took 30 minutes to get my order all whilst some guy was causing a scene with his phone and terrorising people in the store whilst the staff tossed it off. Only come to this place if you are a seasoned veteran of masochism, which I am not.

Service is apporling and the food is even worse it's like eating oil I might as well brought a bottle of oil and put it to my head

I love McDonald the breakfast it lovey not too much its a good start to the day.

The upstairs closed so the toilet as well 😞. The air conditioner isn't working.....

Go to a different Mcdonalds as this one has taken the condiments & tissue station away. You got to go beg at counter to get these items which should be freely available.

Good food good times as always for everyone's information it's probably those teens that cause trouble in maccies making fake reviews about kicking out for no reason theres always teens kicking off which is no fault of maccies

I stopped in for a treat and it was lovely and fresh, my fries and fish fingers were lovely and hot. The staff maintained a good service despite it being extremely busy. I had mine to go so can't really comment on atmosphere, but considering the restaurant was clean and let in plenty of natural light I imagine the atmosphere would be very relaxing. All in it was a very pleasant visit. ☺️

I recently had a delightful trip to McDonald's! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. The iconic Big Mac never disappoints, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Took longer than it should have for my food as the staff forgot about it. Seats and tables were all dirty with no cleaner in sight.

Town center place that if had not needed to wait, would have not come across. Despite only having one bathroom, staff were approachable. Seems that the staff were quite busy but were polite when asking to be quick with the food due to needing to get a connection. Clean place and for a city center was not bad. The fries which are the mainstay were good.

An ok McDonald's, plenty of seating upstairs, ordering to table was a bit slow. Music came on loudly and randomly whilst I was sat eating!

Possibly the worst McDonalds exoerience I've ever had in and I've been in a lot of them. 2 out of 6 ordering screens working, broken tables, flickering lights. Place was visibly dirty in places, table service was non existent but they weren't telling anyone this, and they gave me the wrong bag AND got the order wrong in the right bag.

Masked teenagers fighting when I went today. The staff shouldn't have to put up with that. Kudos to the manager for throwing them out.

Very under staffed on the day I went in for breakfast I was stood waiting to order my breakfast for 10 to 15 minutes. Once placed my order it took roughly 10 minutes to be handed out but there was only 1 person Infront of me waiting again this was because of staff issue I believe. After waiting almost half an hour to get my food it was hot which surprised me because of the wait I had but it was hot and tasty!

Drinks okay. Burgers were greasy it was dripping out the bag for quarter pounder.

Awful today. Went in ordered to eat in. Had to ask the bloke to pack it up to take out as there were no seats some were taped off as were broken and the upstairs was closed. Overall bad experience

Automatic door didn't work so had to force it open with my hands, then most the self order machines were down! Otherwise quick service with good food

Dreadful experience staff did nothing to stop group of teenagers with balaclavas and vaping indoors and intimidating us when insisting at sitting at our table Very uncomfortable I would advise avoid

Sweet & easy getting served. No queues. Didn't take long at all.

Enjoyed my fillet-o-fish. Just wished l get hot chips. Chip's is always lukewarm whichever branch l go to. They only had 1 universal toilet, & it was disgusting 😖 Couldn't sit on the seat😖 as the seat was loose 😑 a potential for a accident to happen 😑 poo was at the side's of the bowl 😖 0 rating for toilet hygiene for a well known food chain 😒

Over 10 minutes for order to be taken and 15 minutes to get food , wasn't busy inside but prioritised uber eats over inside customer's.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small fries. The two cheeseburgers served had no hamburger patties. On pointing this out I was given one cheeseburger. I had to point out again that the second one was similarly missing the burger. While fixing that problem they also took away the small fries and didn't replace them. All in all I had to ask six times for them to get the order right. Not that I expect much but the complete lack of empathy was astounding.

Great food but let down slightly as no ketchup or bbq sauce available

In the main, what seem to be disgruntled staff, no smiles, no service really, more matter of fact. I greeted one member with a meet Xmas and got a confused " oh yeah , um thanks" Most mornings the large number of homeless use the toilets and trash (mess it up with ......) the toilets. I know I saw it happen. Some unfortunate staff member has to clean it..

I don't know if it was the alcohol but it seemed at the time that this meal was the best food I've ever had.

Staff are cordial. Not particularly friendly but not rude either. Food always been hot but have had things missing on burgers before like lettuce & bacon. It's not bad in there though

Yuck. Couldn’t finish any of it. Threw it all in the bin. It tastes nothing like other McDonald’s do. And when I went to the counter to ask for sugar, they walked away and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Completely ignored until I had to interrupt them myself. As soon as I put the sugar in it didn’t taste any better so it went straight into the bin aswell.

Outdated...really dirty, food missing from the order, no tablets for kids no drawing papers no colours

To be fair it was 4am but the place was disgusting, it looked like a disaster zone, food and sauce everywhere. Staff standing around when they could wipe tables or refill ketchup etc. Fries were hard and dry, burgers were burnt, But it was so busy and took so long to receive our food that we didn't want to return or complain. We were hungry and couldn't find anywhere open so it did the job at the time tho 😂

Miserable staff that completely ignored you when waiting to be served. Literally threw my sauces on my tray and is never a’ fast food’ restaurant in this wide world. Slow , rude and quite obviously did not want to be there !

Good food and service, but so so busy, also the baby changing facilities were out of order which is a nightmare when you have a five month old with you

Most screens broken. Service takes an eternity if they even remember to pack your order. Some sauces out of stock. Look elsewhere for fast food.

Staff very polite shift manager was terrible. Place was clean .

It was fairly clean in the dining area, but because nobody was getting food. Waited 20 minutes for just 2 mcflurries. Staff didn't have a clue what was going on, managers didn't have a clue what was going on either! Crew jumping from place to place so nobody knows where anyone is. Crew member on front wasn't even in a proper uniform, was loud, rude and not at all professional, to be expected when employing young people but the management team need to be at least trying to manage it. Was one lad desperately trying to get it all together, but he didn't have a badge on so I didn't get his name.

No wonder they got raided, waited over 15 mins for two burgers and a milkshake, and the staff were joking with their mates and other staff members. Didn't care about customers.

I would not visit here again. None of the tables were clean, food all over the floor. No staff present to clean, or just seemed oblivious. Head office needs to look into the cleanliness of this place. The dirtiest McDonald's I've been to.

Late late night visit, food hot and served quickly.

No extra mayonese! It's amazing when you have a chicken sandwich and you can't add mayonese. The customisation is very limited. Additionally the fries were not fresh. No possibility of getting a Sunday ice cream.

Waited 30 minutes for an Order of a cheeseburger.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, the place is empty, it's 8:45 am, Sunday and the place is a ship tip, tables dirty, sticky and in need of a clean, the floors have discarded food trodden in to the tiles, the staff are just stairing into space, one on her phone ablivious to the duties she obviously choices to neglect, its been a while since I used McDonald's and it will be a while till I use them again.

Dirty. Loud alarms going off. Service was so slow. Receipt machine faulty. Had to wait over 20 mins for food. Coke Zero was Luke warm with no ice and tasted disgusting like it hadn't been mixed right. Altogether terrible visit.

Very quiet when we went (08:55), so very quick service. Getting busy when we left (09:15). Staff seemed friendly and toilets were clean.

Staff consistently work hard to provide good fast food.

Decent maccies but around lunch time can be packed with students so expect service to be a little slower but not too slow as there are always a good amount of staff. Overall, its great!

It's McDonald's what more do I need to say, both up and downstairs dining, reasonable amount of room within. Self service machines to take your orders. Friendly helpful staff.

It's a McDonald's. It's what you would expect. I am occasionally impressed with how much I like their food, wennen though I know fully well it's not healthy!

Store wasn't even busy but staff couldn't be arsed, my drink had no ice cubes after repeatedly asking for them, no tomato sauce and very poor service

Service was quick but the coffee is literally just warm milk.

Fast food it ain't. Severely understaffed. The food is McDonalds. Y'know what you order, y'know what ya get.
