I have reached out multiple times via email and submitted an inquiry through your online form, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication is disappointing and comes across as unprofessional. It’s made me reconsider whether I would want to return in the future

Delicious afternoon tea, friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere

There was a wedding going on at the same time as our visit, so we waited quite some time for our drinks twice. On chasing them up, the young girl with zero interest in customer service - and in fact, contempt at being requested to find out how long our drinks would be as we had a dinner reservation elsewhere - told us we hadn't been waiting very long! Appalling service and we won't be back.

Not great experience. Booked online, turned up and was told it was closed. Not impressed

The food and the space very pleasant. However, the staff were not very attentive and we had actively flag them down multiple times which made it a little hard to get refills or ask for anything for that matter.

My friend and i spent a lovely couple of hours here and had the itison brunch deal. Staff were so lovely and friendly and the food was delicious.

Welcome was pleasant and service was prompt and efficient. Enjoyed the eggs Benedict. The atmosphere was clubby and comfortable.

Lovely staff and surroundings. Cocktail menu limited. Stair lighting on way to washrooms a big issue. Also don't care for the shared washrooms.

Excellent venue - relaxed, great surroundings . Staff are exceptional with no request being too much - very professional and helpful in accommodating customer requests . Food fantastic . Only disappointment was that toilets are not on same level and neither are the baby changing facilities which could be easily rectified by utilising the disabled facilities

Desayunamos aquí como parte de nuestra estancia de una noche. Un entorno encantador y estábamos sentados en una cabina cómoda. Pedimos un escocés completo que parecía delicioso y papilla con miel y bayas. Solicité que la papilla se hiciera con leche no láctea y los acompañamientos al costado. La papilla era perfecta. Bajamos antes de las 9 de la mañana cuando estaba tranquilo y había un miembro del personal saludando y sirviendo. Desde las 9. 30 am en adelante el pobre alma se apresuraba a tratar de cubrir todas las mesas, todavía con una sonrisa. Me parece que todo el personal dentro del Cheval es muy servicial y amable. Nada es un problema. Es como estar en casa de un amigo.

Compré esto para el cumpleaños de mi padre. La entrada es muy grande y hasta el 4o piso al club registrador. El lugar era muy tranquilo solo 3 o 4 mesas en , me gustó bastante la decoración tenía un ambiente frío. No estoy seguro si me gusta si estaba súper ocupado puede ser bastante ruidoso. Tenía mi hijo de 8 años con nosotros y nos preguntó si había un menú de almuerzo para niños que no había, pero nos dio las tortitas zumo de fruta y pastel enemigo £ 9 para él. Su porción era del mismo tamaño que la mía. El brekkie cocido y las tortitas estaban deliciosos al igual que los jugos de frutas. Americano estaba bastante frío, así que lo devolví y compré una tetera en su lugar. Sin duda volveríamos a la oferta itison y para ser honesto el trato de brunch directo es de 18 eqch que incluyen un menú de 1 brunch, té o café y un zumo de frutas

My friends and I had a lovely time at the Register Club. We were in for drinks only but the food we did see looked great and the cocktails were delicious! We were served by Anu who was very attentive and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back!

First time visit. Had been given a voucher for brunch. Fully plan to go back. Excellent all round.

Had afternoon tea here a few days ago Stunning building and location on the 4th floor, spacious seating, was fairly quiet which was nice. Menu was on the table, we chose our preferred tea, was given water then food arrived. Looked lovely and nicely presented. Little haggis pie, haddock ball with mayonnaise, next the sandwiches and unfortunately they were severely disappointing. Was like rye bread they used which felt like they had been made at 8am, the bread was dry and going hard. The pastrami one was ok but not to everyones taste. Cream cheese and cucumber was next...there was more butter than filling, it was scraped on then scraped off, disgraceful, it was more like cottage cheese than cream cheese as we brought it to the waitresses attention. Didn't really apologise much, took it to chef who made 2 fresh ones, bit more filling but not what was expected as have done a fair few afternoon teas over the years. Desserts were lovely, 4 in total plus 2 scones but we had to share 1 small jar of jam and clotted cream ☹️ Found it not the best value for £46 which includes a glass of champagne On our experience I wouldn't recommend unfortunately

La decoración es bastante sosa dada lo impresionante que es la escalera y la entrada. Bebidas caras. 12 . 50 para el cóctel que era de unos 100 mls y tuvimos que enviar de vuelta. Servicio muy lento, incluso si el personal era agradable. No atento. No hay ambiente real en la habitación. Tampoco me gustaron los baños compartidos, ya que es demasiado pequeño para este concepto, teniendo que apretar a los hombres anteriores para acceder al jabón. No volveré.

Disfrutamos de un gran té de la tarde! Nuestro perro también vino y a los niños les encantó. La cumpleañera estaba muy feliz! Lo recomendaría seguro!

Fantastic afternoon tea we have visited afew times different months and it’s always lovely the staff friendly and are happy to help

My husband and I popped in on Wednesday night for a cocktail, having booked a table. A lovely bar with beautiful wood panelling. The place was completely empty and dirty glasses on several tables. We were shown into the bar and told to sit anywhere. We chose our cocktails and when the order was taken it appeared the menu had changed so my husband was not able to have what he had chosen. The cocktails we had were good and crisps were provided when we asked for them. No one checked we were happy or came to se if we wanted a second drink. Despite this a hefty service charge was added . Our experience could have been better.

Great venue with a very relaxing atmosphere. We were taken to our table then given time to relax before being asked for our order. The service was excellent we had a voucher for afternoon tea and the afternoon tea selection was very nice.

Pensamos que habíamos pedido desde el menú de brunch de verano que teníamos en la mano, pero nos dijeron que habíamos pedido desde el menú a la carta que no vimos. Me pidieron que pagara en efectivo y me dijeron que solo aceptaban tarjeta. Odio no tener la opción y que me digan cómo voy a pagar. No volveré.

Calm, mellow venue in the heart of the city. Service excellent, good selection of cocktails and snacks.

Una pequeña decepción cuando celebramos nuestro aniversario de bodas. El té en sí era muy sabroso y aunque pequeño era amplio. Sin embargo, una experiencia de cinco o incluso cuatro estrellas no fue. Aunque el personal era razonablemente atento de ninguna manera se podía sentir que estaba siendo visto como un huésped valioso. Más bien de carácter casual en un entorno agradable, bastante íntimo, pero sin ambiente, o un servicio excepcional. Es poco probable que regrese.

Lovely Afternoon Tea for two with copious quantities of tea in comfortable and peaceful surroundings right in the heart of the City. Staff were great, friendly and nothing was too much bother. Club called a couple of days before our booking to check for any allergy or dietary requirements. Selection of finger sandwiches, savoury bites, scones and cakes were delicious and we left feeling well fed. Even better value when booked with an Itison voucher but will definitely be going back again anyway.

I was emailed by the venue in early December inviting me to leave a google review - I wanted to reach out before leaving a google review as I was actually quite disappointed with our experience but have not heard anything back so am sharing my feedback on the google review. We booked this afternoon tea as a special occasion for my mums 60th birthday (which was actually on the day we attended). This is something I noted on the booking and had requested a good table or if the booking could be made special in some way, as this was a special birthday. I’m quite disappointed that no one wished my mum a happy birthday when we arrived, we were simply shown to our table and left. No one took our drinks order, the afternoon tea was simply brought to the table. Eventually someone did come to take our drinks order however we were not offered the option of the afternoon tea with a glass of champagne, so ordered a bottle instead. It was only when we toasted happy birthday to my mum once the champagne was poured that the server acknowledged the birthday (I don’t think she was made aware prior to this). For a premium location and what I would call a premium price tag, I felt the level of service fell short and I actually felt quite embarrassed that I had taken my mum there for such a special occasion. I do think that if customers leave requests or notes such as this on their booking, an effort should at least be made to acknowledge this. We actually went to Gleneagles Townhouse for drinks before attending The Register Club - we had no booking, yet their service was exemplary. A table was found for us, the servers were attentive and my mum was wished a happy birthday on several occasions by staff. I hope you can take this feedback on board.

Very enjoyable afternoon tea as a birthday treat. The food was delicious and the service was first class. Thank you.

Got a great start as I had booked this months ago but on arrival we were seated at 2 small tables. We were a group of 3 which meant one person was then sitting in-between the tables. We then asked to be moved but were told that the seats we had been moved to had another booking coming in. On top of this, a wedding party then joined the room for some strange reason and we had children running up and down between the tables with glasses being smashed. At the end of our visit we were then charged for a Champagne afternoon tea when champagne had not been offered. The last straw came at charging an additional 12.5% service charge for this fiasco!! I have worked in hospitality management and training for 5 star resorts for many years and this experience will be an excellent example for future training of how not to do it!

Stunning building the architecture has been kept from when it was a Bank, it’s stunning. Staff were great, service was great, good atmosphere and easy to chat etc no loud music etc views are stunning as well. Only had drinks.

We came here for drinks only . The waitress who served us was extremely pleasant and friendly. The place is plush and comfortable. Not a lot of atmosphere as it was early and not busy .

Had a lovely brunch. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Made us feel very welcome.

The waiter seemed to be elsewhere. No smile, no welcome and when he read back the order it was wrong. The coffee and the drinks were late and wrong and so was the food order, which was not substantial when it eventually came. The manager was lovely and apologetic and she reduced our bill. So I will come back, but not if I see that waiter first.

Personal muy grosero, cuando entramos al bar había muchas mesas libres, no había nadie en la puerta que nos dijera si estas mesas estaban libres, un barman nos pidió que nos fuéramos ya que no habíamos reservado. Cuando preguntamos cuánto tiempo pasaría hasta que una mesa estuviera libre, dijo que tres horas. Revisamos el sitio web y pudimos reservar una toma en 45 minutos, así que no solo grosero, poco útil, pero deshonesto. No volveré a este bar

Love this place, Seventh visit in a year. Brunch & Afternoon Tea outstanding. My only issue would be that there is no food options for kids. The plate of food that was presented to my granddaughter was just too overwhelming. Maybe just 2 choices at the bottom of the existing menu or a mention that smaller portions can be made available…? Otherwise perfect. 🤩 👌

Booked in advance for a quiet family celebration drink at lunchtime only to find a noisy wedding reception in full swing. Staff were very nice and tried to look after us to their best ability but obviously were busy with the wedding party too plus other guests who were in for a “quiet” afternoon tea. You should not mix a reception event with other customers. Full marks to your staff, lower marks to whoever thought you can do both at the same time. …………………………………………………. Update 10 August : Would you like to respond to my criticisms please? Go on………I’m waiting. Don’t just respond to the nice comments. Every criticism is an opportunity. Update 13 Sept : as you choose not to respond I will now downrate your star rating. I would still like a response please.

Lovely setting in the building of an old Edinburgh bank. Great relaxing environment where you can go to enjoy brunch, afternoon tea, or even just to enjoy a drink. Good drinks selection. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's well worth a visit.

We were only at The Register Club for a short while to get a cappuccino (which was fantastic) and get in out of the rain and the staff members were very helpful and friendly. I loved the atmosphere and decor. A great spot I wished I was able to have dinner there I’m sure it would’ve been fabulous

Visited for the itison brunch. Lovely surroundings, very peaceful relaxing environment. Lacked some atmosphere due to quietness, staff very friendly and welcoming. Food 4/5. Good value for money with the voucher.

The entrance is through the Cheval hotel with the club on the 4th floor either stairs or lift. We took the lift. Veneer wooden doors with flower motif at the lift entrance. It is quick and quiet to the floor and the club entry is the opposite corner from the lift. In between is the opening allowing light from the roof down through all the floors. Worth a look down before entering. There was a waiter at the door and he quickly checked our reservation, took our voucher for brunch and showed us to a small table and two chairs in a wooden panelled room. Very much a club atmosphere rather than a restaurant with lots of space, so diners don't feel crammed in. The waiter provided us with menus and water and took our juice order. In short order our drinks arrived and our cocktail and food orders taken. We picked the momosa and the bloody Mary to drink and the full Scottish breakfast. The cocktails arrived next followed by the food. One of the best Scottish I have eaten. The haggis was unique, fried bread included with potato scones and hash browns. A portion of beans, tomato, black pudding, sausage, sliced sausage, fried egg (Adele had poached) . The plate was full. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The bloody Mary certainly had a spicy kick. We finished off with a coffee. Service was great, including providing broon sauce. Arm chairs were comfortable. A view out of the window. A sunny day. Perfect. The washroom is across the hall next to the lift and up the stairs. One row of cubicles marked ladies and gents. Outside the washroom is a window with a view across Edinburgh showing all the old buildings with patterned domes. Worth having a look. It certainly was quiet and relaxed. Back into the festival outside.

Shared an afternoon tea with friends this afternoon. A wonderful afternoon. What made it extra special was the chef's accommodation of my medical diet – he went above what I had expected which meant that I could relax and enjoy. Thank you to the team.

Afternoon tea with my niece. Staff were great, really helpful but unfortunately the food was awful. Wouldn’t recommend having afternoon tea here - so disappointing.

Came here after having a delicious meal in the downstairs’ Hawksmoor Restaurant. What a soulless place the Register Club is, no atmosphere, just a very bland looking space. Actually felt like I was sitting in my nan’s front room. The server was polite but unfortunately was unsure of the ingredients of a drink I wanted to order. I would expect a 5 star establishment to be able to provide 5 star service. We all left feeling pretty underwhelmed and don’t think we would return.

A decent afternoon tea in nice surroundings. There was a good ratio of sweet to savoury. There was nothing particularly memorable about any of the offerings. They had a good selection of teas.

Brought a friend to celebrate her 50th birthday. Lovely warm welcome Had our champagne then food brought to us. All looked lovely I wax a bit disappointed in the cups and saucers they seemed cheap compared to everything else. Had to ask for our tea/coffee then had to ask for milk. The bottom tier of our stand was then taken away when we finished the savoury bits which seemed odd then we were asked if our jam and cream dishes could be taken, I had literally just finished with the cream. It made us feel a bit like they were short of crockery . Nice afternoon tea but few wee niggles let it down a bit

Popped in for drinks and we had our son. Staff were great they even charged his iPad for the train home.

The Register Club offers a well curated afternoon tea in a majestic and elegant location. We were walk ins and I was so happy they found a spot for us. For the price, this is probably one of the most affordable teas - and it won’t leave you hungry. Being allergic to raspberries, I was positively surprised by the amount of care they put to tailor my pastries to my needs. I was happy to see such care. The choice selection was good - we started with the savoury. I loved the haggis pie - to me that was the star of the tea. Not too fond of the egg salad brioche bun, that seemed a bit dry to me. Appreciated though that some things came in slightly warm. The pastry selection was also really good - the lemon tart filling was really good, although I wasn’t too crazy about the tart - I wish it was more crumbly. The marble cake was good though. I was very happy with my roiboos tea and my friend’s chai was also really good. As said, the location is great too so I definitely recommend this experience!

Went for drinks with some of my friends and was extremely impressed from the get go. Not only was the venue itself stunning, but we were met with smiles and a welcoming atmosphere from the staff. Our server, Alicia, was an absolute gem. She attended to all our needs and was very very knowledgeable about the cocktails throughout the night. I was blown away by the bartender's talent for making exquisite drinks which combined creative new associations of tastes and textures, while also maintaining a sense of familiarity with all my favourite classics. He mentioned his name was Ruben and I would like to thank him and my server Alicia for making my night! Would 100% recommend the Register Club, I will be coming back!

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you are well looked after. The staff could not be friendlier or more attentive and the drinks are amazing, compliments go to the bartender. The new cocktail menu is really well-curated and "The Heat" is the tastiest potion I've tried in a while.

The quality of the food has gone downhill; it was so much better last year. We went for the afternoon, and nothing stood out much. Not the standard 5-star hotel quality you’d expect. The service was chaotic, with different waitresses turning up to take orders, and then another one would come repeating the same question. We had to check when nothing turned up, and this time they weren’t sure who should be bringing us our things!

Booked afternoon tea with the March offer so was half price. The room is ok but the seating arrangements are no ideal. We were in a large booth sitting next to each other. Would've been better to face each other (for conversation) We noticed several people sitted on low wide sofas rearranging cushions and moving seats. The afternoon tea looked lovely but the sandwiches were bland. There were some highlights...the lemon tart and scones were good. Disappointed there didn't seem to be a tea menu and it was tea bags not loose leaf as advertised. Staff were friendly enough. Glad we got a half price deal or would've been more disappointed

Myself and my daughter both had the gluten free menu, overall it was pretty good. We received a warm welcome, and the food was pretty good for gluten free, slight disappointment was the brownie which is a shame as it’s one of the easiest things to make gluten free but it was really dry and some of the sandwich fillers were not to my taste. It’s in a beautiful building albeit a bit cold. We had an itison voucher which made it better value, otherwise I don’t think it warrants the £36 price tag.

I bought the afternoon voucher with champagne for my parents and they absolutely love it. The drink options are also great as well. The atmosphere is cozy and luxurious. Massive thanks to Macro, Anu and Paul for giving my parents the best service! Very welcoming and professional!

Afternoon Tea for 4. Had 2 lovely, attentive waiters - Daisy and Paul. Excellent service. The food was absolutely beautiful, coffee lovely and so were the Cocktails. Best afternoon tea we have had. Highly recommended.

Popped in for drinks, the staff were so friendly and helpful they clearly love creating drinks and a warm and friendly atmosphere.. The wood paneled walls and mid century styling was very nice.

Spectacular bar, with a great range of drinks. The service was 10/10 with our server Marco, whom accommodated us with every one of our questions about the drinks. We will definitely be back for more !!

This could have been a lovely afternoon tea experience but it fell short of the 5 star experience we were looking forward to. We were the only guests in The Register Club and had to wait while our server set up our table. The server never introduced himself, didn't confirm tea and coffee were included with our afternoon tea, had to prompt him for our champagne and also had to ask 4 times for water. The menu on the table was for the Festive Afternoon Tea - we are now mid January and the menu had not been updated. I know some may think I'm being picky but the small things turn into a disappointing experience and unfortunately we will not return.

Popped in here with friends one quiet weekday afternoon and had the space to ourselves for a while. We ordered afternoon tea to celebrate an event and this was certainly a comfortable, relaxing venue to spend time with special people. It was made more special as one of our party worked in this building in its former iteration as part of the Royal Bank of Scotland and there were plenty little key notes around to celebrate the history of this building. Much of the decor and theme feels and looks like historic bank but very luxuriously and sympathetically renovated. Worth a visit and I will certainly be back. Also worth a visit next door to the historic RBS St. Andrew Square branch which has been refurbished to show of the architectural glory of the building.

Used to have a better cocktail menu. Also loud rap music with offensive lyrics is not our thing.

Seven ladies on a Christmas Saturday night out. We booked drinks before our dinner. The setting was lovely and the Christmas decorations stunning. We were firstly told there was no Prosecco as it had sold out the night before! then we were told we could not buy cremant by the bottle only by the glass although it was on the menu by the bottle and considerably more expensive by the Glass. I felt that they were trying to rip us off and for a five star hotel to keep saying no seems really strange.

Gave my pregnant wife an alcoholic drink, unfriendly service and the drinks were average. The ambience was dull and we will certainly not return

My partner and I visited The Register Club for a drink on a Saturday night in December. Given the time of year, it didn't appear to be very busy. The space doesn't occupy a lot of tables, and there's adequate space between each seating area, which helps to give some privacy to each party. Unlike its neighbour, Gleneagles Townhouse, you don't need to be a club member or hotel guest to drink here, but I'd recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment. The hotel itself looks beautiful. The main hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful, guiding us to the lift that led us up to the bar. The host at the bar was also welcoming and swiftly guided us to our table. The crowd this place attracts seems to be older, which I felt was a refreshing change from the young clubby vibes of other city centre cocktail bars. We were quickly served with orders taken and our cocktails didn't take long to arrive. Questions were raised if they had perhaps pre mixed the drinks because they were delivered so quickly but assuming not as we did see bar tenders mixing cocktails at the bar on our departure. The drinks were nice. The Buccaneer was delicious but the Ruben's Special wasn't anything great. It wasn't as described either. The server described it as a winter cocktail but it tasted like a Paloma. Not worth the premium price in my view. The drinks were also quite small in liquid volume, which I can appreciate if the quality is excellent but not if the cocktail is mediocre. After we were initially served our drinks, we were not approached again by the server or host. There seemed to be a lack of servers on the bar area which meant they missed out on another round from us. We also had to go up to the bar to pay whereas we had seen other parties getting served their bill at the tables. They didn't actually realise that we hadn't paid when we approached the bar, telling us to have a good evening so if we hadn't been honest, they would've missed out on the cost of our first and only round! Overall, it was quite a nice experience but not sure I'd rush back. They should employ more servers and improve the quality of the Ruben Special cocktail to take this experience up to the next level.

The place is fantastic, really like the vibe. We went there for drinks and we finished having dinner there because the staff and atmosphere were so welcoming. Our metre, Marco was absolutely fantastic, he recommended us what to order and even point out some cocktails we could try. The barman is super knowledgably and he was explaining us how to make the cocktails. Overall a fantastic experience. The staff made the difference. We will return for sure.

Came as a solo visitor in the afternoon (3.30 ish) after recommendations; was initially told there was no space and offered a seat at a high top in the walkway area (which wasn’t really what I was after). I said I’d prefer not and was then shown in to what was a 3/4-empty proper bar, and to the back of the room rather out of sight. I spotted a place to hang coats but wasn’t offered for my coat to be stored there. I’d planned on being there for a while and ordering many drinks (enough to make up for my solo visit), but after my (very nice) cocktail, I decided to move on. Sadly a dampened experience due to the frosty service and feeling rather unwelcome which is a shame.

We had Afternoon Tea here yesterday 26-11-23 for my wife's birthday. Overall I have had a better Afternoon Tea. Pastries were lovely, Sandwiches disappointing, we had asked for no fish and the best they could do is repeat the smoked cheese sandwich giving us 4 of the same, the ham sandwiches were barely 1 slice of ham with no other filling. Tea & Coffee were Ok for first round and not very good on refills, overall very disappointed.

Beautiful venue, attentive staff, amazing mixologist. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit after a disappointing trip to Johnie Walker rooftop bar. Our mixologist came and asked what we liked and made suggestions of something she could make to suit. The drinks were delicious and we will definitely return. Great atmosphere too.

Great hidden spot for drinks. Lovely venue and table service is nice but can be variable, either really attentive or you have to go looking for a waiter. Drinks are expensive at Balmoral standard so they need to invest in more staff for busy times. Coffee in the afternoon also lovely but wish they did cakes or even biscuits to go with your coffee, esp as they do afternoon tea. Seems a missed trick for those wanting coffee and cake. Definitely recommend as one of Edinburgh’s hidden gems.

We celebrated a birthday in this lovely hidden bar. Marco provided a great service and Ruben made perfect cocktails for us. We will definitely go back!

Went here for afternoon tea. It was extremely overpriced for what you get. While the food was nice it wasn't anything to write home about. Friendly staff and nice surroundings.

We had an excellent afternoon tea here at The Register Club. The room looks to be one of the old bank boardrooms and is a nice place to sit and relax with views over St Andrews Square. The food was very good and there is a good choice of vegetarian or vegan options if required. The staff are very friendly and make the experience very enjoyable.

Lovely champagne afternoon tea with interesting selection of savouries and sweet treats

This is a place that my colleagues and myself use to relax at the end of the week. Great atmosphere and high quality service.

Had afternoon tea here and it was wonderful. We were welcomed at the entrance and shown to our seat by a charming guy who offered us tea/coffee as soon as we sat down. Our afternoon tea arrived shortly afterwards and we were delighted with the selection on offer, sandwiches, savoury items, two types of scone and 4 cakes/dessert. It was all beautifully presented and we were struggling to finish it. The building is beautiful with lots of history and the room we were in was wood panelled with lots of comfy sofas but we chose to sit at a table in one of the booths. Staff were attentive and very pleasant and friendly. Only downside was the lighting to the washroom, which was dim on stairs. We had a great time and will definitely be back

My mum treated me to afternoon tea here for my birthday as I have been wanting to try it. I was very disappointed, when we arrived the waiter kept asking us for our voucher tried to explain we didn't have one. The food was nothing special for the price we paid. While we were having our tea staff were busy moving chairs about and then hoovering. I agree with some of the reviews regarding the dark staircase leading up to the toilet. The staff were friendly and service was good.

Definitely go for the afternoon tea - but choose a less-busy time, like we did and it’s lovely. Tasty savoury items plus sufficient finger sandwiches that all tasted great. Four small scones - two plain, two fruit, were the perfect size with cream and jam. Four other small desserts all just the right size for an afternoon tea. I had been worried about booking this reading some negative reviews but their content couldn’t be further from the truth - welcomed on arrival, voucher confirmation then shown to our seats and champagne arrived. Service was attentive and we had nothing but praise for how professional the young guys were who were serving. Excellent all ‘round.
