So went out for on a Sunday night relatively quiet for a cheeky girls night, food was delicious. We were greeted with a lovely woman waitress/manager who was welcoming and attentive. But the main male manger needs some serious hospitality training. When being questioned for ID we provided sufficient ID, and yet he persisted in badgering the other waitresses asking as he believed we were not 18. To further this when settling the bill we had student discount from UNIDAYS, he then once again persisted and thought it was not legitimate. This then ended up leaving a hostile environment when enjoying our wine and greek food. The male manager needs to have some serious customer service training and review on how to treat his staff. We are PAYING customers who are of age and do not deserved to be interrogated when trying to enjoy our meal and have a catch up with some old friends. Overall as working in hospitality he should be ashamed on how he treats customers and handles his employees as he creates a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere leading to a very unpleasant evening. This manager should feel ashamed and embarrassed on how he made a group of young girls feel.

Excellent, really nice authentic food. Great portion sizes but at high quality. Nice lay out, friendly staff. Come here eat lots be happy !

Visited with a friend today whilst sale shopping in touchwood. We ordered and waited & waited…. & waited. The place was almost empty so really no excuse! Finally the waitress came over & asked for our order again. She finally admitted that she’d forgotten to place our order. Really disappointed as I love Greek food (although judging by the only other review) it wouldn’t have been worth waiting for. Won’t bother going back!

I've been to many Greek islands, and the food we had served to us today at The Real Greek, was overpriced and tasteless, nothing like 'real' Greek food, why serve a portion of taramasalata without bread, and then being charged extra for the bread, ridiculous.
