Great friendly pub that treats you as family, i just love the place

What a great pub, landlord is a hoofin bloke. Very friendly and welcoming. Ex military landlord all services welcome and the veterans breakfast club is ran from here next one 19th October. Come Show your support. Dogs also welcome and have there own menu

Visited a couple of times for the football as they had a fantastic set up with ample tvs, burger van, huge gazebo. Atmosphere was unreal. Friendly service throughout.

Really great place for watching sport (Prime and Sky and I suspect more). Super friendly staff and excellent food. This was the first time a pub has ever brought us a sample of their food. They did this with their Trinidadian themed food which was superb. Very much hoping to come again. Great for Yachties passing through.

Friendly never clicky all people welcome. An atmosphere of friendly conversation. And a landlord and lady who mix but are professional and jump in to work mode when needed. Warm with a lovely outside area its a lovely place to pop into or have a function.

Stayed in Queenborough for a week and visited The Rose every night...great pub, friendly staff...loved it. Only criticism for me being a Real Ale drinker is only one Ale available.....but good pub, nice and clean...toilets superb....Thank you David and staff. Laurence
