Served with a cold small portion of nachos, they didn’t care or even bothered

I got some food for myself there this morning and the service was awful. The staff dropped my chicken bites and then proceeded to drop a piece of paper on my sandwich cause he was rushing around. No apologies no offering to replace the food. I always like Subway but safe to say I’m not coming back here again

One of my my fav subways in the city! The staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating. The food is reasonably fresh. The over all atmosphere and service really makes a difference when you order.

Friendly staff, convenient position. No veggie pate, and when they do have it, don't microwave first as some stores do, meaning it isn't hot. Tables not often wiped.

Amazing branch, always friendly and helpful! Gets busy during lunch hours, but the team pull through quickly as always 💚😋💛

Lovely staffs who remember my son and I each time we go to pick up our subs before travelling on the train which makes my son feel very welcome specially when the male staff remembers my son’s order! “Footlong Meatballs, Bacon, Hash brown and cheese & toasted with bbq sauce” Thank you 🤩 (didn’t remember the staff name but he mentioned he is from leicester)

I was so impressed with the service i got when i went into Subway.the lady who served me was so helpful polite and profressional,offering advice on what would go best on my roll,she certainly knew her stuff Antionette if you see this keep up the great work it was a pleasure

Best subway I’ve ever had. The guy who did the closing shift on this date is actually a sandwich artists, don’t know how he made my regular sandwich so delicious. He was also very lovely so probably also my best experience as a customer at subway also. Atmosphere is only a 3 cos it’s just a subway, idk what there’s too say about that but it’s not really the kinda environment I wanna chill at. Anyways hope he gets a little bonus or something.

I had a bad experience today. The manager was not professional, and I had to pay extra charges that weren't told to me before. The service was bad and I don't want to go back.

I had ordered Pepperoni salad but found that the Sauce was very heavy and less cheese. There wasnt enough salad and less meat. Overall not happy at all. Thats a weird way of making the salad.

Clean place but two staff members couldn't do their jobs and the other woman (manager?) was correcting me and equally as unhelpful, good thing I don't live in Nottingham because this is the worst Subway I've ever been to

Stole money from me! Ill mannered staff. 20min queue. They short changed me then arguing with me in front of customers. Admitting that the change was incorrect, tried to argue that after taking my money they didn't have the proper change in the till. On top of that the ill mannered manageress told me it was card only restaurant. When ask why she took my money and had a till with change in it, she couldn't answer and gave me a flyer for me to take up my complain with head office.

Had one of the new "Series menu" where I got the "The Baller" sub and it seems to be a fixed menu option. I was allowed to swap out Peppers for Gherkins but they said I'd have to pay extra for sauce, and because my partner already paid they asked if I wanted to pay again. Sandwich would have been better with mayo but oh well. New series menu will probably crash and burn because Subway is meant to be all about having it your way...

Very poor customer service, the older lady at the till was just mean. They messed up multiple orders at the queue. Not really recommended, just go to the Detroit pizza across the street.

Had a Mega Meat 6" sub. One of the meatballs was still frozen and ineabile, but overall the sub was tasty and well put together. The serving staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean seats and tables. Nice fresh feeling to the store and welcoming atompshere.

Food was great but they didn’t give you a plastic bag which other subways do. So when I went to where I needed to be for that day I was just holding a subway in a paper bag that was awkward to hold as there was no handle. I also asked for cookies which the lady asked me to repeat several times and I was talking clearly to her which ones I wanted and after she asked multiple times still gave me the wrong cookie which was weird because the cookie I asked for sounded nothing at all like the cookie she grabbed. In fact she initially grabbed the right cookie and then put it down and grabbed a different one? She also rushed me a little. When I was asking for stuff on my sandwich she asked me what sauce before I finished and I had to urge her back beside I had only asked for lettuce and onion but I also wanted sweetcorn and peppers. I asked for the peppers and felt so bad for asking for more that I didn’t bother asking for the sweetcorn I wanted and moved on to the sauce. So though the experience inside wasn’t great. The food was great.

This was actually kinda the worst Subway I've been too tbh. The bread wasn't too nice and neither was the bacon. But fast pace service and clean place.

The staff was absolutely terrible with handling our order. They forgot to add a veg patty when we clearly stated that in our order. The same thing happened when we told to add nacho chicken as well. The staff didn't know how to upgrade a meal at the pos system. When we told her to put sauce she put only a little and had the audacity to ask us if it was ok. Very terrible experience.

Great Staff, always ready to help. They had a teMy favourite lunchtime treat. The salads are excellent value.

Shocking to say the least its 10.30 and they dont have half the choices of bread they offer and one staff Member on with 2 of us stood waiting to be served.

Ordered take out came not toasted no cheese no drinks no sauce.. literally paid £20 for 2 pieces of bread disgusting. Staff are rubbish and rude no effort and can’t do their job properly

Busy, but slow service by any standards. Plant Pattie overcooked and was not offered it chopped (Literally an overcooked slab slapped on top of small portion of salad) Salad server did not listen to what I ordered and dithered over items I had asked to be left out. Pretty poor and disappointing. Does not mention card only payment until point of sale.

Ignorant guy in there (must be the manager, short guy with an attitude) doesn't make the sandwich ordering process pleasant, cannot blame it on a busy store either because I was the only one in there at the time, won't be going in there again.

Only got one star because you can't give - star Absolutely terrible nearly a fiver for tuna sub could hardly see the tiny bit of tuna customer service well there is none wasn't helpful at all refused a refund even though there was basically no tuna this was Carrington street branch they should be charged with theift and deception how can they get away with that not giving what you pay for

Never again will I eat from Subway I like the food, but the service the hygiene level... I had to walk out after witnessing (what is this girl doing with my food) with some dirty gloves on she's probably had on all day undertaking all tasks...no thankyou iv never been back despite smelling so good

Been today in the morning. Have been served by steph and I will never let her to serve me. Really rude, moody and loud. She throwed oven door on the floor making my 3 month old son cry. They didn't have all bread types available and had a go at me because I said I wanted garlic after she have putted chicken on. Really not happy. Her colleague on shift was nicer thought

Usual subway but a smaller one which is near to train station. Couple of tables available for seating but usually busy during lunch time. No facility for toilets and I think it is not a disabled friendly entrance.

Went here yesterday, was told they only had 1 kind of bread, no cheese and only turkey meat (which didn't exactly look fresh, if you know what I mean) - they said they had no veggie options and never did. I know sometimes places run out of things and that's not a big deal but the staff were extremely rude to me and the person I was with who had a disability. I'd give this one a miss folks, you won't be 'eating fresh' if you know what I mean.

This branch was not bad. The staff were very kind and helpful. But the space was quite small and opening times not convenient particularly this branch near to broadmarch station. It has to open 24 hours!!

Subway near train station is nice with friendly staff and assistance, toilets, tasty sandwich and drink and close to the train station if waiting for a train and want a cheap treat

There I was, on a cold winters evening, slightly intoxicated and I was indecisive about if I wanted a subway or not. When I finally made up my mind. I chose this subway. This would be the one to please me on the train back home to Surrey that night. But no, that was not the case. I walked up to the door and saw a single man sitting inside eating his sub which was a pleasant view. I then entered the building to get greeted by the euphoric smell of subway, but moments later my hopes and dreams of that beautiful sub were shattered. I was told by a member of staff that subway had run out of bread. This made me question a lot of things in life on my train back home. Like what is the point in anything if you can go into an open subway and they tell you that they are completely out of all bread. 1/10 shatters your dreams.

Very nice staff and yummy fresh sandwiches. Fancy one? Just go there.

Service was dire. Took 10 minutes to make my sandwich and I missed my train. Don't go unless you have bundles of time!
