The Quiet Man in East Hertfordshire

Went there for a few drinks for the first time, the staff was so so nice and welcoming to us all and our little dog, felt so heartwarming and homely, the best service I have ever received in any pub, thank you so much team for being fabulous people !

Cracking pub, excellent pint of Guinness and great atmosphere

Very muce pub. Plenty of screens for the football, good service, nice outside space.

Went in for a couple of Guinness’ with the other half. Absolutely love the atmosphere in here! It’s a proper boozer with really good Guinness

Great place for locals, and to watch the football. Has a nice area outside at the front to sit and watch the world go by too.

I like this pub and the one in ware also, shame I have to travel to drink in these pubs.

Misnamed. Incredibly busy in the week before Xmas. 60 men and 2 women, with the men loud and a bit the worse for ale. Boys night out only really. No comment on food, don't even know if they do it.

You HAVE to try the honeycomb cheesecake and the white chocolate crème brûlée. I would give it 6 stars if I could...

Good boozer with a good selection of drinks. Had the football game on and looked like a good place to watch sport.

We sat outside but the service was great with friendly and you pay for drinks at the end as they keep a tab rather pay as you go

Made you queue inside a narrow corridor for 25 minutes while there were empty tables outside where we wanted to sit. Staff and customers weren't able to social distance in the corridor. By the time we got to the table they made us wait about 15 more minutes for a menu. By the time we got to order they'd stopped serving breakfast and the lunch menu was too fancy and too pricey. So all in all about 45 minutes of my life wasted and we left without ordering!

Lovely pub. More difficult to get a seat because of covid but worth it

Nice atmosphere and lovely while the weather is nice. They have a seating area in parliament square since covid. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey.

Good pub with decent beers on tap and most major sport shown. If you hang around late enough into the evening often a piano is played with many singing along.

Love piano nights and tonight a band are playing and so good. I have always loved this bar. It's a great sing a long place and trust me people do sing along 👍😁 lovely staff too..

Only negative thing is the bar staff are very often using the phones and not serving. I have been kept waiting by their staff on many occasions as they type away!! Apart from this great pub for live music.

Nice place. Unfortunately I picked a night when football was on the TV and the patio area was full of teenagers. I'll give it another visit though on a 'normal' night. Big range of gins to try!

I was only in here for 30 mins while waiting for a take-away meal to be prepared at the Thai Restaurant next door. Poor choice of tap beers unless you are a lager drinker. But big screen was good for a football match being shown on TV. Not sure I'd like to spend a whole evening here.

Dropped in for 1st time ever with wife for pre dinner drinks. Sat in rear courtyard. Friendly atmosphere. Would go again
