Good breakfast deals, great place to go for a morning cuppa with friends. Jelly bean guess 900. Name: Laurie.

We ordered hot chocolate and a croissant, a small portion of fish and chips and tea. The croissant was not edible as it was very stale. The chips were very slightly warm. Spent over £13 and barely consumed anything. Staff not exactly friendly so didn't bother complaining.

The food is excellent. We love it !

portions are tiny 8 quid for a "eds diner" burger and chips my burger came with crispy grill bits from god knows what stuck on the bottom, and a very small portion of chips (would have got a better deal over the road at beefeater for not much more ) not the first time i have noticed portions seem small for the cost

Went with my granddaughters who are 19 and 15. We all had a scone with jam and cream and a drink. The butter and the cream were hard and when we tried to put it on our scones they just crumbled. The whole experience was a awful.

Had to wait at the counter for a while seemed a bit under staffed they got my order wrong had to wait a bit longer. hash browns were undercooked and the bacon was so thin it was transparent over all I don't think I'll be back

Lovely place, only downside is the disabled bathrooms were out of order, due to the ceiling collapsing therefore I couldn't access the bathroom, because I'm jn a wheelchair. Aside from that lovely place, nice food, short wait time and nice staff.

The Restaurant Hub is a brilliant and calm place to go for a quiet coffee. The toilets & baby changing facilities are always clean and accessible. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you - it is definitely our preferred place for a bite to eat when shopping in Longbridge!

I have been the The Restaurant hub many times, and I've never had a problem there, The food is good and fairly priced, the Toasties are good for a quick bite. I personally love an oat milk Mocha, There's a good selection of cakes and pastries for when you are feeling naughty. Front counter staff are always welcoming and warm, It's a nice place to escape for a nice drink and something to snack on.

I shop in sainsburys almost daily and along with my daughter regularly visit the cafe as we find it’s a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and attentive and always chatty and welcoming. All the staff are very nice but the girls out front Nadia & Mila always make us feel welcome. We would highly recommend to anyone who visits and £6 for fish and chips you can’t go wrong!

We usually go to the Restaurant Hub at Sainsbury’s, Selly Oak, but today thought we’d go to Longbridge for a change. The sign on the entrance to the cafe said no Ed’s Diner, which was ok because we wanted a Carluccio’s coffee and a panini. There were only 3 sandwiches, no panininis left so decided to have a hot bacon bap, as advertised in the chiller cabinet on Carluccio’s cards. On asking the person on the till for 2 of them, I was told very brusquely that there was no Ed’s Diner! In no place in the chiller cabinet did it state that the advertised bacon and sausage baps were made by Ed’s Diner, and the card advertising them specifically said they were Carluccio’s! We will not be going there again. Bring back the original Sainsburys cafe.
