The Real Greek - Gloucester Quays in Gloucester

Used to go there before and it was ok, but now with new management team and new menu it is 5 stars. I recommend it to anyone. If you go there on Sundays, kids eat for free from kids' menu. Included food, drink, and desert for the kids.

We've always enjoyed our meals at The Real Greek Gloucester. We've always been welcomed and served by very courteous staff and have enjoyed some great value meals thanks to Groupon. Last night was no different, very attentive service from Yarik, thank you.

It was the menu choice that made us visit the Real Greek. We chose the 8 course menu. £44 for two. The menu needed explanation. It needs rewriting for clarity.We both had to have the same dishes.The food was delivered on afternoon tea style tiered carriers. A bit disconcerting and not replicating the generous array of platters in a mezze. We were presented with one chicken kebab. That we had to share. Mean. We missed fresh tomatoes. Potatoes and flatbread made up 2 of the 8 dishes. Service was well paced and friendly. Atmosphere was lively. All in all, it could have been better with a bit of generosity.

Food overpriced for what it is. My wrap was stale. My child's chicken was inedible (the waitress claimed it was because it was gluten free) and my husband's lamb was overdone.

Amazing service - we love Lily. Friendly and helpful right from the outset. Food arrived very promptly and was stunning.

Except restaurant, staff friendly, welcoming and attentive. Good food prepared as ordered, superb ingredients and well presented. The lunchtime offer was also superb value for money. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely restaurant - clean and spacious with good attentive staff - served promptly. Wife and I ate from a specials lunch menu - £10 per head for meatballs, salad, breads, olives and dip - good value, very fresh and tasty. Drinks - Pepsi, sparkling water - as you would expect. Would happily return if visiting the Quays.

Authentic Greek food and wine. Friendly staff. Incredible lunch time deal… so much food for £10 fixed price. Couldn’t eat it all.

We enjoyed a great lunchtime meal. The service was great and our server Yarik was pleasant. There was a great choice of food that was freshly prepared, It was great value for money.

I ordered a greek salad to takeaway, I was extremely disappointed when I opened up the the lid, I would of taken it back had it not been a takeaway as I ate it a bit later on, I took two photos I never usually take photos but it was just full of tomatoes, it looked deceiving as they placed two olives at the top i thought there would be more in there, but they were the only two olives in there, there was a tiny bit of red onion, it was watery at the bottom from the tomatoes and cucumber it tasted really bland! I could of made one myself with much better results. I wouldn't even call it a greek salad.
