The Robin Hood in Aylesbury Vale

My elderly parents, my teenage children and I went to The Robin Hood for Sunday lunch. The food was beautiful; lots of dishes to choose from to suit everyone’s taste. The staff were friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us. The service was swift too. Highly recommend the Sunday Roast…. Delicious!

This was our first visit since it had re-opened. There was a lot to choose from on the menu, the food was good, everyone enjoyed their roast. The service could have been better, there seemed to be enough staff, they just didn't appear to be as attentive as they could have been.

Met up with family for a Xmas lunch. The staff were lovely, the food scrumptious. The only downside was it was freezing inside. It was below zero outside and it would have been perfect if the log burning fire had been lit. Will definitely go back - but in the summer!!

So pleased to see Robin Hood back up and running again. Limited hours but worth visiting. Fabulous Sunday roast. Massive portions and all fresh nothing frozen. Stack of onion rings starter was about a foot tall !! 3 dips too. Was delicious. More than enough for 2 people to share. Didn't have room left for a pudding but what I saw coming out looked yummy!! Well done all staff. Good luck with moving forward and hopefully local people will support you. We have been twice in a week!! So good

We visited the Robin Hood Buckingham last night, after being turned away at the Green Man Inn (which was empty!!!) All good things happen for a reason, as this was the first time we have been to Robin Hood (we are from Suffolk) and what a meal it was. Unlike the Green man it was very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door, the lady behind the bar was very friendly too. The stack of onion rings and cheddar rings was to die for, the food was extremely hot and served in good time, and the burgers were outstanding, home made and dare I say but the best beef burger I think I have ever tasted. A real proper beef burger. We had so much food we couldn’t move after. All cooked to perfection. We definitely will be back if we are in the area again, for anybody looking for a nice place I can’t recommend it enough, we only wished we were closer as we would be here all the time! A warm welcome and fine pub food. We always have a lovely meal at the Robin Hood and tonight was no exception. We enjoyed fish and chips, ribs and slaw, scampi and chips and homemade steak and ale pie. Glorious food and really great staff who made us very welcome and kept us entertained for the evening. A local pub that we always enjoy visiting

The Robin Hood is a traditional village pub with a rustic feel. We had a fantastic meal, homely food with quality ingredients at a good price. The service was very friendly.

Arrived for a quick lunch to celebrate our local’s reopening! Staff were friendly, very welcoming and apologetic for any delay - the tables had been rearranged and the old rehired staff were still getting used to it! Beer was cold and refreshing, food was lovely, the puddings were AMAZING - totally worth the visit!

We went for a special breakfast treat! The tables were a little sticky but that’s the sign of a great pub! We were the only people there so had excellent service! Yummy breakfast and nice service.. We will be back..

This has always been a great go to pub for a meal or a get together. It has been shut for several years, so when I saw the place being repainted and rebranded I was very pleased. They currently are not offering evening service, but it's great for lunch.

Excellent food and service! I’ve eaten there many times now and I’ve never been disappointed! From the breakfasts to the Sunday roasts, you can’t go wrong! Strongly recommend!!!

Had a Sunday roast here I have not gone out to eat a Sunday roast for a long time. Was disappointing the gravy was like water, the beef wasn't great and the roast potatoes tastes like they were frozen! The Yorkshire pudding was good but the veg was limited would have been lovely to have some parsnips or something too. We was asked to give our details for the covid check in thing whilst we were eating this would have been better whilst we were waiting for food.

Third time here unfortunately will not be going back. First time I tried the liver it was tasty but over cooked so asked for it to be pink. This time it was cremated &tough as old boots.

The Robin Hood is always a lovely place to go, the food is lovely, the pub is small and cosy and the vibe is really friendly! It is definitely somewhere we always consider when thinking of going out!

Called in for Sunday lunch after visiting Stowe, only 5 minutes away. A good selection of traditional pub food and carvery, served hot and in good time. A good selections of beers at the bar.

Wow , we came here today with my 2 Sons , Daughter in law , 2 grand daughters and my partner . We are moving to the area in next couple of weeks and decided to come here . This is a lovely find . The food is out of this world . Home made cooking is a must . Portion size were amazing . We will definitely be back and could make this our local

So sorry I have been so slack with this review, but you are amazing people at Robin Hood you have been accommodating myself and my family which is always around a table of 20 twice a year for many years. You have never let us down, food is outstanding, service is top notch delivered all together we are amazed how u do this, we are also grateful with how you give us our own space to celebrate my passed sister bday and anniversary as a family and my dad absolutely adores your food, you guys are just the best with a caring manner and we will continue to celebrate at the robin hood for as long as u will have us!! cause you guys are amazing, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts xxxx

Had lunch today at The Robin, excellent food & service with reasonable prices for wine & beer. Large portions for the bid appetite but will definitely be back. I had the Liver which was very good but slightly overlooked for me.

We popped in to the Robin Hood for lunch today and as usual it was very good. My husband had the steak pie and the filling was so tender and tasty. I had the beef roast and it really hit the spot on a chilly Saturday. Good simple pub food done very well.

Taken to the Robin Hood for Brithday lunch. Vegie roast and beef roast, got it so right, lovely. For pudding dime bar chocolate tart and ice cream yummy, yum, yum, and treacle sponge custard and ice cream was also yummy. Very friendly, warm welcome always a treat to visit, thank you.

Wasn’t expecting to enjoy a roast lunch on a weekday! The choice on the pensioners menu was was extensive and very good value. The quality and quantity of the food was extremely good. Pleasant staff. No complaints at all. Would recommend and return for sure.

Been twice in a month and can recommend the rump steak, falafel burger, roast chicken and veggie curry. All cooked freshly and well. Would go back again to try more.

I visited the Robin Hood for lunch today & I had an extremely good meal. The staff were very friendly & helpful & my meal - the veggie roast of the day (stuffed butternut squash) was absolutely superb. I was part of a large group & although we had to wait a short time for our meals, they were served at the same time & were all piping hot. I have visited here before & I've always been impressed with the extensive menu & the delicious food. I'm looking forward to a return visit soon!

Called at the Robin Hood for a meal tonight after reading the positive reviews-very disappointing. Ordered Salmon with mango rice-salmon was dry-grossly overcooked together with dry rice-unable to eat it. They offered to take it back to chef but as I'd tried to eat some of it I didn't fancy another one and my husband was half way through his meal! After refusing to pay for this meal I could hear the chef shouting at the bar staff "tell her not to come back again"!!! Chef if you can't cook a piece of salmon and take criticism-get out of the kitchen!!!!

Once again stopped here on the way to silverstone and took advantage of the pensioners lunch, great food and even better value plus some really good beers.

Return visit to the UK, used to eat here regularly. Still great food and very good value. Would highly recommend.

A lovely friendly welcome. Ordered drinks and the 2 course lunch for OAP's we had beef and nut loaf roasts excellent and puddings, good portions and very tasty £10.95. The flowers are beautiful in the hanging baskets and tubs, shows the owner makes every effort to make it very welcoming on first impressions.

Thus is a good old pub, serving, good food, nothing fancy. Lovely staff, good eating area, nice garden. Well worth a visit 👍

Charge adult prices for an old lady of 95 who could only just manage a child's portion even though we ordered 6 main meals and explained she was disabled.

Taking here by friends for lunch, great place to eat. Two of us had burgers they were great and portions of all meals was generous. Waitress very pleasant not only served food but also our drinks. Well worth a visit.

I was surprised upon entry at not having a choice of flavoured gins- as this is currently very popular. Most pubs stock at least a rhubarb gin these days.....

We met up with family for lunch, menu is typical pub food at reasonable prices. Service was stretched getting our food was not a problem but it took ages to clear tables and get deserts, and again tables was not cleared. Not staffs fault just not enough of them

We have eaten here many times over the years, it's a nice pub with a varied menu. As we weren't in the main restaurant, we were tucked around the corner by the bar we felt that the service wasn't up to usual standards as we were easy to forget about. The food was good, but I prefer to visit in the summer when there are lighter options on the menu. Having said that, our party of 6 all enjoyed their meals and the service was friendly.

My wife and I visited the Robin Hood because it was conveniently placed for our visit to Stowe Gardens. I went for the Lamb Shank and my wife went for the Chicken Tikka Marsala. Both meals were excellent and the service was friendly. e were also offered a bowl of water for our dog. We'd be quite happy to go again.

My wife and I dropped in for lunch after visiting Stowe Gardens (very convenient). From a fairly extensive menu I choose the liver and bacon with mash. The portion was huge and the quality good. My wife elected to have the 'over 60 s' menu (2 courses for £9.99) She had the roast chicken which was substantial and came with stuffing, 6 roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding.

Above average food on the menu. Good choice and very reasonable.I have eaten here before and they have a lovely outside seating area in the Summer months.

We booked The Robin Hood about a week before attending in the middle of January 2019, their website is very informative and gave us everything we needed to know including up to date menus and current prices, this was sent to all attending, who chose what food and drinks everyone wanted on the day, their was 20 people in total 10 adults and 10 children.

Yes it's a nice friendly pub. Bar staff very polite. More of a food pub. Eaten in there before, excellent food. No complaints.

When the family is spead over the country we decided to meet here, arrived at opening time, shown our table, staff were very attentive, we did have to wait a few extra minutes for the oven to get to temperature, food on the whole was standard fair, nothing special, beef was a little disappointing. Large car park. easy to find.

We had been driving for a fair while, found our BnB and they recommended The Robin Hood, and it didn’t let us down.. We had two dogs and arrived about 5.30pm we were welcomed with dog and all. The staff were warm and friendly the fire was roaring, and the place was very warm and cozy.

A very wet Saturday, decided to visit for lunch just got there in time before they stopped serving food. i had the roast vegie filo mushroom, spinach and chick pea pie

We had booked a table at another establishment for a significant birthday celebration, and were seriously let down.

We were greeted by an interesting selection of good real ales. There is an extensive menu and the place has a very pleasant ambience. The Landlady was a Tour de force in that she ran the bar, took and served orders, took payments was helpful, amiable and kept smiling. It was obvious as to why this pub is so popular.

Meal on Saturday night was excellent there was 24 of us food was hot staff were brilliant. Well done Robin Hood would definitely recommend.

After driving all day came across this public house and went in to enjoy dinner and some wines etc

We visited the Robin Hood with friends and our two dogs. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our table. The staff were all quite young, but were all really helpful and pleasant. All requests were met with a smile. Our lunch was delicious and very good value with plenty of fresh veg. In fact, there was so much that I left with a doggie box! We were very impressed and we will visit again.

Upon arriving in the area we were referred to The Robin Hood for a Sunday roast. We were greeted by friendly staff who served our meal which was good value and enjoyable.Later in the week we attended for an evening meal which didn't disappoint. Highly recommended. Booking required.

On a short visit to Buckingham we were recommended this place for an evening meal by a local who had "never had anything but a very good meal" there. We visited quite early evening and were warmly greeted by the staff. My wife and I both ordered steak and ale pie with seasonal vegetables and asked if the listed mashed potatoes might be replaced by chunky chips? No problem - and clearly we were not the first to ask for this variation. Food was very good with the vegetables in a separate serving bowl to share and we each had an individual gravy boat with very tasty gravy. The edge of the pie crust was a little on the hard side for my tastes but the rest of the pie pastry was very good and the contents excellent. The chips were definitely a good idea - very nice indeed!

Camping for Silverstone touring cars event fancied some decent food and found this little gem of a pub. Atmosphere was relaxed even though it was quite busy service was great staff were really welcoming. I had the mixed grill steak was perfect huge portion for the first time I didn’t think I would finish a meal in a pub . Would recommend a visit here if your ever in this neck of the woods. Oh and my wife had the most delicious steak pie huge portion and really tender steak.

I love this venue! I am aware that it may not be to everyone's taste. But I personally cannot fault it! Excellent food, brilliant ales, accompanied by generally good service and friendly staff. Don't take my word for it go and see for your selves.

A return visit to this pub just outside Buckingham. Just as good as we remembered it! The service and food were very good, the staff were friendly, it all made for a very pleasant evening

We just happened to feel hungry on our travels when we came across this pub. We had a good welcome by friendly staff. There were meals on the menu for 'over 60s' and we went for that. I had roast beef dinner and my husband had gammon egg and chips. Both were delicious, but beware, the portions are huge. Really enjoyed it and would go back when in the area.

Twelve of us from Brackley U3A sat down to Sunday lunch. The weather was perfect, the service was brilliant and overall the food was very good. I personally had the roast beef which although was a little well done, it was quite tasty. There were plenty of steaming hot vegetables, a crispy Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes.

I think this is my fourth visit and I just realised it's the first time the log fire hasn't been blazing (definitely worth a visit in the winter!).

Have been here numerous times and they never fail to disappoint. Greeted by friendly and helpful staff always, very attentive to our needs. A menu full of so many choices so can always find something to eat, highly recommend ordering a side of cheesy garlic bread, my absolute favourite. My boyfriend always has the steak and always enjoys it, cooked perfectly and portion size is perfect too. Definitely recommend the starters on their summer menu lots of goodies to choose from. Deserts always come out looking picture perfect so you must save room for them, always have the choice of having ice cream, cream or custard so never fail to disappoint. If you have never tried the homemade cheesecake then you need to, always good!! Overall a place I love coming back to time and time again.

Good food, though the chilli plate was uneatably hot.The service was excellent, the atmosphere is really calm and quiet.

The grubiest place I've been in a long time.

We've eaten here a few times, and I struggle with the winter menu being so hearty with large portions. However, there are some lovely choices on the summer menu, I chose a duck salad, which was presented with edible flowers, it looked and tasted good. The rest of the party also enjoyed their food. We skipped desserts as none of us saw anything that we fancied.

Went for a family meal for husbands birthday. Service and food were great and portions were more than enough for us all. Variety of choice on the kids menu. One of our party cannot have gluten and the staff and management were brilliant at accommodating this. We have never had a bad meal here.

My husband and I had a rare child free evening so popped in to the Robin Hood for a meal. We were greeted by friendly members of staff and offered a selection of tables. My husband is a coeliac and was offered a separate gluten free menu with lots to choose from.

We stopped here again for dinner on Saturday & it was no surprise they were as busy as ever ,we were taken to our pre booked table promptly by Jess the landlady who was as efficient as ever despite the volume of customers. I had their steak pie which is the best I’ve ever had & a firm favourite of mine while my partner had a Mexican burger which needs to be seen to be believed!! My kids both had fish & chips which they loved (especially the crossword paper) . It’s so nice to have somewhere like this on my doorstep & affordable enough to visit regularly. As a very special family get together we met for dinner on Saturday night at The Robin Hood in Buckingham. We have always favoured this place as a great place for a pub meal and service. NOT THIS TIME. I just went to write my review and noticed several others have had similar experience. I also asked if the pub had changed hands.

Booked a meal at Robin Hood, from the moment we arrived the service was terrible. Table not ready, staff dress looked shabby. Food was awful. Red wine and stilton sauce looked like brown water. Asked for medium rare steak, partner asked for medium steak. Steak was overcooked and tough. Mother in law asked her peas to be replaced with salad but was told this would be an extra charge. Both parents stated no horseradish sauce but were given the sauce. Ordered and paid for drinks at the bar . Informed the staff would bring drinks to table, we waited a very long time for these drinks. The bar staff member went on to serve anyone who came into the bar area. The landlady was not helpful by not understanding my complaint of poor service from start to end and the food was not acceptable. We were going to have desserts and decided to leave and never return to this venue!

Worst roast I've ever had sadly. Veg overcooked, roast potatoes hard and deep fried. Nut roast dry. Veg gravy was thin and watery. Roast beef was ok. £10.95 was too much for this meal.

The Robin Hood pub was recommended to me by a couple of people but I was a bit dubious when I read the mixed reviews. I went for lunch there yesterday with my husband. It was Bank Holiday Monday and was very busy.We found it to be excellent. Good service and food. The portions are enormous. The mixed grill my husband ordered was the largest amount of food on a plate id ever seen. My steak and ale pie was delicious and full of tender tasty steak. It was served with gravy, mashed potato and a selection of vegetables. There is a good selection on the menu to choose from and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend The Robbin Hood pub.

the staff are helpful the food is good a really good all round pub have been a few times now and the standards are the some beer is kept well also in the winter they have an open fire that is a nice touch

Have been here quite a few times and I am never disappointed. A lovely relaxed atmosphere and delicious food. Looking forward to my next visit.

I brought six family and friends on Sunday for my husband's birthday, very disappointed. We have eaten at this pub on numerous occasions and always been satisfied with the food and the service but on Sunday it was diabolical. The service was not at all good, really didn't care if they served us or not. The table was booked for 1.30 and we eventually got our food an hour later. When it did arrive it was very disappointing, some of us had the Sunday roast and some had meals with chips, the chips were so dry and powdery and looked as if they had been just warmed up for a second time, as for the roast, come on frozen roast potatoes, the plate was swimming in gravy that had a skin on it and the beef, although plenty of it, was so tough that it was almost inedible. After this we all decided not to stay for dessert and certainly won't be visiting in the near future, if at all, which is such a shame as we have always loved this pub and the food and service.

Three adults and one baby stopped for Sunday Lunch. Great value for money and the GK IPA & ABBOT were in fine form.

I would highly recommend! Food was incredible (the burger was the tastiest and biggest I have ever had!) The service was first class from friendly staff and the open fire was great. I can't wait to go back there again!

Birthday roast lunch for my husband he had the turkey Christmas roast, i was offered not 1 not 2 but 3 veggie roasts i had the nut roast all was very good and for pudding we had ice cream and i had pear and apple...

Food quite good, good value for price but frozen roasts. Service very poor, abrupt not friendly and very slow, smile be good and some training. No cutlery had to wait by which time cold. Met with abrupt your late (10 mins) by Maitre d. No...

The food and wine are very reasonably priced. If you enjoy large portions of hearty, old fashioned pub grub this is the place for you. If you prefer something lighter or vegetarian you'll struggle.

Turned up at 12:00 for Sunday lunch. Although fully booked it only took a moment to rearrange the tables and find space for our family of five.

We all had steak. They catered for my friend who needed gluten free options.

Attractive country pub to visit after a walk around Stowe. We both had a Sunday roast, I had the veggie option. This was Moussaka, which struck me as an odd choice but was tasty and plentiful. The veg was cooked just right, the Yorkshire puds nice but the roast potatoes were of the frozen variety but OK.

I have eaten here before, so expected a great meal. What did I get? The mixed grill was over cooked. I took part of it home for my cat. He would not eat the chicken. It was dry he normally LOVES chicken, so what could he smell that I couldn't? I tried eating the steak at home, it was so tough. The chips were soft and not crisp, not pleasant at all. I gave up with the steak in the restaurant. It was a case of chew chew and chew and eventually spit it out. My chocolate brownie with marsh mallows was just a mess on a plate, a melted mess on a plate. It looked awful. I was told it had been microwaved????? I was told last bit available. I complained at the time, I was offered something else, but was told items weren't available that I would have chosen. Has this restaurant changed hands? Nothing was as good as it used to be. Service was not great either. Coffee took an age to produce and when they did come my companions were saying that they did not get what they asked for.

I've eaten at this pub many times over the years and seen a few changes of management - accompanied by some significant changes in food standards! The current proprietors have a consistently good standard of food and I would heartily recommend a visit. Sadly, there's a "however"...

we have visited many times at this pub and always get a warm welcome and very obliging as don't always book either food is as good as anywhere too, never disappointed either big selection too and their lunchtime menu is of good selection too

We had lunch here today. I had an excellent fish lasagne although more a fish in cheese sauce, served with herb bread and a little salad. It was served piping hot. My husband had an 8oz sirloin steak which was done as he likes it - on the rare side of medium. We both had a wonderful banana cheesecake. I don't like any pub that has piped music which is very difficult to avoid, so we ate outside where there are massed banks of bedding plants. I would avoid eating here in Winter as I would any pub with piped music but my husband has eaten here several times and the standard of food has always been good. Good service too.

Love this place for a family while some meal. Love the steak here service always great kids menu good. Nice pub good parking east to find.

Well cooked roasts, one plus one at half price, plenty on the plate, prompt, friendly and efficient service. And a delicious icecream dessert and a cheeseboard with five cheeses for one that could have served all three of us. In fact it did! Here is a list of some (note only some, there are more but I do not have time to type them):1) Terrible variety of food on offer, NO healthy options and do not accomodate. 2) Slow service, we waited AGES for our food (bearing in mind this was a Monday lunch time) 3) I ordered a BLT Ciabatta. The bread came out soggy yet tough, drench in butter and fatty bacon. I asked for a side salad instead of the chips which they said they'd need to charge for which is absurd given that I didn't want the other side options.The sandwich came and in fact, had a small side salad anyway. 4) The side salad came, not dressed in balsamic as described but a dressing. It was very small and just not very good (if you can't do a side salad well, you haven't got much hope for anything else). 5) Everyone elses meals just tasted of grease! 6) We ordered drinks numerous times and they never came) we ended up having to stand and wait at the bar and insist of getting them there and then. 7) Dirty - needs a proper clean! That's all. The only good thing to say about it was the person who had the burger, said it was half decent. So if you do decide to go here (God knows why!) the burger seems to be the only safe option, as long as you'red prepared to wait an eternity to actually get it. Thanks :)

A good pub, a mile or so outside Buckingham. Have eaten here on several occasions and are yet to have a duff meal. Nothing terribly out of the ordinary foodwise, but always good quality & plenty of it at a very reasonable price. Also good beers..

We eat here on a regular basis,the food is always excellent,good portion sizes the staff are always polite and very professional.The christmas day lunch is a must superb.

We had pleasnt starters, the amount just enough to be appetizers, then classic British liver and onions, (two of us), and chicken roasts, (the other two.) The food was beautifully cooked and the service quick, efficient and warmly courteous. It's an attractive and comfortable old pub, with a neat little courtyard for sunny days. Our appetites just weren't up to puddings, because the portions of the main courses were so generous. We enjoyed our visit very much and will go back.

The meal was excellent, we went for the special roast, the vegetables were well cooked, the meal was plentiful and tasty.

Beautiful Sunday roast as usual and good service. Bit of a pity that the roast potatoes were out of a bag which we've never had there before as they are normally fresh but still a lovely meal and will be back again

Had been recommended this pubs food. Visited Monday lunch time there were a lot of people eating a good sign.Excellent menu, decided to go for the 2 course set menu roast husband had the lamb lots of it roast potatoes yorkshire pud and gravy and dish of veg. I had the vegie option half a roast squash filled with veg. yorkshire pud and gravy. A lovely selection of puds, enjoyed. This is a pub that has got it so right. There is a play area for children and a patio area, planted up with lovely flowers, very pretty. Will be back very soon.

Had a mid week lunch here with family members. We have been here several times previously but not recently. Everyone agreed that their food choices were good - although personally for me my liver main course was overcooked. I have eaten this here previously when it was excellent. My fig and plum dessert was delicious as was the strawberry ice cream served on the side. Staff were very professional and friendly, Would recommend.

I arrived with my partner a few weeks ago on a Sunday, no booking.We'd passed this pub sooooo many times and every time - we always said .... 'we must pop in there'. The pup was FULL to the brim! But the staff we happy to see us, they were prompt in serving our drinks and est. a table for lunch would be available in 10-15 mins. We accepted and enjoyed the atmospheric ambience on offer.Sure enough ... within 10 mins, we were showed to our 'cleaned' table which has been set for our arrival.We ordered our Sunday roast ... it was delivered promptly, hot, presented well and for the price - we though it was a great meal and would definitely return without question.Jan Smith

We were recommended this pub by the barman of another local establishment who were not doing food on a Monday. We rang through to check they were doing food as it was a bank holiday around 1:30. Our barman was told that there wouldn't be space for us until around 2:30. Amazingly in the seconds that it took to pass the phone over, that had been pushed back another half an hour until 3:00pm! Being up for a challenge, the six of us set off to see just how busy this place was. On our arrival there were at least three empty tables, only one of which was booked. I can only imagine the chaos as huge numbers of customers made for the door in the five minutes it took for us to arrive. Whilst I enjoy a laid back lunch, the slightly disinterested approach of the staff serving was a novel approach to customer service I hadn't encountered before. The food was quite adequate for our needs and arrived before we felt the need to query if our order had actually made it to the kitchen. To our surprise, we managed to eat, drink and leave the establishment by 3:00; the time we had been told a table would be ready for us!I don't think we'll be returning in a hurry, but this will probably suit the attitude of the staff.

Really good food, didn't wait long at all, really friendly staff, knew a few of the staff was nice to see old faces!! Genuinely a really nice place, really nice and cosy!! Highly recommend!!

Stopped here on route from buckingham to silverstone, we had pasted this pub several times and decided to call in, food was varied and good value

Have moved away a bit, so a special chance to return many months on. Friendly welcome from Owners and Staff as ever - great range of delicious food, served hot and without unnecessary delays. Just a very good place to recommend as well as to enjoy for ourselves! But do book ahead - they deserve their vg reputation!
