Hotel bar and restaurant with nice atmosphere. Food came pretty fest and well presented, but was tasteless. Desert was dry.

Poor food, very slowly service, overpriced. The quinoa salad was almost without quinoa. Chiken and burger tasteless and dried. The table wasn’t clean at all. And we waited for 50 min for the food.

They've recently had a make over and it looks lovely. The staff are upbeat and friendly. Although pricey (it's a hotel, what do you expect?), they have a decent selection of drinks and the pasta carbonara is large and very tasty!

Attending a convention at the hotel and the staff have been fantastic. Dealing with this many people must be stressful, but they have handled it with friendly professionalism. They were especially helpful with food allergies, finding an alternative for my husband's lactose intolerance. They even kept their cool when I managed to drop the card terminal on the floor! Add a lovely atmosphere and tasty food and this was a definite winner for us.

Un cliente habitual aquí durante muchos años. Siempre faltan artículos que siempre he dejado ir. Esta noche me estoy perdiendo un artículo y llamé hasta aquí que no se me reembolsará o se me volverá a entregar. El colmo para mí. ¡Mi costumbre irá a otro lado a partir de ahora!

8 High Street Longbrige, Birmingham B31 2UQ EnglandAbsolutely appalling I payed 4:50 fifty for a large red tango ice blast expecting it to be red cherry like it usually is at places like the cinema only to find at when I walked out and took a sip it was bubblegum so it is false advertisement also they sold kiwi and grape tango ice blast wich isn’t a proper flavour, and they sold it in proper tango ice blast cups therefore it is false advertisement.

46 Mill La Arcade TouchwoodMi pareja y yo intentamos comer aquí el sábado 7 de diciembre, esperamos en la recepción durante unos 10 minutos para sentarnos al final otro cliente frente a nosotros haf ir a buscar a un miembro del personal, una vez que el miembro del personal finalmente vino a nosotros nos dijeron que volviéramos en media hora ya que necesitan limpiar algunas mesas, tenga en cuenta que el lugar estaba vacío, fuimos a un bar cercano y tomamos una copa, regresamos a Pizza hut 45 minutos después para luego ser dicho que no están tomando más reservas, ya que se han quedado sin masa! ! , tenga en cuenta que son las 7 pm en un sábado por la noche! , en serio una gran cadena de pizza como Pizza hut no se va a quedar sin masa, especialmente en un sábado por la noche, siento como si nos mintieran, ya que el personal simplemente no quería trabajar, absolutamente repugnante, si ese era el caso, entonces el chef / dirección o quien hace el pedido necesita ser despedido! ! !
