Excellent dough, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, the sauce should be adjusted a little as I found it slightly acidic. Very relaxed environment, the place is made up of an external part, an entire part and an upper floor from which the pizzas were sent out with a food rack. Now I come to the negative notes: 1, under no circumstances should rocket be placed on the pizza diavola and 2, the waiter bringing the pizza put his hand in our beer (the Manno was completely immersed) but apparently it wasn't a hygienic problem for him... anyway in the end the owner (who doesn't speak Italian but understands it) realized that we hadn't been drinking and he took the beer 🍻 off the bill

As others have mentioned, the problem here is the shady table service. Whilst they have a bar, they discourage or may just not even allow some people to order from the bar, instead requiring them to use the table service, which has an additional service charge. It's enforced for some and not for others, which we experienced just within our group. I'm not convinced that it's an entirely legal mode to operate. Either make the price the same, or let everyone use the bar, the exclusivity is weird

The Station House did a brilliant job hosting our engagement party last weekend in the beautiful upstairs private room & balcony. We have been coming to The Station House regularly for 6 years now and it's always fantastic - the pizzas and cocktails are knockout, and the staff are great. Definitely the best place in Acton! They also did a brilliant job hosting our engagement party last weekend in the beautiful upstairs private room & balcony. Laid back pub, NIce decor, GREAT FOOD, highly recommend the pizza! Been a few times and I will be back.

This is a very nice pub. Comfortable, not too loud and many different areas to sit in. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the music wasn't too loud. We only had beers & a snack, so can't comment on the food, but those were good. Vegan options could be better, there's not a whole lot of choice.

I have been a loyal customer at this place for years, and it never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and attentive, food is fresh and delicious. Some of the staff like Kevin, Marza are always making you feel special and right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good vibes.

The food is good, service is terrible, not many people around, 3 waiters/waitresses service charge already included in the bill, and we waited for 2 drinks about 20 minutes. They look busy but don’t think they are. Another waitress wondering with drinks around looking for the people who ordered them, really funny, worth to watch.

My partner and I are regular clients here since 2 years already. The place is very nice and relaxing, the food is good. Despite that, the service (mainly some waitresses they hired recently who work on the upstairs restaurant) is being very very poor lately. It takes long time for them to take the order and they always forget something/ bring something wrong. I am not sure what's happening. That's a pity as we really like the place but we think we are taking a break from going now, at least until the staff is properly trained.

Popped in for a drink, went to bar where we got refused and sent outside as it is table service only. Sat down, a guy came over instantly, ordered drink each. Fairly quick service, but then when we were half way the drink, he brought us the bill. We didn't ask for it and there was still 2h until close. Felt like we are not welcome there. Shame. Also forcing people to sit down and then adding service charge is too cheeky. No music in garden either. Meh....

Just popped in on way home from shopping but found a great welcoming place and a good menu at a reasonable price and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly will definitely call in again

We called into the Station House for the very first time whilst visiting London with friends from Chicago today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to taste two Ciders so we could confidently choose. The Menu choice was comprehensive. Our chosen dishes were very well presented and tasted very nice. We were all very impressed and will certainly head back there when we visit the area again.

Table service only which takes ages, service charge added automatically - you have to ask to get it taken off, making them take even longer to bring the bill. Fine place overall with a good beer garden but the service makes it 1/5! Not such a happy place as it seems unfortunately!!!

Frustrating place to visit. Table service and added service charge for bad service makes it unworthy to visit. Nice beer garden with lots of potential but certain members of staff are straight-up unfriendly. A female server with dark hair made us feel like we were a burden to her today. Slow service with a scowl. They could be so much better if they sorted out the service.

Nice high street pub, have visited a number of times now as have friends nearby. Always a pleasant experience and food good. Can be busy at times especially downstairs but always seems possible to find a quieter corner to chat. Including first floor outside terrace. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

This was the first place I ever had a bite in London, and immediately, I felt welcomed! Everyone on the staff was friendly and suggestive, I met the owner after a few times of coming in, and consistently, this place is one of those places you don't forget. I'll be back again... and again!

Highly recommend the pizzas. Lovely dough and really authentic taste. I d probably give the oysters a miss next time, though.

Great pub with EXCELLENT pizzas. Great service from the team who were very helpful. It's a shame that the only baby changing facilities are located in the women's toilets. To the team at Station House - please install in Men's too!

Pizza was good, but not exceptional. It was well prepared, but the base was slightly soggy and the Mozzarella not completely melted.

Used to come here regularly for team meals, unfortunately, we won't be coming again. Totally let down by the staff. We went specifically to see the magician who is fantastic! We arrived at 10:45pm - so we missed out on food as the kitchen was closed and were told by a staff member that we'd be able to bring some Poppadum's and Onion Bhaji's from the restaurant down the road. As soon as we brought our food back - we were told by another member of staff we weren't allowed to bring the food in. After a 15 minute back and fourth, we decided to sit just outside and eat them quickly before heading back in. We were told we weren't allowed to sit on the public footpath outside because it was a 'bad look'. Finally after 35 minutes, they let us sit in a dark, ratty alley next to the bins - how kind. Disappointing as they were very happy to take our £100+ bar bill before saying we couldn't eat the food. Staff were rude, disrespectful and complete liars.

A friendly and welcoming pub! Friendly and efficient staff who are also laid back but in a good way. Great outside space. Lots of tables. Good outdoor heaters. Lovely inside too. Food is very good and reliable. Superb pizzas and lovely tasty burgers. Lots of great small plates too. Great pint of Guinness! Recommended spot!

This is a fabulous place to eat and drink And meet up with friends. They are very happy here to help with food orders and drinks. They make a wicked margarita!

Amazing food, customer service, selection of drinks, atmosphere and pricing. What more could you possibly want? One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot. Fantastically thin dough with amazing aeration in the crust with faultless marinara sauce. Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely dog friendly. Beautiful decor. Amazing selection of beers and IPAs. Great gluten free and alcohol free options. Have been twice and every time I’ve been greeted like an old friend. Can’t recommend this place enough and only wish I’d found it sooner.

I used to frequent gastro pub years ago then my friends moved away and we stopped. A few days we met there again and I was happy to see how they’ve changed the decor. It is food friendly and dog friendly. The staff are laid back and not pushy - which is alarming at first. They left us alone to eat and catch up and I loved that more than anything. I had the truffle risotto - which I always order whenever it’s on a menu! Only downside wasn’t enthralled with the house red wine.

We were booked to celebrate at the end of the year and it came as a shock to us. The place was very small and the amount asked was high and not worth it. It was below expectations. We were disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service, wonderful food, very good value, the landlord/manager even chased us up the high street to return my toddlers shoe we left behind. Second to none, would highly recommend.

Reservation screwed up but the staff were more than excellent. Decided not to eat steaks but had a pizza which was offered, a long with drinks gratis for the inconvenience. Great pizza & looking forward to returning for the steaks.

Met a friend here recently early on a Sunday evening. The environment was pleasant enough but the service was seriously lacking. It was not very busy and yet the older woman server visibly scowled when we finally flagged her down and asked for a sparkling water. Twenty minutes later and still no water, we decided to leave. Upon leaving, a young male waiter stopped me and rudely asked that I pay for the water that I ordered. I let him know what I thought of that request. Unbelievably unprofessional for a service establishment.

Best pub in Acton. Awesome vibes and a garden to use all year around! We 100% enjoyed the authentic Italian pizzas and the cold refreshing lagers (Camden Hells is always our go to option!) Great addition... The magician entertaining both adults and youngsters. Definitely recommended!

I cannot quite believe a pub does table service only in 2023 - this would be a compliment, were it easier to find staff to order from. Otherwise, there was a delicious beer to drink, so I was heartened.

This is my wonderful local with super staff and amazing atmosphere. The outdoor space during the summer is fantastic. Unfortunately the indoor bit is not as inviting 😬

Went during the day and it was empty (a lot of people were outside) so we were able to choose a table with ease. The food was ok. My friends had a pizza which they enjoyed, and the staff were happy to cater to their individual needs without issue. I had the aubergine caponata which was new for me and I was unsure what to expect. It was nice, it is a cold dish and does not look amazing in my view, but it is tasty. There are a couple of GF options and vegetarian options. No noted vegan options. I personally do not love the menu, but my friends were really happy with their pizza.

Stopped in for off hour lunch. Great host and service. Our burgers and fries were excellent (far better than good). We really enjoyed some glasses of a well priced Argentinian Malbec. Tasty, clean, welcoming. We were just passing through Acton on the fly and stopped because of the train station location and ended up having a great experience.

Always love this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food is delicious. I've been in there for all sorts of different occasions and it suits them all. Not a fan of the big sports TV but it doesn't dominate and there's always the upstairs if you don't want it.

Always an amazing venue for pizza & drinks, we decided to have our wedding reception at The Stationhouse. Marza & her team were superb throughout, making sure our needs were met on the day itself. We were fortunate to be able to use the upstairs terrace for our meal, with the upstairs dining room becoming our dancefloor for the evening. Everyone's food was top notch, as always, and we were able to use a bar tab to provide free drinks to our guests at the start of the night. Huge thanks to everyone, especially the kitchen staff, for making our special day perfect for us & our guests.

On arrival there seemed to be confusion over our booking. We. ended up dining downstairs near the bar . Not realising it was rugby world cup lots of fans descended and it soon became very noisy. Our order was placed and we sat without a drink for 25 minutes. We ordered our food which came before the drinks which we started to chase. The food was substandard and compared to that of our previous experience just 2 nights previously . When the drinks finally arrived the cocktails were also off mark by a long way they were tasteless and sugary again unlike the previous occasion. We complained to the manager whom looked us like we were in the wrong for complaining hmm! There was no apology just deducted from the bill. So tonight my wife and I went hungry. Since it was to late to eat . Service is terrible atmosphere extremely loud disco. Avoid unless you want the worst tasting pizzas this side of Napoli and indigestion .

I've been a number of times to this buzzing pub, and always sat outside. There's a good selection of beers and food, but I would stick with the pizzas which are always excellent. When we have strayed off to order other dishes, the results have not been so good.

Just came out of the pub, because they are catering for twenty people after 6.30pm, so the rest of the customers are unable to get food. This isn't the first time. This pub seem to be disorganised regarding catering for food. Nice pub , nice staff but can't understand how Amber Inn cannot organise this pub.. Best pizza within a 100 mile radius. Also lots of lighter (but equally delicious) options for healthy west London babes. Spectacular Aperol spritz.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere, we had the hot dogs, buffalo chicken and chips were fantastic, will definitely be coming again. Gaz is a great manager and makes you feel welcome. Will be here again soon.

I love this place, very nice staff, good drinks. The new menu has left me feeling a bit disappointed because the tuna pizza, which I love, is no longer available. I had the salmon one last week, but it didn't taste good. The cured salmon was pink and had a weird flavor.

Not impressed with a pub adding service charge in any case for serving pints of beer and for just drinks this puts me off going to as a local. What happened to walking to the bar to get a beer? A legacy of covid fully exploited at the customers detriment.

Great atmosphere, delicious burger and excellent service from the manager Roxanna, I will be back. My friend said the parmigiana was the best they'd ever tasted, I'd go back to have it for myself.

Beware, they have a scam to purposely add an item to the bill, especially for large groups and hope you don’t notice. They also insist you order at tables rather than bar, to add an astronomical ‘service charge’ to bills which our server said they don’t get. Visited three times with large group and every time added an extra drink or two, at lunch it was two extra cokes, really bad. Our office is nearby but all the staff now avoid. Clean up your act! Also the service is terrible as they only allow select people to use the tills.

My partner and I love this little local pub with great pizzas and nice outdoor space! We visit at least once a month as it is close to where we live.

The liquor, beer, cider selection is outstanding. A fine selection of scotch and other liquors. The background music is carefully curated across several genres. Not many can combine reggae, sixties, eighties and nineties together. The shear bacon hamburger defines a bacon burger. I do not know what the burger sauce is but I want bottles in the States. My wife dearly loved her chicken bacon burger she loved. The Bloody Mary is very nicely spiced.

The Station House always has the best music playing, the staff are amazing (especially Vanessa!), and the pizza is the best I’ve ever tasted! You just can’t go wrong with this place.

Lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly. However, the roast was not nice (came with olives mixed on the plate which ruined the dish for me)- pizzas always a winner here! We would come back but not for the roast.

I just wanted to publicly thank everyone at the Station House pub for a lovely evening last night (4 July 2022). Some friends and I arrived (without a booking), and were treated like VIPS, they went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. They even gave my dog a bone. Plus the food was delicious!

It was a hot evening and it was very busy outside but we had booked inside where it was cooler and quieter.We ordered our meal which we didn't have to wait too long for. Unfortunately they bought the starter and main course together and suggested we ate the main course first which we refused to do.They took our main course course away (duck). We thought they'd probably keep it warm and that it would be dried out by the time we came to eat. To be fair it wasn't dried out but was only luke warm.The food was okay and the staff were extremely friendly.Hopefully this was a one off as I'm sure we will give them another chance when in the area again.

We booked our table in advance to watch the final of the European league, they called just in the morning to say they no longer will show the game because neighbors complained(?)! Also the woman said that they put an advise on the website, which is not true as I verified and on the website it says to book to watch the game! Luckily we found another place to watch it, but for sure they are not serious enough. Plus, very rude in how she spoke to us.

Visited last night to eat ...used to be a great atmosphere and food .However last night the pub gave way to drinkers and not the family food or diners that used to frequent. Groups and I mean large very drunk noisy tablets ruined the atmosphere. So bad the police were called as one customer held down by 4 people waiting for the police arrival.I hear this is not the 1st police arrival recently. I won't go back until control is back and it's a local.pub for all and not the outlyers

Despite having lived only a 20 minute walk away from this pub for the last 15 years, a couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I ventured to The Station House on Churchfield Road for the first time and loved it. Recently refurbished, the Station House has gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating, fun and efficient staff, and brilliant food.We had a mixture of tapas to start, which was all interesting and delicious, then I had the porchetta for my main and he had the steak. Both were great. Excellent and extensive wine menu too. Having enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there so much, I then went back again less than two weeks later with a friend and we had a pizza each. Both were equally delicious. The football was on at the time, so we happily ate in the restaurant upstairs, then later joined the celebrations in the pub downstairs. Such a fun night! I don’t think we left until after midnight having got there at 7pm. The food is a little pricey, but certainly good value. Everything is cooked from scratch in the kitchen and I would definitely come back again and again. Drinks are, for London prices, good value.

Non abbiamo prenotato , incontriamo Vanessa che gentilissima ci fornisce un posto che dobbiamo liberare in un ora perché prenotato, ci sediamo,e ordiniamo 2 Birre ,fin qui tutto benissimo molto gentile e preparata , arriva Francesca che ci chiede se siamo pronti per ordinare perdiamo un po di tempo...Francesca davver.... paziente ci propone di ripassare ,ripassa siamo pronti per ordinare , al che si ordina un antipasto e lei professionalmente ci chiede se desideriamo che l'antipasto arrivi prima delle pizze rispondiamo di si ..... va via Francesca arrivano le pizze.... precisiamo che gradiremmo le pizze dopo l 'antipasto... è Francesca molto gentilmente ci accontenta! Finiamo il nostro antipasto e chiediamo se potevano portarci le pizze dopo circa 10 minuti arrivano le.pizze di prima riscaldate!!!con rucola e basilico appassiti da forno ,no way ..... ci lamentiamo e ci rifanno le pizze con le scusa di un ragazzo penso sia il proprietario per altro davvero molto buone leggero fragranti gustose e condite a modo ....da questo momento in poi la nostra specialissima Francesca inizia a non essere più simpatica come all inizio era sembrata !! Ho notato che andava vicino gli altri tavoli a chiedere se.fosse tutto ok da noi è passata solo perché abbiamo chiesto il conto....la gentilezza di Francesca e svanita con il nostro complaint ...bastava un sorriso e ti avremmo lasciato una bella mancia.... ci tornerò perché si mangia bene .... ma forse il servizio va migliorato un poco....

Often visit for a dinner, good vibe, friendly crowd, nice staff and most of all continuously served well presented food that tastes great

We were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our table straight away. The waiter knew all of the specials off by heart and when asked what wine we wanted, they were able to offer suggestions to meet preferences which was really cool. They are just the nicest people in this place and the food is incredible!! Such a nice vibe and evening out if you just want to have some food and keep it chill, this is THE PLACE.

We had dinner with the family and the food was fantastic. Many portions and very generous, the fish was cooked perfect and the meatballs were delicious. We spoke with the new Italian guy Danielo really nice and friendly he explained us how to prepare the parmigiana in a funny way. We will definitely be back

I was absolutely staggered to see the lack of covid-secure policies being implemented and enforced. The staff wear masks... but that's where it ends.They are more than happy to serve groups of well over 6 people by seating them on tables next to each other and allowing them to swap places, turn and face each other, pass things between the tables and otherwise mingle as one group. When I visited, there was a group of 10(!) that bowled in (not wearing masks) they were seated (without any questioning or being asked to 'check in') and allowed to do as they please. They were even encouraged to group together tighter, by grabbing chairs from inside and putting them next to the benches outside.No effort is made to clean/sterilise tables once customers have left, menus are left out and not cleaned/disposed of and no one is asked to fill in a track and trace form or use the NHS app.Inside, not a single customer (except for myself) was wearing a mask as they entered, exited, walked around or went to the toilet and there were quite obviously couples mixing together at the same table that were not from the same household.The management, clearly, do not give a toss about London's position in Tier Two and are more than happy to encourage anyone and everyone to do as they please, as if there was no global pandemic happening.I find it disgusting that so many pubs are doing their very best to uphold the law and ensure the safety of their customers but this place just sticks one finger up to it and carries on as normal. Shame on them!

All, I have lived in Acton for number of years and visited pub for quick bite, beer, drink anything 00s times but what happened this week is horror !! Chips & Beer comes together , right ? you can say chips where ok but not sure if it wasn't fired with fishy stuff but beer ! I love Beer , had 2 beers Camden and Peroni ! i was sick all afternoon , all night and next day morning ,please do check what's wrong with beers, maybe supplier or your pipes - at the moment , The Rocket is my place to go !
