Good food, good service friendly staff

Ordered at 11.10am, turned up at 12.25, cold, box wet, no salad very bad service from shop and very slow driver app showed me he stop and fine other orders!!!

5star place,friendly staff at least @ the counter,delicious full english breakfast,huge portion

The food was great and a was good price, the hospitality was brilliant couldn't ask for better, we had a strange incident where I dropped my phone down the drain outside lol and the owners of this cafe wouldn't quit until I got it back, they managed to retrieve it for me in the end, and i couldn't be more grateful and appreciative of these nice people, overall I would give them a 10/10 and recommended to anyone.

What a gem of a traditional cafe tucked away which I found on google. Serving tradional meals, highiy recommend the breakast superb. Assume family run and credit to them. Wish there were more places like it and will be back again when in the area.

Always enjoy lunch here be it shepherds pie, chicken curry or my personal favorite spicy chicken with pasta. Friendly atmosphere and great service. Exactly what a local cafe should be.

Dropped in whilst in the area to visit the Central Middlesex Hospital. I had been since night before so a cheeky cheese burger was so needed. This is real old school cafe that London does so well with a little help from Cyprus. Friendly, well managed and clean. The burger well that was simply lovely server with lots of onions, real cheese and a proper Bap. World listen brioche shouldn’t be anywhere near a burger.

London has fabulous hotels. This is on TOP! The location is in the middl of it all. The public spaces are beautiful. The staff is great. The best part: the hallways and rooms. These rooms are stunning. Beautiful modern design. They spared no expense. I loved the room and for those who love contemporary sleek design this is a real treat. I thought I had a favourite five star+ hotel in London and now I have two! The same owners as the Lutetia Paris which is Fabulous.

Was Looking forward to a nice fry up but got a super oily horrible tasting, plate. The mushrooms. Specifically tasted off. I wasn't happy at all.

Gammon and egg and chips and peas and mushrooms. Very nice food and the crusty bread and deafly the banana milkshake. Very good.

Had a sausage baguette, was all bread and 1 sausage sliced up

The food is decent, I had a steak pie with chips. The chips were delicious and the pie was very tasty. I was shocked at the quality for £8.50, not sure how they afford it. The gravy was a good addition. The service was good and the staff friendly, especially the blonde English lady behind the till had a kind smile, it made my day as I was feeling ill and just missed an appointment. The place looks clean and it has a nice atmosphere, I visited around lunchtime and it got very busy. Decent priced food. Looking forward to going back

Order didn’t arrive and when I called the cafe the women on the phone was quite rude. I get it’s not her fault it is the stupid driver, but no need for the attitude

The real English cafe experience! Proper food cooked in the traditional way full English breakfast with fried toast hold school, loved it! The staff is very friendly and the place is clean!

We visited 7 of us for a champagne afternoon tea we were greeted and served by Luigi honestly hands down the best service we have ever received no less than 5 stars for the whole experience everyone made it feel so personal. The room is breathtaking the staff are super attentive and informative on the full afternoon tea ranging from the drinks to food being served. The quality of the food wad exceptional flavourful and eye catching nothing is too much to ask for. Would return and will do so we loved everything it was a super special visit we will all remember. We tried the sandwiches, scones and cakes lots of various teas the only part we didn’t get to try was a coffee so we return as soon as we can. It seems like an amazing place to go at Christmas and would love to do so. Thank you to everyone that made the visit such a wonderful and luxurious experience especially Luigi, Muna and Natahoe x

Great british style cafe with Mediterranean & Balearic foods also. You get what you want if doable and staff very plesant and accomodating. Seating available outside too which is where I like to sit after training on a Sat morning. Grwat father & Son operation & they desrve alit of credit fir the ship they run.👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

The delivery driver pretended to not speak English and refused acknowledge which my doorbell was. I had to go and find him.

Good service. Nice food but the 3 sided perspex screens are totally unnecessary. Also, why no condiments on the table? They have to be brought to you on request. Bit daft

Great value for money and good quality the staff really nice and polite decent portions then I took a sandwich to go for the amount I paid for the sandwich I thought I was going to receive a sandwich smaller than what I got I had the full English breakfast with extras and it came under £10 I wish I lived in the area I would be there every day

The hamburger was precooked. Not the best. But the rest was 5 stars

Please read whole review. Its good! Tasty. I had a couple of people told me to avoid this place as they had “bad” experiences. I trusted my own instincts and ordered breakfast this morning and LOVED IT! My photo doesn’t do it justice. Scrambled egg on toast with bacon. YUM YUM YUM! I love this place now. Thank you cafe staff and chef. Just give it a try once, you should not be disappointed. :-) Update. Went to this cafe in person. So much better. Staff are incredibly lovely! Fresh salad bar and other treats. I definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try. My mum's a very fussy person why it comes to experiences but she loved this place too. That's a bonus. Children friendly, disabled friendly, vegetarian friendly there's central middlesex hospital across the road and asda. Skip mc Donald's this place is better and cheaper. Lol.

Much more than a cafe. Lots to choose from and great service. Claire on the till is friendly and always remembers me. :) Try the steak pie with mash and veg. Yumz

This is my burger, no greens, just pepper, no sauce or ketchup as well. I’m really disappointed. 😭😭😭 I was hungry and really expectant. To think they charged £10.83. Ridiculous

Food arrived late and cold. I ordered extra black pudding £1.30 for 11/2 small slices, tin tomato £1.30 for 3 tiny tomatoes, bubble and squeak which is supposed to be cabbage and mashed potato mixed and received spicy mash with peas! Not nice at all. Way too expensive for what you get hence I will not be ordering from them again.

The best place you can visit so far! Fiendly,polite and respectful staff! The owner is a good example how the real Boss should be! I'll never go to another place! Thank you

Came here for breakfast when working nearby. It’s a proper old school cafe that you don’t get to see many of these days. The breakfasts were nice, I would return

Just went in for 2 cappuccino's as we couldn't stop but was a nice cafè

Ordered a sausage, egg and bacon french stick. Egg was extremely over cooked, bacon like an Arabs slipper and the sausages greasy and over cooked, the ends were like a deep fried foreskin. As for the bread... it was so stale even the seagulls refused it

I have been going to Royal cafe for over 35 years and having breakfast is a treat for me because it’s excellent. The young girl who serves me with beautiful smile has little curly hair and I tell her that I come all the way from Chiswick just to have breakfast here because it’s quality and the milky coffee is superb many times I take away salad bagel roll. Who ever eats here will be truly satisfied because it’s establishment well looked after my Cypriot friend who deserves to retire and let the son run it who also does excellent job. I paid for cheese in my burger and Didn't get any cheese I'm not happy.

First time visit and was very impressed with my shepherd's pie and veg, lots of it.. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

It's a london Cafe and after 10 hours on the plane from America, first thing any expat needs is a cup of tea and a full English. They did not fail me.

Proper good food in an old school setting. This is one of those hard to find cafes. Honest food. Honest prices with honest Londoners Reasonable prices open daily can get busy about lunchtime Can be found next to the traffic lights on the corner there’s also a Greggs. But why go there when you can visit here for an hearty meal. But the choice is yours Cheers DR

Came here for breakfast one Friday, the cafe is a proper greasy spoon with lots of tables inside. The tables are all segregated with plastic screens which was good. The food came quick and tasted ok, I would return.

A cafe close to my heart. Almost 7 years dining in this wonderful spot and I sure miss it now I’ve lived out of London! Dimitri, Claire and gang run a well oiled ship and offer fantastic breakfast and lunch options in great time and with a smile 💪 Highly recommend the Greek chicken and chips 👌
