Great little traditional pub, need to keep these places open, friendly staff, great beer, great prices, we always call in on our crawls around Frodsham. Lovely crown green bowling green out back, in fact we're hoping to book a company bowling comp here next year 👍

Played bowls there and went into the pub after for a couple of pints. The pub is big but was very quiet. Reasonable prices though and nothing wrong with the beer.

Great place, great food, nice grounds and entertainment. Keep visiting these pubs and keep them open in the future

A locals pub, friendly atmosphere, good pint, reasonable price.

The help spend more time at the door smoking than working. Very rude to customers and the place is dirty. How sad the previous management isn't still there.

No craft beer ,boo boo run out ,but otherwise great atmosphere plenty of lagers and cask ale but I stuck to my Guinness as the real ale had run out

So we came to Frodsham from blackpool for two day with our dog , and today was a really hot one so we called in to the red lion , as soon as we walked in it was fab the air was cool so my dog was so happy and the staff were amazing , I went in sober and came out slightly drunk is, tgankyou everyone for making our day so good , I especially loved the little dash puppy , if ur ever in blackpool and u happen to go the squirrel pub the kindness will be just the same xx

Very nice pub restaurant, good selection of foods fish, meat, curry's and sandwiches. Tables are a bit to close to each other but that was needed as it's a popular place.
