papa john's is the ONLY place that delivers to me, and we now have pizzas from there every friday night. delivery is quick and pizzas such high quality. (i always get the double pepperoni it's amazing). such a savior in lockdown especially :)

I have had this issue a few times but thought I would give them one last chance. Wish I hadn't. Food was late and cold. O called to see where my order was and was lied to about the delivery driver being outside. Awful customer service. And even of the good is on time it is cold.

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was simply terrible. Usually when food is bad, I do make a complaint, but I feared that I’d be given another pizza that I chose not too. What is surprising is that a few doors away, there is a Dominoes, which is very good! And Pizza Hut less than a mile away is much better too. Given they’re in competition, you’d think the bar would be raised. However, a frozen pizza from the local supermarket superseded the quality of this product. What was wrong with this? 1) pizza base: the dough didn’t taste fresh. 2) sauce: was skimmed over and didn’t come anywhere close to the edge resulting in wasted hard tasteless edges. 3) toppings: the topping of meat was skimmed over and nowhere near as generous as their rivals. As an XXL pizza, a lot of the base was totally wasted. I’m very sad for this experience. One positive to end on is that the person who served me was the best bit. Polite, friendly and courteous. He was very warm and welcoming. It’s just a shame the product didn’t come close to the service!

Absolutely rubbish. Walk 1 minute away and you gt Donimos . What a difference plus its cheaper. Needs customer care aswell as smile 😫

I ordered collection phone line wasn’t the best when ordering staff were very apologetic very patient I collected pizza got Home realised I had wrong pizza called them said they try to ring me but couldn’t get through apologies all round again then delivered my pizza to my home no extra charge was bought really quickly the food was lovely the staff were friendly and accommodating won’t order from no we’re else now thank you all staff at Solihull branch.

My husband has just attempted to make an order using the Papa Johns website. The order went through without any problems and our total purchase was enough to qualify for free delivery. Minutes after the order had been accepted, we received a phone call from the branch in Hobs Moat who insisted we needed to pay a further £2 delivery charge as we live 'outside of their delivery radius', despite our postcode qualifying for free delivery on their website, and only having moved recently 200 yards (with an almost identical postcode) from our previous address where Papa Johns delivered to us numerous times for free. The employee on the phone was rude and unhelpful so we ended up cancelling the order. Unreliable advertising and information and poor customers service - we went to Dominoes instead!

We ordered our first Papa John's this evening, deviating from Dominos, our usual pizza delivery chain. The website is not particularly user friendly, though the deals are quite good. After ordering the pizza, we received no indication of how long it would take and only received order confirmation almost an hour after placing our order. The pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive. We had ordered a half and half pizza and yet struggled to differentiate between the two sides as it all looked quite bland and unremarkable. It had clearly been cooked long before delivery, although the temperature was fine. It tasted fine, not great, and definitely not worth the price.

Never ever had a bad pizza 🍕. Due in large to being a vegetarian, but delivery time is good, drivers are pleasant and the food is never bad, burnt or undercooked. Deserts are warm and the pizza is hot when it comes. The only "fast" food I would eat and the only pizza I've ever really enjoyed. Can't beat papa Johns. Forget all the rest. Add yellow peperoncini to spice it up.

Would definitely not recommend their delivery service. My food arrived so cold I didn't eat most of it. And the delivery was an hour late.
