on. Nice and clean and great staff.

Missing a few items and need to invest in different bags, ours always rips when it gets here, but overall always warm and good quality food.

Didn’t recieve order rang restaurant and the lady was rude and disgusting to be honest, I have requested for a refund!!!

To wokey for me I think I will be giving the spud sisters, lmao a wide birth, shame it was once a good place, plus the food has rapidly gone downhill

Good food, good price and decent quality. The only thing I would recommend is adding an egg to the breakfast sandwhich as it only has bacon and sausage and was a little dry but other then this, food went down a treat. Anyone who was born in the 90s, highly recommend the cake! Took me right back to my younger days, beautifully balanced and moist. 9/10 would recommend.

I order online, the food is always organised and separated. Hot and delicious when delivered!

Food looked like the delivery driver had dropped it and scraped back into boxes and bag was split and food inedible have complained and now have to wait 48 hours so they can investigate

This cafe is far more than a sandwich bar. Their veggie breakfast is excellent - and their range of "full" breakfasts is astonishing.

Had a really delicious omelette- highly recommend this place. Very friendly service and great home cooked food.

A Scottish breakfast from the menu was good flat sausage potatoe scone and bacon etc , toms and beans bit to juicy but overall good breakfast

Absolutely wonderful breakfast, only spoilt by my stupidness by forgetting to say no mushrooms!!! The staff were absolutely fantastic, very warm and welcoming as well! When my food first came out, I thought that there wasn't enough, but I was proved very wrong indeed!!. Everything was cooked just right, can't wait for my visit!!

For a small sandwich bar which you could walk past if you didn't know it was there, the food, service, staff and atmosphere is excellent. Staff us it during the week and my wife and I at weekends when in Northampton. Very much worth a visit. You will love it and return.

Ordered a delivery for a work event but ended up having to go and collect it. Just sandwiches, crisps, and juices, but the sandwiches were tasty and of a high quality. I'm surprised that the crisps weren't in bags but served in two tubs. Friendly service though and everything was eaten, so it went down well. I would recommend.

This place is in Northampton in gold street I have had a luvly breakfast in here and lunch and afternoon tea all very good food is luvly and nice friendly staff and would definitely go back again

Had to have an early start b/fast and just a very short distance from our hotel in Gold St was this amazing cafe ( which opened at 8am promptly .) My wife must have gluten free meals and this cafe was able to come up with a gluten free breakfast . Very clean ,tidy and comfortable interior with a 1920s inside design . Very helpful young lady ( ALANA ) who saw to all our requirements . A very good range of food and hot/cold drinks . A very friendly cafe with separate tables and very comfortable at The Sandwich Bar. Awesome tearoom in the centre of Northampton. This is the loveliest friendliest place. The staff are very attentive and efficient service. Amazing range and variety on offer. Keep your chain cafes etc use this❤️

Fabulous for breakfast and a hot drink. I had half an hour before a meeting and this proved to be the perfect place to grab a bacon butty and a coffee. Service is friendly and quick, the food is great value and nicely cooked.

Ordered on just eat, they was closed but didn’t even turn off the just eat machine so it charged me with no way of ever getting the food really bad management of a sandwich bar

First time I'd been in there, prices very reasonable. Nice atmosphere, gave 4 stars for food only cos cheese wasn't melted in omelette, but everything was lovely. Definitely will go again.

Excellent service and value for money

Beautiful little cafe! Food presented brilliantly piping hot & tasty. Staff very friendly enter as strangers leave as friends! Loved my Brie, bacon & cranberry panini. We are all enjoyed the school cake with a cuppa when we got home :)

Stopped in by chance having walked past for a quick bite for lunch with two children - really friendly and welcoming and a decent selection of typical cafe fayre. Would definitely return!

The staff here are so pleasant and our 2 year old prefers it here to McDonald's. Ordered a breakfast box which is grilled and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend.

I love this place. I literally visit every lunchtime and I'm always greeted by friendly faces. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and always up for a bit of humorous banter. The food is great, not pretentious like a lot of food bars that try to hard to be cool. It's always freshly cooked plentiful and they are more than happy to mix and match things that aren't on the menu. The only downside is their scones but in a good way, the Nutella and Choc chip ones are so addictive!

Excellent coffee, especially the Americano. Breakfast pretty good. I will try the sandwiches in their next time

Great place freshly prepared food. The breakfast looks amazing. Also do wraps ,paninis ,jacket potato, salad bowls ,cake and scones . All very reasonable priced .

Had a tuna and red onion panini a while ago, also a big veggie breakfast for takeaway. The food was so delicious. Will be going often. The staff are so lovely too.

What a lovely and surprising find on a cold and wet day. As soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere was warm, welcoming and friendly. Decided to have an all day breakfast, it arrived in a very short time. Perfectly cooked and presented. Made a nice change to have a knife that was actually sharp and cut up my delicious food easily. Cannot recommend The Sandwich Bar enough!

What a stylish and friendly little place! I really liked the tables and chairs - comfy and a bit different. My veggie breakfast was really good with Linda McCartney sausages - a cut above a normal veg sausage! Food was plentiful and tea was strong…exactly what we needed on a cold day! 10/10 :)

Just ordered a big one breakfast off uber eats, was a little worried the delivery time would ruin the breakfast. But WOW. Listened to my swap and my god it was delicious. I work at a Harvester and thought we had the best breakfast.. I'm debating that now! Every single part of the meal was fresh and hot, even after a 10 minute delivery. We're you the shop In Limehurst? Shame I didn't try you when I lived in duston years ago. 10/10 will be ordering again no doubt.

We had two meals on consecutive days. A Tuna Mayo sandwich, 3-egg sausage omelette and next day 2-delicious breakfasts.

Wow. What a treat that was! We had the afternoon tea for four with the freshest sandwiches and best scones I've ever had!

Pre ordered a Peri Peri Chicken and Jalapeno Salad Box whilst at work. Arrived to pleasant staff and was handed a decent sized freshly made salad with great chicken and tons of sauce. Brilliant portion size and polite staff. My new go to place.

Best sandwich in the Midlands (only because I haven't really tried any outdside this are). Friendly staff, serving tasty sandwiches. Great breakfast wraps. Personally go for a self made full baguette but the selection would satisfy any sandwich-craving individual 👌

Mum and I found this little gem a couple of months back. What a breathe of fresh air to find a cafe where you can choose exactly what and how you want your food. Healthy options and some not so. Salads, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, toasties, breakfasts all with your choice of filling or extras. Great customer service, yummy food and very reasonably priced. Our new go to place for lunch.

It was absolutely amazing! We had such a lovely lunch. The staff went above and beyond for us and even remembered our favourite sandwiches!
