This is as much my local as you can get. Laid back and calm setting where you can meet up with friends/colleagues or host gatherings with really good food, quality drinks, and a wonderful staff team that understands the mission. They've been in Brixton a long time and know the local area, it's people, and they contribute to our eclectic vibe. 👍🏾👍🏾

Easily my favourite place to eat in London. The food and staff are fantastic.

Fine for a beer or an average quality cocktail. Staff could do with showing more care for the guests and the cleanliness as opposed to their step-count. Quite rudely asked to leave way before their closing time. Level up on the hospitality and this could be a great spot!

Had a work reunion at Clovers last night and we all had such an amazing time. You feel as if you are being looked after in someone’s home, the decor is stunning and homely and Clover and her team just make you feel so welcomed and at home. The food is scrummy and the Caribbean sharing platters are just perfect for groups (my favourite will always be the Saltfish fritters). Defo compliments to the chef, we left bellies full and jaws achy from laughter. Thank you Clover for looking after us so well (will definitely consider private hire for future events). 🍀❣️

We settled for this place as we just wanted to have coffee and a chat. Unfortunately we had just missed the food option when we arrived. The place looked very chill and trendy st the same time which fits in with the whole Brixton vibe although not quite in the mad busy section. What I loved about it was that my sister felt incredibly welcomed (she has special needs) and I really rate that so thankyou Clover! Worth a visit.

A Brixton institution since 1999, a name change and a personal touch. The same ownership and nourishing, soulful food cooked with passion. Highly recommend this spot for either dining solo or with a group! Nice one clover 🍀 The jerk chicken is tender and succulent! Plenty of vegan options too!

Absolutely love it at Clover’s, the vibe, the food, the drinks, immaculate. I recommend the salt fish fritters and the prawns! Will definitely be coming back, it’s my new favourite spot.

Nice food, staff and environment. Location is not the best for parking but it's not bad for its proximity to public transport. If you don't mind the soundtrack of Brixton and the interesting characters you may come across then it's a pretty cool place.

Really pleased with this find before a gig in Brixton. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Really tasty jerk chicken with a generous helping of couscous and plantain. Good drinks menu. I would visit again for sure.

Been coming here for over 15yrs, and it’s always been an oasis of chillness, friendly service, spicy food and good music. Now Atlantic road is part of the LTN, even nicer of a summer evening, when the windows are open and you can sit beside them catching the breeze

Great staff, great location and great food. I’ve been a regular here for years and it’s always the place I recommend to friends/family when in the area or if I want a nice chilled day with friends. Cannot recommend their breakfasts enough. Great for veggie options too! Staff are always so lovely, never rush you and the business like to support local artists and caterers too!

Unfriendly. Worked there for a few hours and almost left without paying accidentally, the lady acted as if I wanted to steal £8. The fritters were nice thought haha.

This place is an all-around 5 star! I will always go here. Food is great with healthy choices and something for everyone. Staff are amazing! Atmosphere is great with a change of artwork throughout from real artists.

Very chilled place in the heart of Brixton, with a very nice view on Atlantic road, which in itself can be very entertaining. Great selection of Jamaican inspired food, beers and cocktails.

Lovely space - some outdoor seating and also the windows open very wide so it feels very airy for a lovely brunch. Good food, nice staff and dog-friendly.

Great place to relax and chill, listening to the excellent DJ who plays there every other Saturday evening from 9.30. Shame that they don't provide nibbles to enjoy with drinks that are on offer

Nice place , the music was cool and the service was friendly and quick. The beer had ran out and there was limited selection on bottles. Tried some dishes as well, the shrimps were very tasty, the others just fine.

Comfortable sofas, really nice atmosphere in an anti-racism themed lounge. A decent range of not overpriced cocktails, but they are also not the super fancy type of cocktails, great to have as a casual drink instead of a basic beer or a fancy overpriced cocktail -the perfect middle ground. Would definitely come back here!!

One of Brixton's gems. Consistant good service and tasty carribean food. Can get a little too busy at times, but it is the place to lounge

Had a lovely evening celebrating a birthday the platters were ample for sharing and we're tasty for a variety of palates. It would have been nice to have a divider on the platter as if I don't eat meat, I would not have been as enthralled that the chicken was beside the other items. The saltfish fritters were absolutely divine. Music by DJ Ian was on point, everyone was up and dancing the entire evening. Location if loos was a bit off putting when you have individuals that do not close doors and the loo is then visible from the table where I was sat (Thankfully I had eaten already). All in all a good night out. Staff did not interact in a friendly way, but neither were they u pleasant They just did their job.

Absolutely love and adore this place

Very pleasantly surprised here. We had a party down the road at a club, (that shall remain nameless), but the club was very busy and very loud. I walked down the road to find this place, and it looked far more our style. I asked if they had space and they were very welcoming, so our party moved across to here. They kept the kitchen open late for us and we're very accomodating. Thank you.

The food was really good and definitely authentic Jamaican, staff was friendly and service was quick. Music was a little loud to have a conversation over, but did go when it turns from a restaurant into more of a bar.

Very nice food served here Ive ate twice in the lounge once for breakfast and the next for lunch, i had the Caribbean breakfast and the vegan wrap for lunch, both meal where very unique in flavours and presentation, cocktails are spot on and customer service and environment very chilled 11/10 Thank you very much I will be back. Wonderfully warm and welcoming place. Family friendly, light cafe style, catering for all parts of Brixton's demographic, on a great location on Railton Road. Very nice local beers and baby-chinos too.

This place is a MUST for anyone visiting Brixton! It's been my fave hang out for the last 5 plus years since returning to the UK. Relaxed atmosphere, super friendly & welcoming staff, cool tunes aplenty and a delicious food & drink menu - what's not to love?! Check it out!!

Just dropped for a bite at lunchtime and I was glad that we did. The place is reasonably spacious with a slightly Bohemian vibe, although there was nothing laid back about the service, which was both attentive and fast. I had a slow cooked lamb with couscous and salad, my friend Piri Piri chicken. Both were excellent, generous portions, perfectly cooked and flavoured. The lounge turned out to be an unexpected gem, very glad to have discovered it.

I've been going to Lounge for years and it's like a home away from home. The food is without fail fantastic and the staff are warm and welcoming. I also recently used Lounge for catering a lunch party as I needed something vegan and gluten free - they provided a delicious and inventive light lunch that appealed to everyone. I can't rave about lounge enough.

Came here with hubby. He loved the food and the atmosphere and I loved the drinks. We will definitely go again but with so many options in Brixton maybe when we have nothing else to do…..

We didn't order any food so I can't speak to the quality of that offering. I can however speak to the quality of their drinks and cocktails in particular. I really enjoyed the ones that we ordered and they were prepared to alter to suit our tastes. That's quality service with friendly attentive staff to boot!

I’ve been coming here for so long, the food is to die for - literally. And the cocktails (some of the best I’ve ever had) combined with their happy hour is just a wonder to enjoy, I’ve told all my friends about this place, and they also love it here! The customer service is lovely and really wholesome. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely spot-on they did me a long island ice tea which I had a random craving for and it brought back some good memories.

The Lounge is great, like really awesome, I would make it my local but it just to far, and I can't afford to go there every week. But amazing stuff, cool place, on point music, there art you can buy if you fancy. Love it

Enjoyed a few reasonably priced well put together cocktails during happy hour. Trendy decor as you'd expect with local artist's avant-garde paintings displayed. Attentive and polite service from the waiting staff. However unfortunately a lack of clear communication at the end led to an attempt to impose inaccurate additional charges on the final bill
