Best value Chinese in Nottingham, food is consistently excellent quality and piping hot also good portion sizes. Not over priced like a lot of other takeaways which is why I always come back to Mei Wei.

most tender meat and best sauces i've ever had from a chinese, would definitely reccomend the ribs to anyone.

It was OK nothing outstanding as takeaways go would I takeaway again. Yes I would give it one more try as I bet there are better takeaways around. Alway lost for choice as where to go

Been going to Mei wei for the last 6 months or more. After trying all the local Chinese around Sneinton I have to say I love this place. Never disappoints, even after tonights collection we had a wrong dish, but they dealt with it perfectly and went out their way to deliver the right one. As a restaurant owner myself I can’t praise them enough. I can highly recommend the salt and pepper ribs, Malaysian curry and crispy chicken kung po, my sister in law now goes here who is vegetarian and always gets the mock chicken salt and pepper which we have all tried and very impressive for fake chicken. Great food, great service. Highly recommend.

Working away in the area and was looking for a place to order from on just eat. Placed order before checking reviews, so was expecting the worst after reading reviews on here. I'm an honest man, and honestly this place is an average Chinese. Was no doubt my chicken was cooked as it was as dry as I have ever had chicken, although once all mixed in with the sauce it was edible. Same goes for the chips and rice TBF. customer service and delivery time were excellent food arrived within 20mins.

Duck all skin and gristle. Unedable! Not the first time meat has been poor. Same excuse; different supplier blah blah. (Then don't buy it and sell it us!) Worse still a piece of plastic film in the dish. Gone down hill. Won't be getting my custom anymore. I think the place needs a current hygiene check.

Lady on the phone confused the order and sent us something completely diffrent to what we requested, she told us she would send the driver back with our money and this never happened, rice was soggy and chicken was undercooked (not that that's what I ordered)

First time ordering the manager confused the order on the phone more bothered about the price of noodles. Order came contacted them she made abs no asnce took no responsibility phone went off on eating it the chicken tasted weird big chunks of it with fat on it looking closely it was bloody pink still I rang her she took no responsibility I sent her f the photos no response.... I would not eat the food again

Been waiting 2 and a half hours for food so far called and told will be another half an hour taking it to 3 hours wait apsolutly horrendous!!!

Food was mediocre, delivery time was ridiculously long. Not worth the wait

The best chinese I have eaten in ages. I would recommend!
