Friendly staff and quality Sunday dinner. We visited on a recommendation and it certainly didn't disappoint. To top it off it's also dog friendly 😊🐾❤️

Lovely pub in a great location. Nice food and catered to my mothers celiac which was a bonus. All staff friendly and efficient.

Just had my other half s 50th birthday Sunday lunch here . Absolutely brilliant.the staff are so helpful. They can't do enough for you . And the Sunday roast was 10- 10.cant fault the place . keep up the great work guys . We will be back .

Sunday dinner is amazing. Tasty, plentiful and excellent value. The veg still has bite and the gravy is drinkable by the spoon. Lots of choice of meats and a standard meal is big, we've had a large before and hubby loved it. We love a non cook Sunday. Thank you 😊 Great food · Great value

A fantastic british pub, offering fresh homemade food and a great range of drinks! Regular live music & acts providing a fantastic atmosphere with the best staff! Family ran pub under new ownership - a hidden gem! We held a function in their lovely restaurant and Kerry did a great job, providing a wonderful evening for us all! We are now regulars! Thank you to all the team at the Railway!

Been here a couple of times now ,why I haven't taken photos I don't know!! Came first time on a Friday night ,had the Wexford Chicken, which was delicious,the portion was more than generous and the choice of potatoes is better than anywhere I've ever been. Second visit was for Sunday lunch and again the portion was good and the food delicious,service is great,staff are very friendly.

Staff and the food was brilliant

Really friendly staff great outside eating/drinking/area. Small children's play area. Haven't tried the food yet but the menu looks good. Went on a Saturday night but it was very quiet so lacked some atmosphere. But will definatly go back to try the food and hopefully it will be a little busier.

Nice solid pub with no pretentions and the food is amazing! Good solid grub and sizeable portions! Have the steak and ale pie.... You won't regret it! 😉

Went for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful and the meal WOW. Give it a try but book or you have no chance.

It's a local pub with high quality food, the staff are excellent and very friendly nothing is too much bother, Sunday lunch is excellent as is all the meals and I am working my way through the menu, prices are very reasonable I would highly recommend

Visited Saturday night after seeing an advert on Facebook. Can safely say was not disappointed. Food had a real home cooked taste (no microwave used) and plenty of it, plus great value. Would highly recommend.

9 adults and 2 children went on the 15th march ,the food was amazing and my fussy eater granddaughter was even catered for,we must had been the noisiest in there that night ,but the staff was brilliant,so we have booked to go back in April 😊

First time at the railway food was top class plenty of everything really enjoyed it if there was one small criticism it was a while from eating our main course to being able order our sweets all in all fab we will return

What an amazing venue. This public house/ restaurant is so good I'm sorry it's not closer to Leicester. They staff are fantastic. The food is amazing words fail me. Ikeaj have never in all my years had such a filling and tasty meal. Ask home made. My wife had a vegiterian meal which she was very happy with (What else can you say about vegy food)? I had the STEAK PIE oh my God it was the best I had ever had. Chips amazing so tasty. Mushy peas excellent. Not out of a tin soaked fresh, the old way. I could go on. But all I can say if you are in the area. our even in the country. You have to visit the RAILWAY INN GIVE YOUR TASTEBUDS A TREAT!!!!!!

Good family friendly pub, we went in to try the Sunday lunch and we where blown away by the quality, all the vegetables where fresh and the selection of meats offered was grate you won't feel hungry for a while after your lunch as the portions where rather large. Staff where very helpful and friendly.

Me and the husband and kids go every Sunday! The absolute best Sunday dinner around. Owners are lovely and very friendly. They always go out their way as my daughter don't like Sunday dinners but she will have a gammon cob with yorkshires and roasties. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
