Boss. No nonsense. Sneaky little sun-trap at the back.

When I got there the majority of people had departed and as a consequence it was quite quiet?

Been drinking here on and off since the 70's. The Rose hasn't changed much since then. Lots of different managers but the pub itself seems to maintain its own personality.
