cold and stale food after waiting a very long time,e for delivery

I have occasionally stopped by this KFC on the way back from picking up and dropping off my girlfriend. On one occasion I noticed that my boneless banquet was missing but a singular bit of chicken, thankfully this issue was resolved by the wonderful manager on duty (I think she was called Chloe?). Overall 5 stars and would recommend to a friend who would be in the area and looking for some fast food

Ordered 6 piece family bucket.. got 6 drumsticks not the first time this has happened. No contact from them not answering phone really disappointed what a joke they are

Man on the intercom in drive thru spoke over us whilst giving the order so had to go through it again when we paid. Waited 15 minutes for our food which was cold when we got it. Some of the chicken was uncooked when we broke into it. Staff were very rude.

courier took my food order several miles the wrong way, presumably to deliver another order, and my food wasn't in an insulated bag, it was in a normal carrier bag. my food was therefore cold. I will not beysing this service again having used you at least once a week for several years.

Best KFC ever- I come here all the time and I’m never disappointed! The staff are excellent and the food is always fresh

hi ordered a six piece bucket of chicken when I opened bucket to my surprise there where 5 chicken drumsticks and 1 thigh piece this is the first time this has happened normally get a selection of chicken not just drumstick not very happy with the prep team

2 hours late then it was freezing cold and dry

it arrived over an hour after the original predicted time and the beans i ordered were replaced with coleslaw

only got popcorn chicken in 2 kids meals as no corn cobs and pineapple sticks etc... useless never order again !!

I order my food at 6:25 and was estimated to arrive between 6:55-7:15 but didn't arrive till 8:10. Should be fast food not slow food.

All chicken wings was burn and dark colour. That's why they put 20 pcs for £12. But you're not suppose to even sell it. KFC has standards. Do you accept when KFC do a mistake by burning chicken wings and decide to sell cheaper price? No Quality shoukd comes first isn't it? I forgot to get pictures otherwise i could thow few photos.

Service was really good with a nice comfy atmosphere and food was delicious.

it's just not worth the money anymore. overpaying for cold tasteless food, missing items and spilt drinks in your fries. whoever sees this reveiw when It comes to that time where your going to order food don't cook instead. unless someone else is paying 🤣

Jason was really helpful provided us with excellent customer service and was really polite and friendly.

staff really friendly. Service was efficient. Communication from staff members whilst we were waiting for our food. Store was spotless, great restaurant overall. One of the best kfc restaurants we’ve visited!

They didn’t have an item in stock that I ordered so they looked after me gave me a different side and also gave me extras I really appreciate the team that was on shift at 20:58 on Saturday the 9th November you ladies and gentleman was fantastic

Food came 20 minutes late and food was cold, my Tango was missing and so was Popcorn chicken, 2x Corn on the cob and 1x fries

Times kept being pushed back until it was 2 hours late, and then was marked “delivered at 2:25” at 1:50, something that is impossible. They lied to avoid cancelling and refunding my order.

Food was damaged wet n split and cold

missing bottle of pepsi max, driver did not give or put in bag, rest of order was there, actual KFC was informed, driver did not return with missing item and unknown who driver was, if just eat can find out and ask person why they did not do job correctly and bring missing drink would be better and they should check all items delivered at time off dropping off to customer, as customer has paid for item.

Ordered to box meals took about 30 minutes to make then no beans, suppose to be table service but shouted us over even though there was no one in, got meal which was freezing cold, fries were spicy as hell. Got a refund wasn’t happy, Seriously they could t run a piss up in a brewery

Me and my partners tired broke and we had to pull in somewhere and we informed the amazing team. They were very friendly and helpful and sorted this out for us to inform the driving people to not get a fine. I couldn’t recommend the gorgeous staff enough. (I also got some chicken to wait) thank you again x

Firstly, it took the staff at the front 20 minutes to let us pay for our order-they completely ignored us whilst we waited at the front. They then forget my large drink and my fries which I hadn’t noticed until I got home. Worst KFC experience ever. If you want a fast experience with helpful employees or at least your correct meal do not come here!

food arrived warm so had to put in microwave. not sure how many deliveries the driver had but when he finally appeared on the map he was coming from another area.

Ordered the zinger sale for lunch, only wish that I could post a photo. Portion so small a 2 year old would need more. 1/4 small tomato a few lettuce leaves and a minute sprinkling of sweetcorn. Smallest piece of zinger ever seen but I can live with this. Rang the shop advised by the manager tomatoes already come chopped up in a bag! Box just over the size of a man’s hand. Will never order again.
