the burger was very sloppy and rushed not a lot of care when packing

The chap on the intercom didn’t have a clue what I was saying, then after a long wait it’s apparent he’s got my order wrong. SHOCK!!!! Then I’m given a bag of food with everything squeezed in and my food unrapped. Shocking service and shocking experience

Ordered food at 3.30 for delivery for 5.45. Food never arrived until 6.15 even though the driver was waiting at the restaurant? Why was this not prepped on time !

Took my food to the wrong address

absolutely vile food. not edible, 50 pounds worth of food has gone in the bin, chicken and the chips has been cooked in old oil, chewy chicken all round, cold food, missing the chips off the order. save your money, kfc is too expensive for the vile food you get. kfc used to be a family favourite in my house. Will never order again!

didn't get my ored never seem to receive orders from KFC allways go to the street at the back of where I live

The can drink was missing from my order the the delivery person blamed KFC and KFC blamed the delivery person so know one apologise or even tried to rectify the problem waiting on your response to the matter.

Always a problem when ordering from here but today was just a joke. Cold burger and missing both mini fillets and both hot wings from the mighty bucket for 1...literally what the! We've had drinks and gravy missing before and haven't complained but this is just a joke!

Marginally better than the Maperperly branch. At least they had everything available.

With our zinger burgers no chips were sent which was very disappointing.

Told the delivery driver DO NOT KNOCK and he knocked and knocked loud aswell and in process ended up waking up my 2 year old baby sister. Read the notes I leave I say things for a reason

i want my money back I'm not very happy with my food it was all cold and not very happy but the delivery was good

Got service fast great food with a smile

Had to order twice at drive thru then was asked again inside. Then asked 3 times how I was paying then told to go use the screen. The screen didn’t show what I wanted to so he then took my order, all whilst looking like he didn’t quite know where he was. Food average when it came.

fries were old and black with bruises and STONE COLD, pop corn chicken was minute and STONE COLD, 2 pieces of chicken were STONE COLD, absolutely disgusted by this and will never be ordering again, shame on you KFC.

The driver delivered the food to the wrong house, are they starting to guess houses now or are they not bothering checking door numbers and street names?

Receiving your order with missing items completely ruin the experience and loose your appetite no matter how good the taste of food.

Good food quality, but "driver is at the restaurant" displayed for over 25mins.

Food was cold on arrival as the driver took a very long route, laden with traffic. My assumption was he was delivering other orders. Food was OK, bit chewy in places. KFC is just too over priced now for what it is.

Tracked my order, the driver was on the school run then lied to me and said the traffic was bad! The driver was stationary at the school for over 20 minutes after collecting my order!

Gave an order from their own website. I didn’t get the drink that I’ve ordered, and when we called Them and tried explaining to them the issue, they refused to do anything about it and they started trying to blame the delivery driver for it. Didn’t do anything to help or solve issue and they didn’t even try listen to what my problem was. The best solution to my problem they decided to come up with is “Come down to the store”. If I was able to come down to your store,I wouldn’t have ordered online or pay delivery charge. Have some respect and don’t try blame the Delivery Driver without even knowing. Unbelievable. Wasted my time, my money and ruined my meal. Don’t recommend.

DISGUSTING. We ordered BBQ Tower MEALS which included fries, but all we received was the burgers. Then they weren't even correct as they were PLAIN Tower burgers. How can they mess a basic order up so badly? We phoned the branch and the guy we spoke to COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS! He told us to come in and then put the phone down!! - if we'd have been able to come in we wouldn't have ordered it for delivery would we?! He couldn’t be bothered to even send what we had paid for! No chips was delivered. No order ever comes fulfilled and it's getting quite annoying.

Recently I was at the restaurant with my wife and daughter and we were treated very badly, as we bought a bucket of chicken with side dishes, but the restaurant did not offer cutlery and when my wife went to order they said to come back the next day, but we bought it there to eat on the same day.

DISGUSTING. Ordered burger MEALS got burgers. Phoned branch and HE COULDN'T HAVE CARED LESS! Told us to come in for what we've paid for that they couldn't be bothered to send!!! DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

It was great! One of, if not, the best KFCs around.

Missing items from order no response on the customer services not happy

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with this restaurant, I paid to eat there and there was no cutlery to eat my salad and mashed potatoes, when I ordered I was treated very badly by the employee who asked to come back the next day to get the cutlery.

Missed off 2 portions of fries. But other than that the food was fine.

Delivery dropped off at reception before ringing me to say he was here. I was stood outside for 5 mins trying to ring driver to see where he was he kept rejecting my call. Only got the food when receptionist came outside and said are you waiting for this. Worst delivery I’ve ever had
