The Rose Inn in Nottingham

How is a near demolished caravan in the car park and litter all over the the surrounding area is supposed to make this pub a community pub? The image it portrays in the area is bad and can only devalue the community

Great little pub, ideal if you go on a Thursday as the pool table was free.

Love it tried it again and was lovely staff was amazing friendly ...

One of the roughest pubs around the area. I used to live behind here and all we heard at night was smashing glasses and arguments. Fights breaking out occasionaly too.

The prices of drinks are moderate and good service

This pub is my local. I've only really started going in it again recently. The new owners have eliminated the undesirable people, and it's a decent local pub.

Not a lot of people, at least when I came in. Friendly service.

Wait for being served bar staff could at least put smile on there face

Young staff let barred people in to couse trouble yet again

Peaceful place to have few with the locals ,affordable prices ,good customer services .opens monday to sunday .good four stars from me

Just want to say that there is honest staff, the team works hard. One day my wallet was left here! When I remembered and came back it was given to me.

Thursday nights free pool, banging tunes and great atmosphere. What more could you want?

What a dump! It's really gone down hill over the years which is such a shame. The outside looks intimidating & uninviting. Sorry!

Could do with being updated, all though it's a Very traditional English establishment. With live entertainment and classic 80-90's pop hits

Under new management now Very clean place covid friendly staff are polite and very helpful . Not a very expensive place , great at weekends for karaoke and disco also do sticky 13's and winner takes all . New management very approachable and nice to talk too . To be fair a great place for all and great regulars from what i have seen

Local and nice for a quick pint. Although I often find myself over staying my welcome 😂

This place had a very social club feel to it. Staff were friendly enough but did feel a little like we were being viewed as outsiders. When I mentioned to someone that lives locally we went here they were quite shocked. The fire exit was padlocked shut and there was no soap in the toilets. Improvements could be made but I think this is definitely more of a regulars only kind of place.

Discriminative landlady calls children with disabilities names, avoid this place even after it re-opens

This is a local pub for local people. Friendly if over-worked staff. No-one said, “You ain’t from round these parts, mister.” out loud. Just with their eyes. Great place if you want to observe the fine art of swearing in full effect at lunchtime on a Sunday

Went for reopening night. Can't see any improvements in the decor New landlady is welcoming and attentive. Some staff slow to serve was on her phone alot. Dj played some good tunes and was quick with requests it's awful waiting for the song you asked for. Small dance floor but lots of people danced which is always good. Drinks were average price. This pub could be a little gem if utilised properly has great scope for a family pub let's hope the new landlady does what's needed in this area and looks to family's rather than attracting the wrong kind as in pervious times. Hope its a great success

This is a warm welcoming pub that has changed hands and stopped all trouble makers . Has great entertainment and a function room please come see for yourself

Expected an artist but ended up with just music played by staff, DJ was at a wedding

Toilets absolutely filthy and drying machine didn't work

Owners are really trying 2 make a go of the Rose all credit to them both for turning this establishment around
