My favourite place in Acton! The food it’s incredible and the staff are the best 😊🙏🏻

Lovely place for a get together with family, the staff were very helpful.

The Station House is where magic meets margarita! Every Friday, a magician comes to the pub and makes your pint disappear - in to your mouth. The pizza is so heavenly it may be direct proof of a higher power. Hadi the waiter is a legend - part sommelier, part saint. 11/10, would move in if they’d let would let me.

Popped in for a beer and a pint on a Friday evening just before the rush. Super friendly gentleman greeted and seated us. Food was tasty, well presented, and a fair price. Staff seemed very professional and expecting a busy night yet still had time for us. Setting is very nice too. Happy we stopped by.

Nice local pub – good place to stop for a pint and some snacks after a walk in the nearby park. However, the behaviour of the person in charge last Saturday (Easter weekend) was disappointing. It showed poor management and a lack of teamwork. If you want to speak to your team about something, you shouldn’t do it in front of customers or loudly behind someone’s back with another staff member inside the pub. Also, it’s not professional to say “he can’t make this cocktail, but I will tell him how to do it” in front of guests. A better way is simply to say, “Of course, we can make it for you.” As someone with experience in high-level management, I felt sorry for the waiters and bartenders working under this person.

We booked for 7pm got our food about 8 all at different times, some not warm and pizza forgotten about. Given 20% discount. Would not recommend

I enjoyed that this was quiet corner of Euston. The service was excellent. Wasn't keen on the schitzel as it was very oily but other things on the menu may have been better

I’ve been going to a lot of pubs for Sunday Roast at the moment. This one was pleasant enough, but I feel that that their speciality is pizza. The three chefs were Italians and the pizzas looked very good. However, I had rosemary half chicken Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding and some vegetables. The gravy was great but I didn’t like the chicken. Side vegetables were carrots, potatoes, and cabbage. Lively atmosphere that suits families, group of friends or couples. Great service also.

Always love this place. Staff are super friendly and helpful, food is delicious. I've been in there for all sorts of different occasions and it suits them all. Not a fan of the big sports TV but it doesn't dominate and there's always the upstairs if you don't want it.

The menu looks delicious but unfortunately the food was not very good at all. The burger didn’t taste good and the fish dish was quite soggy. We didn’t say anything but we should have. Sorry we will not be coming back. The staff was attentive and nice. The pub looks nice otherwise.

I discovered a great Italian pizza place nearby, and their pizza is delicious. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Very nice place, plenty of choices and nice food

Brilliant little find during a weekend in Bath. Great service, reasonably priced food that was good quality and large (even their smaller portions). Add live music and a great night was had . The only negative was the wine, we tried several and most of them were poor I'm afraid, but reasonably priced.

Charming spot next to the station for a pint and a pizza. (Defo go for the pizza). Slightly premature on the festive decorations, but we will forgive them as they’re still 4 months later than Sainsbury’s early plug for mince pies. Good service, nice food. Will return.

Very friendly staff and atmosphere!!

We were late and hungry. Unfortunately, the roasts didn't hit the mark. One even commented, 'That's the smallest roast I have ever seen'. The pizza did look amazing. Next time, we will have to give that a go. Overall, the service and staff were helpful and responsive. Good place to grab a drink.

EDIT: Impossible to get served these days (20 mins before somebody asks if I'd like to order whilst it's nearly empty, and 10 mins more to bring it, plus however long he'd have taken to ask for my order if I didn't already know what I wanted, meaning I missed my last train home) so downgraded from 5* to 2 Wonderful find. The 9oz rib-eye steak under £15 was probably the best steak dinner I've had in a London pub. A great selection of beers including wheat and fruit on draught and Belgian bottles added to the must-come-back-ness. Good music just loud enough in the background, TV off, comfortable armchairs by the (gas) fire and comfy wall-sofas all around as well as a few bright pools of light where you can read if you want make for a real local atmosphere. Efficient staff provide the cherry on the icing on a cake that you will love even if you don't like cake. And they let dogs in too!!

This is the second review, what more should I do? Great great great pub. It drinks well. We eat better. For those who are Actonians it is a point of reference; for those passing by...stop. you will return.

I have been there for a quick lunch. Upstairs is very nice and decided to go there to enjoy the food. Unfortunately the music was so loud that I had to give up and go downstairs. The waiter was thoughtful and understanding and apologised without any special treats anyways. Food is great though and happy to confirm my experience with that a year ago.

I really love it it was the first time .My friends recommended it and everything was perfect.

Whilst the food is okay, they have ruined the atmosphere by keeping the covid table service, takes ages to get a pint while you wait for the staff to come. And then they add 12.5% service charge on whilst you wait in misery for an average pint. Shame because the garden and the venue are really nice but it’s a real waste and as a local i’d rather frequent the other pubs in the area who offer normal and friendly bar service.

Very bed service , visit first time I thought it's good place but not recommend, hed for drink and obviously shots (rum) come with coke in the glass not sapratley bottle and they charge also sapratley for coke and sapratley for one shots of rum , if it's not include they can tell us before ... Also automatically cut service charges.

Excellent dough, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, the sauce should be adjusted a little as I found it slightly acidic. Very relaxed environment, the place is made up of an external part, an entire part and an upper floor from which the pizzas were sent out with a food rack. Now I come to the negative notes: 1, under no circumstances should rocket be placed on the pizza diavola and 2, the waiter bringing the pizza put his hand in our beer (the Manno was completely immersed) but apparently it wasn't a hygienic problem for him... anyway in the end the owner (who doesn't speak Italian but understands it) realized that we hadn't been drinking and he took the beer 🍻 off the bill

As others have mentioned, the problem here is the shady table service. Whilst they have a bar, they discourage or may just not even allow some people to order from the bar, instead requiring them to use the table service, which has an additional service charge. It's enforced for some and not for others, which we experienced just within our group. I'm not convinced that it's an entirely legal mode to operate. Either make the price the same, or let everyone use the bar, the exclusivity is weird

The Station House did a brilliant job hosting our engagement party last weekend in the beautiful upstairs private room & balcony. The canapés were delicious and the staff were brilliant - the whole evening was perfect and very reasonably priced for the quality. Thank you so much Marza, Vince, and all of the team.

Hemos estado viniendo a The Station House regularmente durante 6 años y siempre es fantástico - las pizzas y cócteles son knockout, y el personal es genial. Sin duda el mejor lugar en Acton! También hicieron un trabajo brillante organizando nuestra fiesta de compromiso el fin de semana pasado en la hermosa habitación privada de arriba y balcón. Los canapés eran deliciosos, y el personal era brillante - toda la noche fue perfecto y a un precio muy razonable por la calidad. Muchas gracias Marza, Vince y todo el equipo.

This is a very nice pub. Comfortable, not too loud and many different areas to sit in. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the music wasn't too loud. We only had beers & a snack, so can't comment on the food, but those were good. Vegan options could be better, there's not a whole lot of choice.

I have been a loyal customer at this place for years, and it never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and attentive, food is fresh and delicious. Some of the staff like Kevin, Marza are always making you feel special and right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good vibes.

The food is good, service is terrible, not many people around, 3 waiters/waitresses service charge already included in the bill, and we waited for 2 drinks about 20 minutes. They look busy but don’t think they are. Another waitress wondering with drinks around looking for the people who ordered them, really funny, worth to watch.

I like the service a lot, some of them are more welcoming than others of course. The food used to be better tho

My partner and I are regular clients here since 2 years already. The place is very nice and relaxing, the food is good. Despite that, the service (mainly some waitresses they hired recently who work on the upstairs restaurant) is being very very poor lately. It takes long time for them to take the order and they always forget something/ bring something wrong. I am not sure what's happening. That's a pity as we really like the place but we think we are taking a break from going now, at least until the staff is properly trained.

Marza she did an extra mile with a super beautiful customer service and let me and my friends welcome into the pub have an amazing Sundays. Popped in for a drink, went to bar where we got refused and sent outside as it is table service only. Sat down, a guy came over instantly, ordered drink each. Fairly quick service, but then when we were half way the drink, he brought us the bill. We didn't ask for it and there was still 2h until close. Felt like we are not welcome there. Shame. Also forcing people to sit down and then adding service charge is too cheeky. No music in garden either. Meh....

Just popped in on way home from shopping but found a great welcoming place and a good menu at a reasonable price and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly will definitely call in again

We called into the Station House for the very first time whilst visiting London with friends from Chicago today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to taste two Ciders so we could confidently choose. The Menu choice was comprehensive. Our chosen dishes were very well presented and tasted very nice. We were all very impressed and will certainly head back there when we visit the area again.

Table service only which takes ages, service charge added automatically - you have to ask to get it taken off, making them take even longer to bring the bill. Fine place overall with a good beer garden but the service makes it 1/5! Not such a happy place as it seems unfortunately!!!

Lugar frustrante para visitar. El servicio de mesa y el cargo por servicio adicional por mal servicio lo hacen indigno de visitar. Bonita cervecería con mucho potencial, pero ciertos miembros del personal son directos - hasta desagradable. Una sirvienta con cabello oscuro nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos una carga para ella hoy. Servicio lento con el ceño fruncido. Podrían ser mucho mejores si arreglaran el servicio.

Nice high street pub, have visited a number of times now as have friends nearby. Always a pleasant experience and food good. Can be busy at times especially downstairs but always seems possible to find a quieter corner to chat. Including first floor outside terrace. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

This was the first place I ever had a bite in London, and immediately, I felt welcomed! Everyone on the staff was friendly and suggestive, I met the owner after a few times of coming in, and consistently, this place is one of those places you don't forget. I'll be back again... and again!

Highly recommend the pizzas. Lovely dough and really authentic taste. I d probably give the oysters a miss next time, though.

Great pub with EXCELLENT pizzas. Great service from the team who were very helpful. It's a shame that the only baby changing facilities are located in the women's toilets. To the team at Station House - please install in Men's too!

Pizza was good, but not exceptional. It was well prepared, but the base was slightly soggy and the Mozzarella not completely melted.

Used to come here regularly for team meals, unfortunately, we won't be coming again. Totally let down by the staff. We went specifically to see the magician who is fantastic! We arrived at 10:45pm - so we missed out on food as the kitchen was closed and were told by a staff member that we'd be able to bring some Poppadum's and Onion Bhaji's from the restaurant down the road. As soon as we brought our food back - we were told by another member of staff we weren't allowed to bring the food in. After a 15 minute back and fourth, we decided to sit just outside and eat them quickly before heading back in. We were told we weren't allowed to sit on the public footpath outside because it was a 'bad look'. Finally after 35 minutes, they let us sit in a dark, ratty alley next to the bins - how kind. Disappointing as they were very happy to take our £100+ bar bill before saying we couldn't eat the food. Staff were rude, disrespectful and complete liars.

This is a fabulous place to eat and drink And meet up with friends. They are very happy here to help with food orders and drinks. They make a wicked margarita!

Amazing food, customer service, selection of drinks, atmosphere and pricing. What more could you possibly want? One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot. Fantastically thin dough with amazing aeration in the crust with faultless marinara sauce. Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely dog friendly. Beautiful decor. Amazing selection of beers and IPAs. Great gluten free and alcohol free options. Have been twice and every time I’ve been greeted like an old friend. Can’t recommend this place enough and only wish I’d found it sooner.

I used to frequent gastro pub years ago then my friends moved away and we stopped. A few days we met there again and I was happy to see how they’ve changed the decor. It is food friendly and dog friendly. The staff are laid back and not pushy - which is alarming at first. They left us alone to eat and catch up and I loved that more than anything. I had the truffle risotto - which I always order whenever it’s on a menu! Only downside wasn’t enthralled with the house red wine.

We were booked to celebrate at the end of the year and it came as a shock to us. The place was very small and the amount asked was high and not worth it. It was below expectations. We were disappointed.

Absolutely brilliant service, wonderful food, very good value, the landlord/manager even chased us up the high street to return my toddlers shoe we left behind. Second to none, would highly recommend.

Reservation screwed up but the staff were more than excellent. Decided not to eat steaks but had a pizza which was offered, a long with drinks gratis for the inconvenience. Great pizza & looking forward to returning for the steaks.

Met a friend here recently early on a Sunday evening. The environment was pleasant enough but the service was seriously lacking. It was not very busy and yet the older woman server visibly scowled when we finally flagged her down and asked for a sparkling water. Twenty minutes later and still no water, we decided to leave. Upon leaving, a young male waiter stopped me and rudely asked that I pay for the water that I ordered. I let him know what I thought of that request. Unbelievably unprofessional for a service establishment.

Best pub in Acton. Awesome vibes and a garden to use all year around! We 100% enjoyed the authentic Italian pizzas and the cold refreshing lagers (Camden Hells is always our go to option!) Great addition... The magician entertaining both adults and youngsters. Definitely recommended!

I cannot quite believe a pub does table service only in 2023 - this would be a compliment, were it easier to find staff to order from. Otherwise, there was a delicious beer to drink, so I was heartened.

This is my wonderful local with super staff and amazing atmosphere. The outdoor space during the summer is fantastic. Unfortunately the indoor bit is not as inviting 😬
