Online order, accepted order and money taken. When we arrived to pick up there was a sign saying they were away for vacation. Shop closed, Not answering any phones and no option to leave a message.

Didn’t like the food Sryy want order again

If you are tempted to order here despite the negative reviews (like I did), I would recommend ordering 1 day before you intend to eat. That way you have a chance of your food arriving on time. It also gives you some time to prepare for disappointment. Ideally avoid.

So I ordered at 5:34pm it said it would be here at 6:25pm it took until 7:00pm, not only was the food cold as I was eating the naans had gritty coal dust still on them. The onion bhajies were £4.50 for only 2 which is also a rip off... I will never be coming back here especially as this is my first ever experience getting this take away, I'll be sticking to nababs in harefield thank you very much.

Popadoms came out and were stale which wasn’t a great start. Rice was stuck together, then when the bill came we had been overcharged for drinks, even when this was pointed out the waiters were too incompetent to work out the bill properly

Unfortunately, it turned up 35 minutes late. Absolutely freezing cold. 🤷‍♂️👎

Chicken wasn’t great no other flavour than red chillies and lamb was too hard to chew really disappointing

Wow was really good the only thing is the madras was overly hot 🥵 I can handle a hot curry but this was a little to hot for me. The lamb curry was spot on. Will use these again. 👏🏻👏🏻

Yet again an item was missing from my order. We didn’t order a huge amount, yet the Peshwari Naan was nowhere to be seen. Raj staff - please will you be a bit more aware of what is in the bag before handing it over to the Just Eat delivery guy!

The Raj was recommended to us from a family member and was the first and last time we will be ordering from them. even though food was delivered before the expected time slot, the chicken on all the curries was pink. the onion bhajis were all socked in stale oil. the only edible thing was the poppadoms and naan breads.

I’ve used the raj tandoori a lot but won’t be anymore my food was stone cold I’ll try elsewhere next time foods pricey these days even with discount so arriving cold is a no no for me 👎👎👎

Can't comment on food as it still hasn't arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering. I called restaurant twice but was fobbed off with 12 min then after 25mins i called back to told another 6 minutes. However food is still not here despite having left restaurant over 45 minutes ago Ridiculous Order elsewhere

The food was extremely oily, lack of taste and texture. Jalfrezi wasn’t even hot. I just really disappointed with the food today I couldn’t finish it. Definitely need to look at the quality again. The food was extremely oily and I didn’t like it.

I’m not happy and the food is cold

Gave this place another try but wish we hadn’t bothered. Service was appallingly bad and almost felt that they were doing us a favour by allowing us to be there! Older guy really has no idea about customer service. Delivery riders wearing helmets walking through while you’re eating I mean come on! People are paying you for a restaurant experience and your takeaway orders are being made your priority, I think you need to take a long hard look at the level of service you’re providing and maybe just become a takeaway.

I paid for 2 poppadoms which didn’t get delivered and the the chicken was rubbery. Aside from this, was fairly decent.

Chicken was really rubbery. Chips were incredibly greasy and very undercooked. Naan's also undercooked.

Chicken was not cooked. Raita was warm and the cucumber they chucked in was not fresh. The paneer and fish were ok. Told the restaurant. No refund or replacement offered on the poorly made items - only a freebie next time I order. Sorry won’t be ordering from you again.

Things were not as good as the previous time. I wonder if the cook was different this time. Would be nice to have a more readable name on the tupperware to distinguish items that look the same.

Food was ok except for Tarka Dahl that was just pure liquid and no sign of lentils, it leaked all through the bag. Shame you have also stopped giving salad and sauces with starters. A bit of a let down.

Ordered food at 11.30pm midweek and we got it soon after midnight. Excellent delivery service and the food was delicious. Generous portions and plenty of choices. A clear and easy to navigate menu with different spice level options and dietary needs. Something for everyone. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

I asked for NO large onions and to exchange veg curry for Tarka Dhall and they didn't!!. This is not first time happen and quality of food has gone poor, tasting bland and staff seem not to be able to follow instructions on orders!!???.... Get new staff!!

Well done with the choice of hot spice grade. For the first time ever , by choosing the mild option , I've finally had the chance to enjoy the indian flavours , without having my mouth on fire , which usually kills any possible pleasure I could get from indian food.

I ordered this because all the good Indian places were closed around this time so I didn’t have high hopes for this place. But now I see why the ratings are so low.. the chicken I was given was days old you couldn’t even bite into it I gave it to stray cats even still there was left overs.

I regularly order from Raj but this time the pulav rice is half cooked and the packing was not done properly and the food was all over when delivered.

We went to The Raj on a Friday night with my parents and three small children. The staff were attentive and the food was lovely. I would recommend if you are in Uxbridge

Phoned up to complain. About non delivery after 1hr 30min wait . Then got delivered wrong order then when got correct order the bag was falling apart as food containers damaged and leaking over each different order . Complained via just eat site and not even a apology for poor service .
