Absolutely sick and tired of going in only to find 2 thirds shut down "for cleaning " 1pm today!! They only opened at 10am. Usually shut 2 thirds down at 2pm weekdays !!!. All the comfortable seats too.....

Had a lovely time at Sainsbury’s Restaurant Hun in Chippenham! The food was fresh, tasty, and great value for money. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a quick meal or a sit-down with friends. My Daughter/Dad time's a Traditional Full English Breakfast normlly where I live in North Lincolnshire, today though the Chippenham Sainsburys Restaurant hub was the only local place near where I'm visiting that seems to do a FEB, Brewers Fayre is no option as I had food poisoning there 5 years ago so no chance I'd go there again ever. Firstly it was great, but a few things would of made it Fantastic, I couldn't get any Fried Bread instead of the toast supplied, that cae with no Jam etc, no option for Black Pudding, & it came with streaky bacon rather than back bacon which I prefer, only came with ½ a medium Tomato, & the Baked Beans were a bit watery for My taste. But even saying all that, the Service was 10/10, I requested some changes & the Cook was very happy to assist, the food supplied was good quality & cooked very nicely, & the Manager without doubt was most Helpful & Polite, the service was fast & the location clean & tidy but it'd only been open for an hour. It's a Cafe in a supermarket so atmosphere isn't going to be great ever. Would I go again, Yes for sure, but if they did Black Pudding, Fried Bread & Back Bacon it would be My Go To Breakfast place in Chippenham.

When I went to here for a quick bite to with my family. We where served by a man named matt he was professional gave us good recommendations and was fast with the order. Our food came out and was hot fresh and delicious couldn't recommend this place more.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about making your experience enjoyable. They greeted us with genuine smiles and were happy to offer recommendations, which turned out to be spot-on. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely delicious!

The fish and chips were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. The customer service was excellent too—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back. Amazing experience yesterday for me! I will be sure to return again! The fish was amazing and real quality better than most fish and chip shops you’ll find about! The burger got an equally amazing review from my partner! Lastly the chocolate brownie was the best she had tasted! I can’t judge the brownie because unfortunately I didn’t get a look in at it!

They ran a very kind event today with free food and drink to help out in the community. This was greatly appreciated, so thank you very much to whoever organised this, it really did feel like a treat, we were very grateful. We have visited before, but on this occasion especially, all the staff were super lovely and friendly. Very attentive and quick service - thank you again.

Today I visited the the Restaurant Hub with my family, and we had such a lovely time. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything—from the food to the drinks—was absolutely fabulous. I especially enjoyed the fish and chips—the batter was incredibly light and crispy, just perfect. My parents loved the cappuccino made with their oat milk, and the burger was juicy and full of flavor. We also tried the full English breakfast, and it was delicious! The café was clean, cozy, and filled with friendly faces. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. In today’s world, kindness is one of the most valuable things, and this place has it in abundance. Thank you so much to the staff for making our day so special. We’ll definitely be back

Delicious food and excellent service. Very good value for money. I recommend the fish and chips, chocolate frappe and the apricot and pistachio frangipane. Definitely better than most places locally.

Came along Saturday 5th April and they were doing free food and drinks to help out, what an amazing idea, food was lovely we had fish and chips, 2x chicken tenders and carrot cake each plus caramel frappe. staff were soo helpful and are a credit to the company, definitely will come again

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and the barista was incredibly knowledgeable, crafting my drink to perfection. The rich, smooth flavor of the coffee was complemented by a hint of caramel, making it an unforgettable experience. The ambiance, with its comfortable seating and warm lighting, made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy my drink and food. Staff were very friendly and a special shoutout to the chef who I vaguely spoke to, I think his name was Matt? He was extremelyhelpful and pleasant and a great asset no doubt to the establishment. I will certainly recommend and come back for more. :)

This fish and chips was very good

Recently visited and just had to say how wonderful the food and service was. I was served by Calum who I believe is new and he got everything spot on. A smile goes a long way (especially during these dark, rainy days) and a quick bite to eat, a coffee and really friendly service cheered me up so much. I’ll defo be visiting again and thank you Calum for brightening my day and going above and beyond.

I popped in to the Carluccios after my shop for a cappuccino and an almond croissant. The cappuccino was good and the croissant was tasty. The young woman who served me, Nell, was pleasant and efficient. A good place to visit for refreshment after a shop.

I came to Carluccios this week and had a very pleasant experience. The food was tasty and my cappuccino was perfect. My server, Nell, was very kind and helpful.

Absolutely shocking. I went into Carluccios,today, paid £7 for 2 hot chocolates. Drinks were dumped on my table with no interaction from the surley female staff member, the drinks were watery and only luke warm. I would have complained but decided they probably dont care anyway AVOID. AVOID.

Very pricy for what it was. Our meals were luke warm. Scami was mostly tasteless batter. Chips were spongy and dry. Peas were a runny soup. Tiny amount in a small pot. Tartar sauce was very synthetic tasting. No condiments provided. Portions were more like kids portions. Cappuccino was mostly froth. I wasn't given the option of whether I'd like chocolate on the top it was just thrown on in a heavy handed manner making what coffee I did have very bitter. I paid £39.58 for the two of us. I did not complain at the time as I know my friend would have been embarrassed. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Very disappointed today with eating in here , fish & chips okay but the cheeseburger my husband had said McDonald's was lit better which is not what your really paying for is it? Also had hot dog well I'm sorry but I couldn't eat it spat some out it were awful no onions or other sauces with it looked like it just been thrown into the bun , I'm sorry but for what you are paying for these foods I expect it to be edible! Very disappointed!!won't be returning!

Food was excellent , and Jason was not only friendly but very attentive. He ensured we had what we needed and if there was anything that we did need to just let him know. He enquired if we enjoyed our meal ( which we did) and offered us a refund on the caramel frappe as it was to sweet. He is a credit to the team at Chippenham
