Avoid at all cost, it took me multiple tries to book this restaurant as there was quite a few of us going for my mums 70th birthday. I was constantly told to email to make a booking then no one would reply. I was looking at the menu for this Saturday only to find out it’s temporarily shut! No one bothered to get in contact and let me know it isn’t open. It has now left me looking for another venue for 5 days time to hold my mums 70th birthday. Definitely will not be returning, their customer service is shocking

Really great find in the newly developed part of Waterloo, Rosarium would be good anywhere but here it’s just amazing! Lovely welcome, super nice staff, intimate decor. The food was very good, good portion sizes too. The cocktails were on point and as we tried 6 different ones I can pronounce that 5 were excellent!!! Definitely going again

Having been tempted on their socials by their signature dessert, I decided to book for a special anniversary dinner. On arrival their menu had depleted to a much smaller offering and on further enquiry we were advised that the signature dessert wouldn’t be available to us. On expressing our disappointment, the host advised that it wasn’t that great anyway and looked nothing like the picture!! We reviewed the menu further and decided that actually we’d rather take our chances elsewhere. On leaving, the host decided sarcasm was the order of the day, and gave an unnecessary “thanks for stopping by”.

A wonderfully slightly eccentrically designed restaurant with green character which is matched by the warmth and charm of the staff and the quality of the ingredients that went into our lunches. A sturdy wine list and a great value Hungarian Gruner Veltliner. My only criticism was the temperature of the food. It wasn't as hot as I would have liked. I wonder if this is industry policy now, as the last meal we had out was also warm rather than piping hot.. Would I go again? Most definitely!

Not happy hour. The sign outside said two signature cocktails for the price of one. We chose two from the menu and when we went to pay, we were told that they had to be the same cocktail. The barman was quite unpleasant about it. Definitely will not be going there again. Upsetting experience, especially as we were celebrating a birthday.

This was a surprise find for a tasty lunch. We wanted an easy lunch while around Waterloo Station and passed by. We had 2 courses from the set menu and loved it. The staff are welcoming, the restaurant was stylishly decorated and not noisy. The food was beautifully presented and really high quality. My gnocchi was cooked to perfection and my husband was very complimentary about his steak.

Our third time at this beautiful restaurant. This time we came back to try the roasts and they didn’t disappoint. In fact I think I’d go as far as to say it was one of the nicest roasts I’ve ever had. Beef cooked to perfection and so many gorgeous trimmings with huge Yorkshire puddings! The bottomless red wine for 90 minutes went down very well too. Once again the staff were excellent, very attentive and welcoming. We’ll be back definitely

This is our second visit to The Rosarium for a family celebration and it certainly didn’t disappoint. This time we all had the roasts and everything was absolutely delicious. All the staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Can’t wait to return!

Went and had a delicious roast dinner this afternoon at the Rosarium. One of the best roasts I've ever had - the free flowing wine deal along with the best gravy I've ever tasted has secured a return visit from me

Was meeting a friend at Waterloo Station and checked nearby restaurants, This looked good and it certainly was. Service was lovely and food was excellent. Restaurant is very nice indeed. I had the beetroot and Lamb ribs. They were just divine. Husband had soup and beef which he said were the best meals ever!! Friend had salmon and Celeraic which looked delicious. Wine was yum. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Real nice setting, clean and staff well attentive. Good prices and great portion sizes. Beef was cooked to perfection and pink! Accompanied with a yummy jus and golden roast potatoes and a selection of veg! Also a big Yorkshire!

This is a special place with very good food. It’s not too expensive for what they deliver, though not cheap. I wasn’t expecting this next to Nando’s in a train station. The personell is really friendly as well. There will be an event location/theatre coming soon which will make this place even more special.

The starters and mains were very good, the desserts more like average. Our waiter Morgan was excellent. Not the cheapest but this is central London. Overall, I am very happy to recommend this place.

Oh my word, what a find! Heard about The Rosarrium via a Facebook group so decided to book for a birthday celebration after a theatre matinee. I was a bit concerned that it might lack atmosphere due to being tucked away in the new Sidings at Waterloo and that we were visiting on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was extremely quiet, probably due to the previously mentioned reasons, but we had such a wonderful experience. The food was phenomenal! It was the first day of their new menu and the staff were very keen to find out what we thought of it. We both thoroughly enjoyed our choices. I had scallops followed by lemon sole. My friend had crab cake followed by duck. The wine complimented our dishes perfectly. My friend had dessert which was very thoughtfully decorated with ‘happy birthday’ in chocolate sauce - I mentioned in our online booking that it was her birthday. The manager came over towards the end of our visit to ask how we had found everything and gave us the dessert on the house - a gesture that was so unexpected and delightful. My only ‘slight’ complaint is that our waiting staff were slightly overly attentive but given that it’s a new restaurant in a new location on a quiet Tuesday night on the first day of a new menu I am being over critical! This incredible new restaurant needs to be shouted about as it deserves to be very busy and successful.

We had a delicious meal and love the decor inside. Very bright and lively. Really innovative and fun cocktails. It should be, especially wonderful and the venue downstairs opens.
