Pub opposite our accommodation. Excellent spot for a beer in total relaxation. We didn't eat anything

All good, no complaints Good service....Good good.

The atmosphere is very calm. You can enjoy a good beer. I would return!!!

No main meal items served, however, staff recommended fish & chips could be brought in from place up the road. Friendly & helpful staff, tasty beer, & good (& not loud) music. Great experience. Recommend a visit.

Another great Sunday lunch in the Robin. Beautiful beef, tons of steaming hot vegetables and crispy roasties. Can't fault it. Real value for money too.

Great pub, great atmosphere! Out of the way enough that you only get people there who enjoy the vibe. A cool, spacious garden with plenty of cover and a clay oven for great pizzas...hmmm?!..... Seems I'm lacking with an array of superlatives tonight but you get the idea!

Out of towners, visiting family in a city we love and once again not let down. Great welcome, great hosts, great beer and selection and all sat outside under the grape vines. Perfect

This place is a dump.Came in with my partner £12.40 for two pint of Birra moretti. Toilets are a state drug baggies all of the place. Glass all over the floor staff are rude and it stinks. Seems to attracts the dregs of society.

It's not called the Robin Hood for nothing, 2 pints £12.40!!! Avoid. Go to the Ivor Davies 2 pints £4.00, I know it's full of colourful characters but it's a lot more fun. 😃.

Sadly, an anticipated enjoyable Sunday afternoon drink was spoiled by the in-house bar staffs' family take-over of the venue for their kids own fun, screaming and running enjoyment. Fair enough, but please make it private. Paying customers can always take their custom elsewhere to spend their money.

Our local WI chose the Robin Hood for our Christmas meal this year. 24 of us enjoyed the delicious meal, charming staff taking and bringing out our choices. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and congratulated all the whole team in the kitchen and the landlord Paul for a great time.

Went here for a pint with a friend but the smell of the outdoor pizza oven persuaded us to stay for food. The pizza was delicious, one of the best I've had! Haven't been here in ages, so was pleasantly surprised to see how much it had changed. Lovely garden out the back, plenty of sun spots and shaded areas. All the staff were super nice and got through the queues quickly. Will 100% be back, thank you!

This pub used to be my local in 1971/73 when I was a student. It was 46 years and a week since I had been in. In that time it has changed a lot, for the better from what I saw. Only disappointment the dart board had gone but still some real ale.

Food is all home cooked, presented well and arrives hot. The waiting staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's suitable for families and couples. The atmosphere in the evenings for a social get together is warm. This pub has a lovely spacious undercover beer garden also.

Good pint and lovely to sit outside in the Spring sunshine. Friendly staff. A great Sunday lunch too!

Amazing food as always. 2 Sunday roasts in one month, I just couldn't stay away! Generous with portions and expertly cooked. Meat is perfect and beautiful 😋 seating is well distanced and sanitised frequently. Wonderful and cozy throughout and comfortable beer garden.

Lovely beer garden but unfortunately were out of the beer we wanted and sadly no pizza oven but I assume this is due to covid. Overall a nice chilled place and friendly staff 😊

Pizza was burned as was every one I saw that left the oven. Server had a go at us for switching to an empty table, but the chef was free to join his mates at their table no problem. One rule for some. Otherwise the staff were friendly and it's a tidy pub

Some lovely staff work there, and their stonebaked pizzas are rather wonderful (the garlic one is just as good and a lot cheaper). Only downside is some misogynistic men who go there, but I suppose that's a lot of pubs.

Can I just say what a lovely take away Sunday lunch today, everything was cooked to perfection. I had the pork with amazing crunchy crackling and lovely fresh vegetables, huge amounts of thick slices of moist roast pork in a tasty gravy. Well done guys

A really lovely neighbourhood pub - we have visited on and off for years - and recently have been going more frequently for drinks, food etc. The lounge is lovely and cosy and the bar is great. We visited on Sunday and had a really wonderful lunch, two of us had beef, two had chicken and both meals were fab - very tasty and great value. Also, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. And as an added bonus.....you often spot a current/ex Welsh Rugby layer in there! A lovely pub - highly recommend.

Visited for Sunday Lunch, 8 adults and 1 child. Between us we had a mixture of beef, chicken and pork. All thoroughly enjoyed their lunches, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings were amazing! Friendly staff, will be returning.

I love this pub. Greeted with genuine hospitality from the first afternoon we walked in to this day. Beautiful rare art nouveau exterior, gorgeous garden and a good old honest split bar/lounge.

Visited this pub recently to check out the Karaoke night. This is a nice little place with a friendly crowd. The Karaoke is organised well. They don't have song lists, but they practically have every song you can think of.

We visited tonight before going for a bite to eat, my partner is the most polite petson ever and tbe staff were so rude. He asked politely for drink the server who was female didnt even look at him, we ordered 2x large gin and tonic and snacks and again she spoke to her colleague but didnt look at us, we are a male couple but i dont think it was homophobic i think she was just rude. Anway avoid this place

Expensive, but overall quite a pleasant environment, especially out in the beer garden.

Called in for a drink looking for somewhere to hold our fortnightly silver surfers lunchtime meeting for 18 - 20 people. Nice pub and really welcoming staff. What let it down was all the loud swearing and cursing coming from the bar. No need for it but no thank you. This lets a tidy pub down.

Called in for lunch, all food served was really nice, steak very tender and very tasty. Fish was just as good. Great staff, very attentive. I would highly recommend this local pub. Great to see pub serving great food and drink. This will be our go to place.
