The Royal Mail Cafe in Newport

Ordered an afternoon high tea and a savoury yesterday, the food was lovely plenty of filling in the sandwiches, I phoned to say something was missing from the high tea and in no time it was reckifed , but not just one item they sent more. First class service as always, have ordered Sunday roast dinners for tomorrow which in sure will be excellent thanks royal mail

This is the first time we have been here, and will return. Great food, easy to order on the app too. We didn’t have to book a table, best to check before you visit, just in case. We had cooked breakfast and coffee’s. The food was cooked fresh and was hot and tasty. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. All we’re wearing masks and washing hands too.

First time I have tried Royal Mail Cafe but boy was it worth it. Lovely tasty food, delivered hot and on time ( actually 10 mins early) by a lovely man who I believe is the owner. Good size portion ( eat half now, half later) all freshly cooked. Would defo recommend.

Had 2 Christmas dinners delivered on 24th ready for Christmas day. Brilliant idea and absolutely delicious, so much better than I could have done... and no mess for me 😊. Prices also amazing.

I was recommended to try the Sunday roast and I agree - excellent quality excellent value will certainly return. Good size portion and great gravy!

We use the Royal Mail cafe regularly and are always very impressed with the food. Always cooked to perfection, served hot and very tasty. The owners are so welcoming and you can tell it’s a family run business that likes to serve good fresh home cooked meals. I ordered 2 afternoon tea boxes for mums birthday, was lovely all fresh ingredients, highly recommended. Staff really friendly, parking right outside.Will be ordering again.
