Lovely service at the Harvester: The Royal, staff are always friendly. The food was great and the restaurant was clean and tidy as always.

Great selection of food and drinks option. Ideal for gatherings and kids parties. Rib eye steak rare is worth a try along with the ribs. Free salad bar is a bonus.

Last time we visited was a couple of years ago. Visited today for lunch and found the same excellent service. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous staff - our waitress was probably one of the nicest servers we have ever had at this restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for her and got got everything spot on. The food was really good too!

Today I visited for a treat with my husband. We were shown to our seats by Natalie who was very nice. We were served by Rosie who was fabulous and went the extra mile and Akhila was really helpful too. I really enjoyed my Wing n Wave combo, my steak was cooked to perfection as I love it rare or medium rare, I found out the chefs who did a wonderful job were Xristos, Sujan and Suraj - thank you gentlemen ! My husband really liked his chicken and bacon waffle, he loves a bit of extra syrup. My only negative is I really dislike the red cabbage coleslaw. We felt comfortable eating in a family atmosphere. It's a lovely welcoming place, clean and tidy. Overall very impressed.

Food quality is typical Harvester standard. The waitress is very friendly and helpful. Also, it provides free guest parking which is convenience.

Ahkila is very helpful and accommodating. She provided an excellent customer service to me, my husband, and friend whom we picked up from heathrow airport, when we had breakfast today.

Even though the Harvester has always been an ultimate favourite restaurant by myself and my friends, this one particular branch has always been outstanding for us. The food is always scrumptious and the service very much customer-conscious. Thanks much for today’s server, Akhila whom did her job very well with such an accommodating and friendly disposition.

Karen was absolutely amazing. Really engaged with our children and got them excited for the spooky Halloween feast. They’re already asking when we can go back!

Friendly service upon arrival and lots of space even on a Saturday evening. Food was well seasoned and exactly as requested. Free salad and 25% off new users to the Harvester app. Overall it was an excellent experience and very good tasting food I will come here again.

I went there with my family, food and service was very good. That was my first visit their and my experience was very good. Food was extremely good, I was so happy. The lady at front Ramandeep explained all menu to us and offer us different drinks and recommend best food their from which I really enjoyed starters and chicken and pork skewers. Almost I got tremendous experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Menu was great for me and my children with a vast variety of different foods to choose from. The atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming also

Service was great. Even without booking we managed to get squeezed in on a busy Saturday afternoon. We got offered kids menu upon arrival. Amy explained how everything worked and got all our orders correctly and in great timing. I would definitely visit again

Very slow service. Food wasn't cooked properly and size portion was disgraceful considering the price I paid for each meal. I wouldn't visit again. Ashford Surrey is better.

Great choices on the new menu. We really enjoyed the tempura king prawns starter. Service by both Ivan and Amy was top notch. Will be returning soon 🙂

Very disappointing. Ordered Family Chicken Combo for 4 (2 rotisserie chicken halves, 8 BBQ chicken wings, chicken fries, honey drizzled corn bread, 4 sage & onion seasoned chips, slaw and chicken gravy) costing £49.99 excluding delivery cost BUT GUESS WHAT I received 1 chicken half, 4 BBQ wings Chicken fries Corn bread A small pot of gravy & slaw I called up the restaurant upon receiving my delivery order, the lady on the line wasn’t helpful and claimed that the chef said the order was correct although it definitely didn’t looked like it and for the price of £49.99 it sure didn’t.

From the moment of entering the assistant manager was wonderful. Our Waitress Akhila was attentive, lovely and so polite. After speaking with her we learned she was new and had been newly promoted. Akhila deserves recognition for all her hard work and customer service.i would rate her higher than 5 stars if possible. The team were lovely and the good amazing. Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday special with her family. We will definitely be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Harvester was! I haven't been to one for years and this looks recently renovated. Very nice space, inside ages out. The food was good, great value and exceeded expectations. The garden was fantastic and it's I lived locally this would be my local.

New menu is nice, Thin Thin is very kind, gives good service and always ensures you have a great experience every time

New starter at Harvester Royal provided exceptional service (think her name may of been Akhila), especially at such a young age. Think it was her second day, and with a large group, she dealt with things so well, and was very attentive. Unfortunately the portion sizes of the food let us down, and having attended this site alot over the years, we noticed a sizable difference.

Service was slow and the food wasn't great. Went for dinner with my nan, and the food had obviously been sat waiting for a while under the heat lamps.

Had a good lunch, the new triple sausage medley is a good choice. Our server Akhila was lovely and attentive to the table

We have been to this branch of Harvesters so many times but this occasion is defiantly our best so far. I even gave compliments to the manageress for the chef as the food that day was very tasty and fresh and tastier far better than usual. The waitress was also very patient with us as there were young kids at the table. We had a very pleasant evening, I hope this standard of food quality is maintained

Food was fantastic. We had the breakfast. No idea how the lunch or mains are but I and my family were delighted were the food. It was quick too, which was a surprise on both fronts. Really good for kids. Lots of room and highly recommended for young families. Staff were equally excellent.

The steak I got was absolutely terrible however Prapooja exceeded customer service with catering to my needs after I got this dreadful meal. Amazing customer service. Prapooja actually cares for customer satisfaction and that is extremely rare nowadays. Thank you Prapooja! Not harvester 🤢

Went there as nearest harvester as I had a coupon. What a banging choice. The food was great. Karen are server was so funny and made me laugh. Absolutely brilliant place. Have a harvester closer but I will be coming back to this one

Two Corn on the corbs was cold, the waitress toke them away and returned within minutes hot but was the same ones I did hear another table complaining about cold food,

Food was fine but service was lacking, had to get attention from servers each time we wanted anything, no one at the front desk which led to a back up of people at the front.

Came expecting great things. 2 adults & 2 Children came for food but wasn't great. Rotisserie chicken was good, Salad bowel and grilled chicken breast was good, pizza & Chips was OK but let's be honest Chicken strips and chips was shocking. 1 small chicken strip cut into 4 small slices was absolutely ripping the life out of me, how can you serve that to boy that was hungry. Best part of the whole experience was the singer they had outside in the garden. Think twice before bringing kids here for food

Have eaten here many times and have never had a problem. Unfortunately today we were seated behind a wall and seems like we were forgotten about. We had the skewers and were not warned of how hot the handle end was which resulted in my daughter burning herself. Atmosphere usually good but spoiled by where we were seated - extremely isolated. About 4 tables that arrived after us were served before us. Had to look for waiting staff every time we needed them. In this occasion, very dissatisfied

My family have regular reunions at this Harvester, and we LOVE eating there. The atmosphere is lovely. It is very family friendly, and the staff are kind and give great service all the time, and are all friendly and helpful, especially Natalie and Adam. They went above and beyond to make our experience great. Also during warm/hot days there is a lovely outside garden you can also sit, eat and drink. I definitely recommend this restaurant for families, or groups of friends, or even if you are on your own you never feel out of place.

Food great as always Service was a little slow Items missing when food was served. Cocktails had soda instead of lemonade. 1 waitress was wearing a skirt so short one could see her underwear inc. the hole in the gusset of her tights.

Awful experience. The worst Mojito cocktail I've ever been served. Tasted like water with a hint of mint. No actual mint, served in a 1/2 pint glass with ice floating at the top. Complained, eventually, (no one came near our table for ages, despite not being that busy), and got told by waitress "well it's not my fault I didn't make it." Sent it back and she proceeded to tell 2 other's working there and they were all 3 glaring at us. A different waitress came and told us it was a premixed cocktail from a tin. Then the salad bowls were literally banged down on table. No one bothered to explain salad bar as is normal. The cod & chips was not enjoyable , very bland. The steak was tough and came out very rare not medium rare. Not asked if everything was ok with the food. And then waited ages for them to bring the bill. Throughout the waiting staff ignored most of the tables. REPLY TO OWNER Firstly I did not raise my voice once. Secondly your waitress was rude. Rolling eyes is rude. Thirdly where I was sitting I watched her walk over to the other waitress and the young man at the bar. She pointed and they were actually staring and glaring and only stopped as I stared back quite pointedly, at which point they walked around the side. I do not believe any other guest asked her if she was ok, at least not within the 15 minutes afterwards as I could see her quite clearly. Most of the tables at our end of the restaurant were being ignored for quite long periods of time. And the table across from me were quite verbal about being unhappy. As for the so called cocktail, perhaps don't advertise it as you do but tell people that it's pre mixed. Anyone who knows how a mojito should be served can then avoid it. Finally I received a text message telling me I was late and my booking was cancelled 15 minutes after we arrived, booked in and were sat at the table by your own staff, who by the way ignored both myself and the family standing behind me until I asked if she was actually working there. Not very proffesional.

I recommend this restaurant, the place is clean, the food is delicious and the portions are large. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you
